Authority: have you given it away?

In your life you live as if you had no authority over your life.

Authority means: the power to call the shot. The power to make decisions, the power to have them carried out. The power to evaluate, accept or reject.

You have been instructed by family, schools, government, medical establishment, legal establishment, and gurus to hand over your authority to everyone and their brother.

You’ve been an idle mouthpiece to all these authorities. Not a single independent thought, not a single argument.

What do I mean? I mean the practice of looking who is speaking.

Who are you? How secure are you in who you are?

Summary: Distinctions are windows to reality. They are questions asked as the beam of flashlight shine on reality but pointing out only the parts that answer the questions.

This article will shine a light on the question: how secure are you in who you are? Do you survive the onslaught of energies of the horizontal, the masses, the Facebook stuff, the “friends”, the media, the Dark Side energies… Can you stay who you are while all that is going on? Do you even know who you are?

Suck it up?

I used to have clients and friends that their biggest complaint of others was that they wanted them to suck it up.

What does it mean ‘suck it up’? It simply means: “stop complaining, and say “f… it!” and move on.

This seems the hardest thing for humans to do… maybe even harder than summoning the courage to be alone, to read, to stop overeating, or do some “real” work.

I wouldn’t be writing about this, if I hadn’t had a recent run-in with the need to suck it up.

As you may know, I am a new Amazon seller. I am doing that so I don’t have to depend on you, my dear reader, on my livelihood, and that I can tell you the way it is, without sugarcoating it, without trying to make you like me… spend money with me… etc.

Love was invented by humans… by religion to make you miserable

I am sitting at my desk. Trying to work. Waves of despair, waves of grief, waves of depression wash over me.

None of it is mine.

It’s two days before Christmas, and peak time for depression, and suicides is coming.

Why are people so low around Christmas, when the holiday is supposedly about love?

Because love is a human invention.

I am no historian, but my hunch is that before religion, and without religion there would be no such “thing” as love.

When you love yourself, you love your life…

You find yourself not sleeping well, eating the wrong thing, not taking care of yourself… Maybe you are getting signs of depression… Maybe you are procrastinating…

How can you restore yourself to wellness? You don’t even know why you are not able to take care of yourself…

Your integrity is out… your sensitive conscience will not let you be well until you set things right.

We do things, little or big, that hurt others, hurt us. And then we expect to have a great life. Not possible.

But certain symptoms start happening. You can’t concentrate, or you can’t sleep well, peacefully. Or you don’t do what you know you must, you procrastinate.

To get out of the deep hole you inequities put you, you need to start taking small steps to restore your integrity, to restore your wholeness.

You can’t love yourself, when your integrity is out, and you can’t love your life when you don’t love yourself.

It is a downward spiral like the tread of the screw, every turn of the screw takes you deeper and deeper into the mire.

That sinking feeling in your stomach…

That sinking feeling… that you don’t measure up, the impending doom, being found out… fear of death…

I just read an article on the New York Times, and ended up having that sinking feeling in my stomach.

I don’t often have it myself, that sinking feeling in my stomach, but I experience it from students on the calls, so I decided to investigate.

The article was about the next 200 billion company. I had an experience of being a midget in a world of giants. I had an experience of being insignificant, nobody, wannabe, a failure, a nothing.

In olden times this would effect me and my mood for hours, days, weeks… depression would set in. I would look at my projects and feel ashamed.

On Insomnia and My Sleep Rescue Sleep Remedy

Insomnia, 14 million pages on google… big issue.

My recommendations, from my personal experience:

Even though I have invented the Sleep Rescue, and I have been using it, even though I can even download the energy of Heaven on Earth directly into myself, even though I have the HOE Long Range playing in my apartment 24/7, there are times when sleeping is difficult.

Occasionally I have problems with falling asleep
Other times I have problems staying asleep, especially after the first wave of sleep that can go as short ash 30 minutes, to as long as two hours.
And yet other times I am sleeping, but my sleep is not restful, it is full of repetitive nightmarish dreams.

How Self-Awareness is the Key to Happiness, Effectiveness, Intelligent Decisions… The Sideways View

Note: I could not find any pictures that would illustrate this principle or distinction, sorry. The illustrations are for simple self-awareness, or self-delusion, but they are funny… so enjoy. Sophie

I thought I was going to have a domestic day, you know laundry, dishes, stuff… and watch myself, my emotions, and have a good old time.

It’s Saturday, and the weather is gorgeous. My neighborhood is even prettier in the fall than in the summer: you can see far and the contrast of the blue sky and the rusty color of the leaves is really beautiful.

The thought: “I could actually be happy” cured and hung in there for a few minutes. I made myself a nice cup of tea, and checked my email.

There was a note there from Youtube that I have a comment on my “Why are Jews smart?” video, so I went to check it out.

Could Depression Be Caused By Carbs?

Could Depression Be Caused By Carbs? This is a question not many people would be able to answer authentically. Authentically means answering from their own experience. I can.

Why can’t other people? Because most humans go through life with their eyes closed, asleep. Things happen to them they don’t act as cause in their lives, they don’t even consider it. They don’t live consciously. I do, and this is what all my programs are about: causing you to live consciously.
About 10 months ago I removed most carbohydrates from my diet. I was on that all protein, some fat, some greens diet for six months. Then I started to add, slowly, some vegetables, and about a month ago I added sweet potatoes, baby red potatoes, and finally two weeks ago I added bread.

The truth will set you free, but first it will piss you off… or make you an outcast, or crazy

This article is not for everybody… Exercise caution!

I think I am going crazy.

The main reason people, most of them, almost all of them, are authoritarian, meaning not doing their own due diligence finding out if what is being disseminated as the truth is really credible, is that the truth is horrible.

Your mind acts as a filter, it doesn’t allow anything to go through and become conscious that you can’t handle. If it did, we would have a lot more schizophrenics that we do.

If it is safe to pass out, the mind will make you lose consciousness if the input is too strong for you to handle. If it is not safe to pass out, it will bury the true extent and meaning of the information until you are ready.
