Why most training programs, transformational programs can’t work… Energies Part 5

I have been complaining…
… I have been blamed for it… People say I am angry, whatever. They are turned off by my complaining…

But the truth of the matter is this: if there were transformational programs that deliver on their promises, I would be first in line to recommend them to do, because I don’t particularly enjoy doing those trainings. I like coaching, I like working with energies, I like creating energy products, but I don’t like to teach distinctions of transformation.

There are companies that teach better than me, except that their results, the students’ results are flash in the pan…

So I have been complaining for, I don’t know… 20 years? lol…

I’d love to have them do the “grunt work”… and just work with the students that want to take those distinctions and make a great life with what they learned, using my energies.

What is yours to do? Your ONE THING, right now…

Do what is yours to do… and all will be well.
This is a big question… as if there were some pre-ordained vocation of activity each of us should do.

But I think that it is misleading… and a bad idea to consider.

Everything is done by the WHO you are… and the who is very important in the number of, the kinds of things and how someone does them

So in my humble opinion every person’s number one job, every parent’s number one job is to help the person become more of who they can become.

If I measured on a scale of 1 to 100 where you are in that regard, I probably would be driven out of business… so much hate would come towards me.

Because you are barely on the scale, most of you. And then you ask me an experts, what is yours to do. Use whatever activity you choose to do to become more of who you can become…

One of my coaches came to the same conclusion yesterday… he realized that he had been coasting for ten years, not growing, not moving closer to who he could be.

He was frantic…

The bumbling idiot’s guide to living a life worth writing about

“The only thing worth writing about is the human heart in conflict with itself” said William Faulkner. I agree, even though the language, the vocabulary is imprecise.

The “heart” is one self, and the other self is the precious “I”, the delusional “I”, the lower self.

The conflict, the struggle to make those two selves align, as William Faulkner says, is worth writing about… because it is like a hero’s journey.

I call it “soul correction” because I am firmly rooted in Kabbalah’s view of life. But it is the same thing: bringing the two selves in harmony so they cause synergy that allows living a life worth writing about.

This pretty much the context for the next quote: “Either write something worth reading (about) or do something worth writing (about).” – Benjamin Franklin. I added the word “about” in brackets for clarity.

How we end up marrying the wrong people

I am against marriage.
Anyone who is FOR the Original Design has to be against marriage. Marriage is a contract. It is a legal institution mandating that you don’t change, that you don’t seek your own path, that you enslave yourself to the other, to the shared.

Until this past Wednesday I believed that it’s society that wants you to be enslaved, that wants you to forgo your individuality, your chance of a life as a Human Being, but a conversation with a student introduced me to an aspect I wasn’t aware of: the HUSBAND. And probably the WIFE in many cases.

In the conversation with this student I was introduced to marriage as ownership. Yeah I have seen it in movies. Yeah… but movies are movies… and the reality of this aspect of marriage didn’t hit me with full force until it was right there for me to see as a formidable opponent in me guiding my student to become an Expanding Human Being…
Marriage is all about power
Marriage is all about power. Not personal power, political power… where politics is a term for “power over another”, or “power over others.” The stripping of others from their rights to be Human Beings… and reducing them to bumbling idiots, slaves, serfs, have not’s, lesser beings.

Politics is using another person for your own gratification, for your own “rise”, for your own benefit, without giving them value for value, equal rights.

Integration: the orchestra that is you

Osho says: Man ordinarily is a crowd.

No man ordinarily is one, but many. And that’s why there is so much noise within – many voices, many faces – and a constant quarrel. One part wants to do one thing. Another part is simply against it and wants to do something else. It is a miracle how we go on managing to keep ourselves together. Otherwise we are constantly falling apart. There is no center. The master is missing.

There are only servants, and each servant is trying to claim to be the master.

For a moment each servant sits on the throne, proclaims himself the master, and in that moment you think, “This is the master.”

When there is anger, anger becomes the master, but soon it will be gone. It is a constantly changing scene. After anger comes regret.

Are you holding your breath? Republished

I never thought much about breathing… after all: who does?

But, because of my insomnia, because of my inability to fall asleep, because of the horrible nightmares, I took a class on relaxation techniques, and it was a breathing technique.

I don’t even know if I was just making it my own and changed the instructions, but the “my version” worked fairly well for decades. I took deep breaths and combined and made continuous the the in-breath and the out-breath… After a minute or two I got so lightheaded, that I drifted of to sleep.

Worked like a knockout… literally… lol.

But since I have raised my vibration, my body is not willing to participate in anything as drastic as that…

The reason breathing came up is not insomnia, but because I just finished a private session with a client, and want to share something with you:

Is the Law of Attraction true? Maybe… for some people… but definitely not for you

I just hung up with my friend… we talk every Sunday morning, and have been for seven years now.

He is one of my failure stories.

I have some of those. I have many quitter stories, I have even more testimonials, which are the stories of “flash in the pan” successes, and a few genuine success stories.

My results are not much better than others; the only difference, probably, is that I have a few genuine success stories of lasting alteration of being… lasting alteration of consciousness.

Most teachers encourage sharing of successes. ALL those successes are temporary, all those successes are “flash in the pan” successes… because the work that produces the success has stopped.

The definition of success, in a work of transformation, is PERMANENT alteration of the view of self, the view of the world, or consciousness. Alteration of personal reality.

Weeping looking back at the path — republished

I wrote this article in 2015. I am republishing it… because it is important to read now… given the next article I just wrote… It will make it easier to get.

Here I am this cool Saturday morning, weeping.

I observe. What is there? Pain, definitely. Sense of loss, yes. Sadness, no. Regret, no. Resentment, no.

I have had a hard life. The hardest part is the last 30 years. Maybe 33… Since I left Hungary.

In Hungary I had friends. I had people who would want me around, who would walk with me, who would vouch for me.

Your actions, behavior, and emotions are toxic to your emotional and physical well being. Enclosed into your own energy, you are your own toxic environment

Most everyone already knows the frozen water crystals experiment by Masaru Emoto: how words, music, and other emotional expressions altered the coherence of the water. Coherence, I guess, can be expressed in the symmetry of the crystal.

It now has become Tree of Knowledge: you saw the pictures… but you weren’t there. And even if you were… so what?

It’s the kind of knowledge that is useless. USELESS. Why?

Useful means you can use it. Not in a conversation, but to alter yourself and your environment. But you can’t.

Why?

Because none of the tools you know how to use, I mean really know… the way you can drive, the way you can make boiled eggs… “know it because you can do it” way.

Happiness, Unhappiness…

Osho’s article will resonate with a view that is closest to the Western view: look at the positive. I actually think that the approach has been damaging, because it quietly, silently, makes wrong the aspect of things, the aspect of people that you don’t like, don’t approve, don’t accept, don’t want.

Simply says: it perpetuates the cause of your unhappiness and then it masks it with a pretense of happiness… a lie.

When you are told “I’ll teach you how to be happy” you expect to be taught tricks and stuff, and you will be cheated: because all the doing won’t do a thing, will just make you a pretender. And although others may not know, you, deep inside, will know that you are more unhappy than you were before.

You could read Osho by fully embracing that he says yes to both sides, what you like and what you don’t like. Both are there.

The approach we take in the Happiness Coaching program, and even stronger in the Playground, that most of what you don’t like is not even real. You made it up, from the limited perspective of a child, and now you are stuck with it, unless you slowly and somewhat painfully get to seeing the truth.

The truth will set you free, but first it will piss you off…

The operative word is “first”.
