Sometimes you need a do or die situation to open your mind

I am on a ‘cooking Hungarian’ spell…

So yesterday I looked up how others make spinach in Hungary.

To my utter surprise and maybe mortification, more than half of the recipes put bread into the dish.

That’s not how I know it! I can’t eat bread!

Both of those are hidden ‘shoulds’…

So today I made the dish exactly like they say.

What you try to control controls you. What you resist…

Your life is decided at around age three. Until that point you were totally unconscious. Your first event when some consciousness is present happens in an incident.

One of my clients ran a race then. I assume it was kindergarten. She won. She told her father. And instead of getting what she expected she got something else: you could have run faster, his father said… unaware of the how his words would be understood.

She heard ‘I don’t measure up’ to some yardstick in the sky. And she decided that the solution was to pretend that she is trying…

When you are sick, your only job is to be sick

When you are sick, your only job is to be sick. NOT to heal yourself, but to be sick. Not to pretend to work, pretend to be well.

When you are sick, be sick.

What happens when you are trying to heal?

Then you resist reality… you replace reality with a should-be-reality.

Can your body do its job of healing you if and when you do that? No. It can’t.

Some shoulds are imposed by other people, government, etc.

Some shoulds are imposed by other people, government, etc.

Other shoulds are self-imposed.

I am Johnny-come-lately in that I couldn’t, didn’t see any shoulds, but now I’ve caught a few yesterday, and I caught a few today.

I should always look before I leap… lol. Especially when it comes to Freecell…
I should empty the dishwasher. This came on the shoulders of actually yesterday emptying and loading the thing… and now I have clean dishes and utensils.

So this morning as I was preparing my tea, I saw that I could just stand there, or empty the dishwasher. Hm. And I emptied it about 80%… Didn’t do the 20%, the distaste for the activity took over.

I should just swallow my distaste, and do this report now…

OK, that was it… more than I saw yesterday.

Invisible dynamics: I am such a giving person, why do people hate me?

A student of mine lives in the same town as I do and for a while he used to drive me around to do errands.

Then I realized that it made him feel entitled to insult me on calls, so I put an end to that arrangement.

That was about two months ago.

He sent me a few emails offering rides, etc.

We even spent a few good times doing “exploring your own neighborhood” type of things, like visiting lakes and such.

Every email that he sends emphasizes that he is giving me something, asking me what I need… etc.

I stopped wanting anything.

I don’t want him to give me anything any more. I experience a feeling akin to hate or anger rising in me every time I think of him.

My regular driver is taking a break: she works at the New York State Fair for a few days, and I am driverless. I need stuff. But I won’t ask my student for help because of what I want to share with you.

If you are a perpetual and compulsive giver, you think that you are a good person, don’t you? Am I correct?

Consider that people will be willing to take what you give them, but secretly they hate your gut.

More on paradigms and paradigm shifts plus my example on my paradigm regarding money

The word paradigm is really nondescript, non-definitive.

It is much like saying that someone is wearing glasses. Some glasses come in different colors, sunglasses, prescription glasses, and then there are glasses that are solid with holes in them, to train the eye to fill in the gaps in information.

If your glasses are colored blue, you won’t be able to see blue after a while. Just like water doesn’t exist for the fish, blue won’t exist for you.

The glasses act as filters. Filters allow certain things to pass through, other things won’t be able to make it through. There, the mind, will fill in the gaps in information, just like with the training glasses.

Now, where is this useful knowledge?

First off, it is useful, in my humble opinion, to understand that you read and hear a lot of useful information, that simply doesn’t reach you.

I have a list of affirmations in front of me. the list is from the weekend, the Millionaire Mind Intensive.

There were 2,500 people at my Millionaire Mind weekend. The weekend was fun. I hitched a ride with a friend. She didn’t have that much fun.

When we got back, I promptly started on my 90-day workbook: it had simple exercises for each day.

There was another event on an investment club that I returned to New York (I live 275 miles from NY City). I got there an hour early. I decided to hang out and talk to people as they arrived.

I asked every person I had a chance to talk to if they did the exercises. No one I spoke with did.

>In those 30 days I increased my net worth 13,000 dollars. Others had no results.

Why did I act on the information and why didn’t others?

The answer is simple if you look through the lens of paradigms.

Is building confidence a topic you like? Confident about…

I sent out an email:
My email exchanges
I sent out an email the other day. here is the whole email:
Is building confidence a topic you like?
I have been looking at topics that may be of interest to you, and so far, I have settled on building confidence…
Do you agree that if you had more confidence, you’d do more, you’d have more fun, you’d accomplish more, you’d feel better about yourself?
Please hit reply and let me know what you think.
There are no right answers, and there are no wrong answers. Only YOUR answer that matters to me.
I can’t wait. I’ll answer your email, I promise. thank you in advance,
Sophie
The answers knocked me conscious… Most of my subscribers don’t live on the same planet as me… we don’t see eye to eye…
The duping of the planet is almost complete…
Until you get that you are on your own, and the Universe is NOT on your side, your life will be hell.

Here are some of the email exchanges… and at the end of this article, I’ll point the way to a world where people are smart (YOU?) and self-sufficient…
Yes, Sophie, thanks! I agree.
But I’d like to tell you one more thing that I’m not actually able to overcome – I cannot believe (I have no confidence) that the Universe is really on my side.

You know, after too much time when things are going wrong (I mean years) and I can see a solution that would be for the best of everyone involved, and I asked, and I tried to command –

there was I time I really felt confident I could have what my heart desires -, and I tried to work on myself but I don’t see anything good really coming my way except in my imagination and in ‘predictions’ from ‘seers’, in time I lost the confidence I had in the Universe, even if I keep on reading that many people think quite the contrary. And I’m starting to think that many of those people are not true, too…

Furthermore, if I’m the only one to blame for my situations in life, that leaves no room for the existence of angels and spirit guides to help me out, so that leaves me completely on my own to face everything!! And I’m so alone at that that I really feel overwhelmed… so I hoped those beings were real and I tried to ask them as instructed by the so-called ‘angel ladies’ and various channellers but I still had no help in coming out from my bad situations, only promises I don’t really believe in anymore.

Ok, sorry, maybe I’ve gone a little off topic (of what you asked), but I thought that maybe it could be helpful to remark that not only a lack of personal confidence is a problem but also a lack of confidence in the Universe.
Many thanks and all the best
My answer: the truth is that you are on your own, and the Universe is not on your side.
There are no angels, no spirit guides, and the angel ladies are blood sucking parasites.

Do you really think that? They’re all really lying? How can someone overcome their doubts, then, and their feelings of hopelessness?
Forgive me if I ask so clearly, but by your

You are flaccid, impotent, ignored so you resist

You are flaccid, impotent, ignored… so you resist forcefully
Some terms of contradiction in the title, wouldn’t you agree?

But, of course, only on the surface.

If you feel powerless, which is the word I would use to cover all those colorful aspects with just one word… If you feel powerless, you’re, instinctively, going to use force… because it is natural.

I can’t even blame you for it.
