What is consciousness? What is vibration? What am I measuring?

I have done hardly any research for this article. This is what I teach, this is what I’ve gleaned in my 25 years as a coach, and a few years as a conscious empath.

Grammatically there is the adjective: conscious, there is the adverb: consciously, and then there is the noun: consciousness.

This article will mainly deal with the noun: consciousness.

The greased chute… or what is the fastest way to lose your vibrational frequency?

What is the fastest way to devolve… the greased chute to lose your vibration? To move yourself to the horizontal plane…

Sometimes I write articles to solve an issue for myself… Tai calls this chess-like assiduity… lol.
Sometimes I write articles to address and issue one or more clients are dealing with… and help them solve it for themselves. Because, remember, when things don’t go well… there is something that you don’t know/don’t see
And sometimes I write articles to prevent an issue for a client, and issue that is predictably coming.

This article fits category two and three… Some clients are struggling with an issue the other clients are about to encounter…
The issue is devolving. Greased chute to hell… Not a happy issue, is it?
So, let’s get starting.

How to be an Expanding Human Being, instead of an all-knowing guru type

Summary: In this article I am turning a leaf in explaining how context is so decisive, and how come your life is a repetitious movie… and how to start living a different movie, a movie that will give you the life you deserve, the life of an Expanding Human Being.

I have spoken about context before… but in order to understand how I know what I know, you will need to understand context, in a deep way.

Imagine going to the movie theater. Normally, what you see there is a screen… nothing on it. But it is furthest from the truth. The screen is never quite empty.

The benefits of knowing you are stupid… or why high self-esteem kills your life

Fact: The world is getting more complicated by the second, but our habits are stuck on the level of hunters and gatherers, the stone age, the simple times.

The complexity, the amount of stuff to deal with, even if you are just using the modern appliances and technical gadgets of the day, is almost higher than the complexity of engineering used to be, 40-50 years ago. I should know, I have two engineering degrees… and I can see it every day. Mind boggling.

But your relationship to learning didn’t keep up with the world: your main attitude about things is: “I should already know this” or “I should be able to do it without learning anything new.”

There is a huge disconnect between the you that you think you are, and the you that is out in the world, consistently failing, falling short, and experiences other, largely ignored, feedback from the world.

Abundance, money, love, entertainment… Can they be yours now? Can Christie Marie Sheldon’s Unlimited Abundance take you there?

In my previous article I write about the two dimensions a person can live, the horizontal dimension and the vertical dimension.

And in many of my articles I write that the part of you we can call Soul is actively seeking the fulfillment of its desire.

Hope, Lemuria, Channeling… or how to be joyous, content, and have peace of mind

Hope is eternal, and so is stupidity.

Hope means: I don’t want the truth. Hope means: I prefer to dream. Hope means: It will be given to me. Hope means: If it is to be it must come from some place other than here, because I sure won’t move a finger to make it happen.

Do I sound angry? Bitter? Yeah… I am having a bout of bitterness here… lol. It comes, predictably, every 2-3 weeks, I know some sense into myself, and then I am good for 2-3 weeks.

I am talking about having your well-being, your happiness, your peace of mind depend on other people’s behavior.

A is A. Aristotle was right. Ayn Rand was right. And we have been all wrong.

A is A.

We behave as if that were not true, if we yell loud enough, if we assert our claims enough, if we pretend that it’s a mistake, etc.

I see it on clients, students all the time.

I did a Bach profile for a brand new person this morning. His “linchpin” Bach Energy is the Peacock. Peacock is one of these “I deserve to be beautiful because I eat poisonous berries for breakfast, lunch and dinner.” It is the 40th Bach Energy® Dr. Edward Bach didn’t find before he died. I did. I also found the Yew… #39. The toxic person. Desire to receive for the self alone…

If they listened to themselves they would say:… Are you crazy? Stop eating that stuff, it will kill you!

But no, they feel like a hero doing what they are doing. But they are dead, deadened heroes.

That sinking feeling in your stomach…

That sinking feeling… that you don’t measure up, the impending doom, being found out… fear of death…

I just read an article on the New York Times, and ended up having that sinking feeling in my stomach.

I don’t often have it myself, that sinking feeling in my stomach, but I experience it from students on the calls, so I decided to investigate.

The article was about the next 200 billion company. I had an experience of being a midget in a world of giants. I had an experience of being insignificant, nobody, wannabe, a failure, a nothing.

In olden times this would effect me and my mood for hours, days, weeks… depression would set in. I would look at my projects and feel ashamed.

Why is it that when your vibration drops, everybody seems to suddenly attack you and everything bothers you…

One of the most harmful words in the English language are I, my, and me.

It is not that they are intrinsically harmful! they are harmful the way we relate to their meaning.

Context is decisive. Sometimes these words (I, my and me) are the context, and sometimes they are heard in a context… confusing? Yeah, context has been confusing to many of my students. But being confused is a very high state: the lowest state a human is “knowing.” Why? Because once you think you know, once you think you have the answer, you stop looking, you stop being present, your mind is running the show, the stupid machine that anyone can hack, and they do, and you wouldn’t even know.

What is the highest state? I am not sure. But I am certain that the “I can see that” is higher than “confused”. I am not at the highest state, or if I am, I have no idea what indicates that state… so let’s not go there, ok?

Correcting vs fixing or how illness is my racket

I don’t think I have ever really distinguished the difference between these two similar sounding activities… so it’s time.

As usual, I had to distinguish the difference for myself… the hard way.
I almost didn’t make it…
My strength deteriorated to the degree that I was having heart pain and exhaustion from just going from one end of the apartment to the other… So I started to mentally prepare myself to meet my maker, so to say.

The weird stuff was, that Source answered all my “diagnostic” questions with no… not my heart, not my lungs, not this and not that… yet it agreed that I was dying… Weird, right?
