Can depression be alleviated with coaching? A coach reports…

Life wants more life… and when it can’t… when it is not forthcoming, it puts you into depression.
I had a small private workshop yesterday to test out a methodology that works for me to unstuck me every time.

Without a reliable, count-onable, potent method to unstuck yourself, you may get stuck in misery, inactivity, depression, for a long time.

What moves life, what gives a sense of living, is movement. Upward movement.

What many of us experience is deadness, or the dread of downward movement. It feels that movement, action, is futile
The depression resulting can last days, weeks, months… Depression recreates its cause… no movement.

Are you fully dead or mostly dead/slightly alive? Depression?

The attitude of submission, dutifulness, and the death of individual and the death of joy

Part of the enslavement process that has been going on for thousands of years, you are robbed of your sense of free will, and your joy.

The chicken coop doesn’t want you to enjoy anything… or more precisely, it separates enjoyment as a special thing on special occasions, not your natural state. Same with happiness.

But the truth is: your natural state is joy. Enjoying the body, the movement, breathing, eating, working: everything.

One of my challenges is to re-awaken, to liberate that capacity that society is hellbent to suppress.

Brain Fog or depression… what’s the connection?

Is brain fog the same as depression, or is depression associated with brain fog?
My assertion is that if you treat the brain fog, you also treat the depression.
Their overlap is 90%. And because brain fog is not emotional but all physical, the approach to treat it is all physical.

The human body is complicated. Not complex… Complex is still penetrable with the human mind, or with artificial brains. No. It’s complicated… not penetrable.

What different foods, different chemicals, different gut flora do and how they interact is complicated.

Trying to understand it is impossible. Not near impossible: it is impossible. Explaining, finding cures or fixes to symptoms is impractical and ineffective, and yet, this is the level of medicine and science… explaining, finding cures for symptoms, finding fixes to symptoms. Ugh.

So what can you do?

New healing articles on my healing blog… please check them out. Liver cleanse and more

Some of my students are very excited about what I teach in the Self-Healing course. They are really excited about being able to do their own healing, and prevention.
Don’t be mistaken, you can do a lot more with energies than with medication, or even dietary and lifestyle changes.
For example, at this moment in time, I don’t know of any other effective method of ridding your body of heavy metals and other chemicals, or to cleanse your liver and your pancreas.

Molecules of Emotion… Are you suppressing the negative?

Summary: Emotions… without emotions you feel deadened. But you only want good emotions… unfortunately, for you, you can’t have the good without the bad, life is a roller coaster, and you would hate to be stranded on the top of the peak anyway…

I listened to the audiobook, Molecules of Emotions some 10 years ago in the car. It’s a book written by a scientist, Candace Pert.

I did not set out to be a scientist of emotions… but I was eminently suited: instead of just talking about it, instead of writing about, I can actually verify the “findings”, verify or un-verify the theories by feeling.

Our language doesn’t keep up with the emotions: just like we don’t have words for the billions of colors that can be created with the four base colors of light, red, blue and yellow… and of course white… we don’t have accurate words for the feelings that are a combination, an energetic combination of base feelings.

Are you holding your breath? Republished

I never thought much about breathing… after all: who does?

But, because of my insomnia, because of my inability to fall asleep, because of the horrible nightmares, I took a class on relaxation techniques, and it was a breathing technique.

I don’t even know if I was just making it my own and changed the instructions, but the “my version” worked fairly well for decades. I took deep breaths and combined and made continuous the the in-breath and the out-breath… After a minute or two I got so lightheaded, that I drifted of to sleep.

Worked like a knockout… literally… lol.

But since I have raised my vibration, my body is not willing to participate in anything as drastic as that…

The reason breathing came up is not insomnia, but because I just finished a private session with a client, and want to share something with you:

What is consciousness? How does one explore the higher states of consciousness?

Experiencing higher states of consciousness… This has been the desire of millions of people. You have taken drugs, they have done seances, turned to sex, turned to racing, gambling.

Ordinary consciousness is not very attractive. Ordinary consciousness is boredom, sameness, or misery. It is also a kind of sleepwalking.

Life lived in ordinary consciousness is much like the life of the computer animated characters in the movie Matrix. They go about their tiny concerns unaware that they are a computer generated character in a computer generated reality.

It often occurs for me that our lives, our consciousness is quite accurately illustrated in that movie. You can’t reason with a computer animated character, especially if you want them to go somewhere outside of that animation: they can’t. It defines their reality and there is nothing accessible for them beyond it. That is all there is… other than desiring to experience higher states of consciousness, lol.

In my work with people, and my work has been with thousands, at least for the extent of one coaching conversation, I have learned about the “human condition”.

All my experiments are to reveal if it is possible for human being to be awakened, if human being can change its perception of reality, even for just a glimpse. After that glimpse there is a crack, an opening in the paradigm walls, and the higher, larger paradigm can be introduced.

So far no cigar, and the same can be said about the results of all the previous teachers that have tried. Buddha didn’t cause anyone to attain, the next person attained about seven hundred years after Buddha.

We call that glimpse of the larger higher paradigm attainment. Or enlightenment. A very rare phenomenon.

Your brain is broken… How long before you realize?

Ostriches Don’t Hide Their Heads in the Sand, humans do

One of the problems I see with any of the things that I teach is: they all require you to look. To get your head out of your arse, and look.

Get out of your mind and look. Look at your body, your feelings, your emotions, then look if that is true for you.

Ask yourself what you think… you’ll be surprised how different answer you get from that question than the dazed nodding machine that did the reading…

When something isn’t working, doing more of it is not the answer

Summary: In my search for finding transformational methods, I have come to the startling realization that everyone I know in the business of transformation is doing the wrong thing, teaching the wrong thing, and thus helping the Dark Side.
In one of the episodes of the House MD TV series, Dr. House has a patient who is dying. After a lot of tests they find out that the patient’s father gave his son a graduation gift from his scrap metal yard.

The son honored the loving father by keeping the gift on his person all the time.

The gift, a highly radioactive piece of metal, kills him, and maims his friend who was exposed to the radioactivity on a long flight when he sit next to him.

Why am I telling you this story?

Depression: could it be caused or perpetuated by your sleep habits?

Summary: when you declare that the state that you are in is depression, a loss of aliveness, a loss of piss and vinegar, then you suddenly have access to a power that you didn’t when you were just experiencing the exact same symptoms, without a label. This article is about what to do after the declaration

When life loses its taste

When sleeping tastes better than life

When you are not starting a project or stopping one you are in the middle of because you can’t see your way through it or because you don’t see that it can win

When you’d rather do menial stuff or watch movies

When you are obsessed with your sleep

Then you are, most likely, depressed.

Depression can be so low grade that most people would say it’s normal. Like with everything, you need a control, something to compare yourself with.
