Prison break! or a battle cry that wakes the spirit

A battle cry is a saying…

Joel Salatin had a lot of sayings. That was the first thing Tai Lopez noticed about him.

One of his sayings is: I want just one thing from my people: ‘no mistakes’.

Or here is another: The worst thing in life is to get older and realize you got good at the wrong thing.

I also have a lot of sayings… One of them is ‘it is all in a day’s work’

If You Don’t Eliminate This Habit, You Will Never Grow

If You Don’t Eliminate This Habit, You Will Never Grow ~ I had to stop doing this to finally start being consistent.
“Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win.” ~ Sun Tzu
For many years I had a problem that I did not even know about. It hampered me in countless situations.

It cropped up often enough to derail any progress that I made.

And now that I know about it, I see it in nearly everyone around me.

Most people that I meet do this: friends, colleagues, and acquaintances.

I had not thought about it much, until relatively recently.

Can I teach you to connect to Source?

In the Arthur Conan Doyle story A Scandal in Bohemia whatever… featuring Sherlock Holmes, there is an important learning that just came really handy for me today. In fact: it should have been part of my Itch webinar series… it is so in line with that.

The principle is that when there is a fire, for example, you’ll instinctively move to save what is most important to you… maybe ever, maybe just in that moment.

Some save their money, some save their children, others save their pet. ln the Sherlock Holmes story, The Woman was saving her picture she wanted to use to blackmail some Bohemian royalty.

OK, so how was this useful to me today?

Where attention goes energy goes. Attention can cause

The question is: are YOU causing your attention? Are you causing what you want to cause?

I always thought I was curious, but I am finding out: you cannot be curious if you are not open.

One of the issues of my soul correction is not being open. Self-protection, personal-reality protection.

The road to hell is hell itself

I consider a book or a movie really good, if it gives me pause.

What I really mean: it gives me a question that I can ponder, maybe even decades. Or until the insight comes.

Obviously, if you have been reading my stuff long enough, you know that I believe that to find the path, you need to evaluate and analyze the mis-steps, the mistakes. To know good, you need to know evil.

One of this puzzle pieces fell into place today.

The movie is about Genghis Khan, the starting point of the the 300 year old invasion, plundering, and decimating of Russia, China, and Europe.

Now, what is puzzling about that? It’s wrong, right? After all killing is bad… waaah, waaah, waaah. All life is sacred… waaah, waaah, waaah.

DNA tests for diets… are they useful, or are they a fraud?

Your DNA and your food list… The Ancestral Diet, DNA diet… a vibrational review
I started to research this area out of my desire to get more clients for health consultation.

Essentially when I do a health consultation with a client, what I do is muscle test

their nutritional deficiencies against a 90 nutrition list I swiped from Joel Wallach,
I test their food allergies, sensitivities and intolerances,
their optimal way to eat following the Human Design institute’s model.
their current health number (1-100) and their current cell hydration number (1-100)
and when I am done with that, I muscle test them against an about 500 food long list.

Now, what does this have to do with your DNA or ancestral diet, or DNA diet?

You don’t care… then why should I?

Finally, after seven months on the war path, two weeks ago I found the solution to get rid of all three near microscopic biting mites… (including what causes the mysterious Morgellons) and to my surprise, suddenly, at the same time, my whole attitude changed with regards to working.

Suddenly, I went from working bee… to “I did not want to work any more.” I just wanted to read, play, watch Netflix. I didn’t even want to write any articles any more.

WTF, right?

So yesterday I sat down and had a heart to heart with Source, through questions, of course.

My life in Film Noir, Fritz Lang’s M, The Tongue in The Shoes

I had a conversation with Zsuzsa, a friend of mine from architecture school.

I normally hide from her, because she is traditionally very negative. But last instant messaging we had she sounded upbeat, so I thought, I’d give it a try. I know how to break off a conversation when it goes south.

As fate has it, she broke her hand a few months ago, it didn’t heal well, and she has had a lot of pain. Interestingly it has changed her. Permanently or temporarily, I don’t know. My hunch is that it is temporary…

Anyway, I shared with her my experience with the nose bleed. She didn’t quite grasp it at first. She has had nose bleeds but her first thought wasn’t: this is the beginning of the end, so for her the chance of a breakthrough with that would have been small.

On the other hand, given that she is an architect, her right hand is her bread and butter, so creating a new way to look at it was a definite breakthrough for her.

I was mulling over this today as I was washing my hands in the bathroom.

“You need to trust the whisper inside your head that says that what’s happening is a good thing.” I thought, but then I cringed. Some 58 years ago I thought just that and where did it lead me?!

What can a 100 vibration person teach you that is useful?

I used to shy away from trainings and videos, people whose teaching I deemed inferior.

I noticed that I did that.

It was self-protecting at its best.

So today I clicked on an email and in it a video that I was certain was inferior, and I wasn’t mistaken.

The dude’s vibration is 100.

Why so low?
