The Daily Connection

I have scheduled a bunch of short webinars, daily, to support you in connecting.

The webinars are called the Daily Connection webinars. They are at 10 am weekdays, 11 am Sundays, NY time. (When I have some obstacle, I reschedule and send an email to everyone who is registered.) On September 30th, Friday, I will have the call at 7 pm NY time instead, I have a doctor’s appointment. You know… my Atlas…)

On these daily short webinars I instruct you to switch on the connection, correctly, so you can get all the light that is due to you.

You need to register only once, and then show up on the calls when you can. Easy, painless. 15 minutes at a time. Nothing else but connecting and an activator download.

https://www.yourvibration.com/daily-connection/ to register

Daily participation is recommended but not mandatory. If and when you are able to connect on your own, you are set… except

On these calls I also download a new activator each time, with the intention to test it.

Activators are positive mindset sand feelings that you were supposed to have but probably don’t.

Example: the capacity to love yourself… you can’t take care of yourself, unless you do love yourself.

https://www.yourvibration.com/daily-connection/

Once this capacity is activated you’ll notice a marked difference how you feel towards yourself.

Depression lifts, and your capacity for joy, your capacity to be a winner return.

You’ll be amazed how fast and how well they work.

I would also appreciate if you brought a friend. You’ll feel good about sharing something with them, and this work will get out to the seven billion people half the time, so please, help accelerate “the thousand years of peace.”

Thank you again for being on the webinar

lol (lots of love). Sophie

That sinking feeling in your stomach. Is it real?

That sinking feeling… that you don’t measure up, the impending doom, being found out… fear of death…

I just read an article on the New York Times, and ended up having that sinking feeling in my stomach.

I don’t often have it myself, that sinking feeling in my stomach, but I experience it from students on the calls, so I decided to investigate.

The article was about the next 200 billion company. I had an experience of being a midget in a world of giants. I had an experience of being insignificant, nobody, wannabe, a failure, a nothing.

In olden times this would effect me and my mood for hours, days, weeks… depression would set in. I would look at my projects and feel ashamed.

Many people grieve continuously. What do you grieve for? Is it grief or is it depression?

Believe it or not, grieving is ALWAYS for what could have been. For the loss of a future.

Whether it is in a relationship, or adventure, or riches, or living a fulfilled life. Opportunities missed, a life missed.

If feels like an occasional hiccup like desire to weep, hiccup from a deep sorrow base.

Fear Of Failure… Another Possible Bottom Belief

Failure, the big deterrent

I had a dream most of my life to live in a school and be a perpetual student.

I knew it was weird, but I also knew that the best time I have ever had was studying hard in school: being at home was really horrible for me.

In 1987 I did The Forum, (Now it is called The Landmark Forum) and there was an exercise in it. The question was: Who are you that you are? Weird question, right? I thought so too, but yet, I somehow knew the answer immediately. Weirdly worded questions do that to you, whether you know it or not.

My answer to that question was: “Who I am is that I can’t make a commitment to anything. I’d rather continue studying than go out and choose one direction to go to and risk hating it.”

I was so proud of my answer that I bravely stuck my hand up… and I was called on.

When I finished what I wanted to say, the Forum Leader said: “Oh, I see, you are a failure!”

Reframing: our tool for creating

You’ve heard of the expression: like a deer caught in the headlights syndrome: frozen, seeing the world one way with no escape route.

Most people live their whole lives in that state: see the world in a fixed way.

To one degree or another we are all are like that.
The more of your life is lived in that state, the more powerless you feel, the less options, the less choices you see.
You can examine any two people with different results in life and you’ll see that they are stuck in one view of the world, but their view is different.

Obviously, having new choices, having new options, having different actions available to you is a good thing if you want to have a life worth living.
People who feel out of control, people who feel that they don’t have a say in what happens to them, are people with depression.

Do carbs make you sluggish, in body and mind? Part 2

Read Part 1 if you haven’t…

Do carbohydrates make you sluggish of body and mind?
It is hard to know how to eat. The newspapers, magazines, TV, scientist change their tune as if it were the seasons… so, as a rule, anything that you read or hear is suspect of being a lie.

I had my first breakthrough with a simple insight about 15 years ago:

Whenever I went into a restaurant I looked around. If the patrons were fat, I turned around and left. The restaurant catered to fat people…

Drama… your story… did it happen?

What do I call drama?
Every negative, uncomfortable, unpleasant feeling that you feel, experience, indicates drama. A story played out inside you. While you are involved in that drama you are not involved in life, you are taking an entertainment break: your relationships, your health, your work will suffer as a result.

Some of us are even addicted to that drama: for all I know it creates a sense of aliveness for the morbid, especially for people whose life is otherwise empty, void of purpose.

Case Study: Abraham Channeled by Esther Hicks. Feel better vs. Raise Your Vibration

Feel better vs. Raise Your Vibration
Please remember that this whole series of case studies is interested in one aspect: does the modality raise your vibration permanently. Or only teaches you to feel better temporarily… That is the only criteria that I examine here.

Why? Because there are plenty of feel better, flash-in-the-pan modalities out there that enslave you.

What do I mean?

Let me give you an example: A friend of mine ran his idea by me today: he wants to offer an on-demand coaching service, where people pay a monthly retainer fee and then a per-minute fee when they call for a coaching session.

What’s predictable is that the same people will call about the same issues, over and over. And unless he does something beyond solving the issue at hand, he will have to deal with the same thing over and over again. They will feel better for a little while, but the same thing will come back again and again.

Going Home, Kleenex, and Sai Maa

All my life I wanted to go home.

No matter where I was, periodically I had this overwhelming desire to go home.

Where home was, what home was… I had not idea. I just knew that I was going to recognize home when I get there.

I was an atheist, there was no religion in my family, and any sign, any symbol of religion filled me with a sense of dread, a sense of distaste.

Life is counter-intuitive if your source of intuition is your mind… Get out of your mind!

Life is counter-intuitive if your source of intuition is your mind

Most of what you call intuition, isn’t. It is, in fact, reaction. Mostly it is the reaction of your reptilian brain.

The reptilian brain seems to have retained the memories and learned behaviors of our reptilian ancestors, as if it had been us, personally gone through the experiences of a reptile.

Hold your breath when there is danger. Make yourself unnoticeable and blend into your environment unless you are ready for a confrontation, attack first ask questions later… these are all from the reptilian brain.

Depression, schizophrenia, maybe even ADD are reptilian brain reactions. And no, I am not a psychiatrist, but I do observe people, and I look deeper than most psychiatrist: I didn’t learn this, I distinguished this. This is Tree of Life knowledge, not dead.
