Fear in reality v. fear in the cave… How much of your life do you spend in your mind?

Every living thing must have fear or they would be dead already… meaning the species. Fear is a useful warning that live is dangerous, and every species is the food of another one.

So we have a reason to be afraid. In reality. Animals, cars, other people… all good reasons.

In reality fear is like a nudge. Lasts for a few moments. If you don’t pay attention: it will nudge you again. If the danger continues and you ignore the signs, it now turns the nudging on.

In the cave it is totally different. In the cave you your fear is almost totally continuous. Because in the cave reality and the idea of reality are not distinct, not separate, and you are insulated and separated from what is real.

In the cave your mind filters out most of the signals from reality, and replaces those signals with memory. memory of things that were maybe never real. With what you said, consciously or not consciously, about what actually happened.

Forrest Gump is a great person to teach my work through

Forrest Gump again… to clarify some of the most important distinctions a person can have to live a life worth living.

Some of the most important, and most life altering distinctions one can have are coming up nowadays daily in questions, in podcast… and I am happy about that.

The two that come up and will come up every session is choice and of course context.

Choice is easy to see…

Pivoting. You can’t pivot in your head. Only in reality

First let me set the context for this article: For the past almost 30 years I have been mainly a mindset coach, and secondarily a healer.

It seems that in today’s climate, in today’s low vibration, low consciousness climate my work is not appreciated.
So instead of blaming anything, my job is to pivot.
When faced with the reality that life is short, these women pivot, and alter their current paths, by way of a series of impulsive, ill-advised and self-indulgent decisions.
This above is a quote from Wikipedia about a show called Pivoting…
Pivoting is using a pivot… a fixed point in reality, and turn around it to a new direction.
In my case,
‘when faced with the reality that my business is on a failing path, I will pivot, alter my current path, by ways of considered decisions and tests…
and won’t make any permanent decisions until the new path will prove to be both enjoyable and profitable enough for me to pay my bills.’

So this article is pointing to one of those possible new paths:

I am starting a new series in this article.

A series to answer why almost all techniques cause some change in your happiness. Some change in your health. Some change in how you feel about yourself, even though their truth value is low or very low. Even though the energies that they claim don’t exist. Even though the practitioner may have a low or very low vibration.

Huh?

Yeah.
I am starting with the Healing Codes and Dr. Alex.
Can we order lunch first?
That’s a line from Office Space (1999). Jennifer Aniston’s character asks that… before they sail away into lala land… or Kung Fu land as it may.
History:
Originally, back in 2011, my site generated thousands of ‘hits’ a day. Why? because I was writing about other sites, other practitioners.

And my reviews, instead of those being a sales piece, like everyone else’s ‘review’ written to get commissions gushing how great it is. Instead I dealt with what I call ‘assessments’… Assessments that I muscle tested and that was that.

Surprisingly in all these 10 years I only had one person who asked me to remove my ‘review’ of her from my site.

This new series, starting today, is going to be assessments with a different angle.

As I said above, I am curious why all or most of these modalities, etc. work, in spite of my low ratings of them.

Eventually I want to assemble a series of interviews with the people I feature… Interviews where they can fully express what they do. why THEY think their program is effective, why they think it is worth the money they ask for.

This on the shoulders of my ten years when I was sure that what I do and what I teach is the best… but the ‘world’ voted with their pocketbook… so I am humbled.

I still think it can be the best, but if no one is doing it, who knows? Maybe I am asking the fish to climb a tree, or the bird to swim…

Albert Einstein supposedly wrote, Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb

Your vibration, your love of life, Tree of knowledge, authenticity, and your language

Your Language, the words you use… how many of your words are accurate as in: I actually know, personally what the word means will define to what degree you have to pretend in life.

The more you pretend the less you can love yourself, and the less you love your life.
80% of language deals with stuff that is non-physical and not visible. The stuff that matters the most.
Almost everything that matters in life is in the invisible domain. Really. All that is visible doesn’t matter much if what is in the invisible is lacking or bad.

You can be married to the most magnificent person, for example, but if you don’t love them… meh, at best, horrid in most predictable.

Are dogs happy? Are cats happy? Are humans happy?

I woke up this morning. Felt a sore throat. I started to get dressed. Put on my socks, my thick padded pants, and… went back to bed.

I slept a little, pondered a little during that hour.

I am reading a book by Neal Stephenson (Termination Shock) that is dealing with global warming. It is a tome… 720 pages. Very interesting, albeit nothing much is happening, at least not as far as I have read, 75%.

But Neal Stephenson always takes you for a sweeping view of life and I am happy to go where he takes me.

So I asked the question:
Is he happy? And Source said through my fingers… No. Boggles the mind.
He writes exactly like another author I read everything from. He, for example published about the same amount of pages, but in many books, The title of the first book is Sick… The whole series: spectacular.

One author is not happy, the other one is… Brett Battles is happy. I link to a video of him sharing his journey as a writer… Watch it to see if you can see how and why he is happy. And above I link to an interview with Neal Stephenson… compare the two men. Do this after you read this article… again, and see if you see what I see. Please. for your own sake.

Most people are not happy, 8 billion. And a 1000 are happy.

What is the difference between them? Wouldn’t you want to know?

I am one of the happy ones…

Are dogs happy? They certainly feel happy? Yes, says Source.

How about cats? Are they happy? No.

I can see that too. They always go and try to do their own thing, ignoring the world… They don’t feel happy. They feel that they put up with a bunch of fools… incompetents, because they don’t have a thumb and can’t open the little tins with the food.

At least that is what I felt from my cats when I had cats.
So what is the secret?
It is simple, and it is on many memes:

Interestingly, 99.99% of memes say the opposite…

Here is what Charlie Munger has to say:
The secret to happiness is to lower your expectations. …that is what you compare your experience with. If your expectations and standards are very high and only allow yourself to be happy when things are exquisite, you’ll never be happy and grateful.
There will always be some flaw. But compare your experience with lower expectations, especially something not as good, and you’ll find much in your experience of the world to love, cherish and enjoy, every single moment. ~ Charlie Munger
Charlie Munger is one of the 1000 happy people.
There are two ways to be happy: improve your reality, or lower your expectations.” ~ — Jodi Picoult
Jodi Picoult is one of the eight billion. Not happy.
When you want to ‘improve’ your reality, it means it is WRONG.
It is not what it is. No. It is wrong, needing fixing, improving, or it remains wrong.

Charlie Munger accepts things as they are, neither wrong, nor right, and some of them he can even love. enjoy, cherish.

Much like a dog. It doesn’t particularly like to behave the way you want hi

Did you get stuck at a 3-year old’s level, and you are still behaving like a 3-year old child

Did you get stuck, ontologically, at a 3-year old’s level, and you are still behaving like a 3-year old child

Ontology is being science.

It looks at the grounds of your being. Here are a few examples: “I am an object in the world of objects.” “I am not free to be myself!” “There is something wrong and it needs to be fixed!” “Don’t tell me what to do!” “I already know!” “It’s mine!” “I am a girl” “I am not loved” “Life is dangerous” “I can’t count on anyone” “I am worthless”
Your life is built on the grounds of your being… like a house. You don’t like your life? Examine your grounds of being: the issue is there.

We met the enemy and it’s us… we get in our own way

The biggest problem we have in life is ourselves. You’d think it’s others, but it is really you.
We’ve met your enemy and it’s us. Get out of your own way! You are your worst enemy!

The sayings abound, because ultimately until you change, nothing will change. But how to change?

What motivates you? Is it positive or negative?

I am able to tell how your life is working from your answer.

Your life is like a tree adjusting to the slope of the ground, striving to grow straight up towards the sky. Read on, I’ll explain later…

I woke up three times last night.  Each time it felt it was too early to get up… but the third time was close to the time I set on my wakeup alarm… and yet, I didn’t get up.

I went back to sleep a little bit, dreamed, woke up again, and then again and again.

Every time I woke up I conjured up an idea, an image, a thought that would actually make me lift the blanket, and swing my legs over the edge of the bed and get up.
Nothing worked, until I thought: I will forever hate myself…
Then I found my hands move for the corner of the thick blanket, my legs were swinging…

So what happened? What was going on?

I tell you.

We are, all of us, are unconscious of what actually moves us.

The word ‘motivate’ simply means a force that moves… From there comes the expression: motive power.

We all have it, but we all don’t know it.

After all it could be so many…

Newton said that an object in rest will not move until a big enough force is applied to it to move it. And an object in motion will stay in motion in the same direction it’s moving, unless a big enough force changes the speed or the direction.

Obviously I paraphrased Newton’s law for us to see clearly that we are either in rest or we are in motion… and most of those states won’t take us to where we want to go.

Pay attention that the ‘want’ is inert. It is about as important in moving the object, you, as it is important how much face-paint you have on. Not.at.all.

Same with the other three imaginary movers, having to, needing to, and should.
So finding out what moves you, what has enough energy to move you or to stop you, move you and change your direction, is mandatory if you want to be your own person.
If you want to accomplish anything. If you want to have some semblance of power in your life.

Life, your base nature, others, are already providing a lot of forces… and for you to have an experience of being a person, you will need to have a say where your ‘ship’, where your life is going.

The two main inner forces are the move towards (attraction) and the move away repelling, or deterring forces.

But I am starting to see that you have a base nature, and those forces combine.

Your base nature is like a slope in the ground. It is not moving you to where you can be the best or where you can have your best life. In fact it is moving you down the slope… ugh.
Your base nature comes from your soul correction…
Let’s not argue if there is a soul or not. Let us not argue that if there were a soul it would be perfect.

Please consider the soul correction just an expression of an actual issue, a slope in the ground… a slope in the direction of being wretched. In the direction of never amounting to much. In the direction of desire for the

What you crave is experiences…

This morning I am looking at the tremendous difference between high vibration and low vibration. My head is spinning… wow.

One can say, that vibration is a number that measures how much of reality you see accurately.

What you see, of course, depends on what you know, what you can distinguish from everything else… accurately.
What you see, of course, depends on where you are when you are looking. How high, and how wide and how deep you look.
and what you see, of course depends on what you’ll consider as relevant… we’ll consider this your grounds of being.
and lastly, what you see will depend on your attitude aka what is driving the looking.

All these, of course, are nearly invisible for the looker. the person whose vibration we measure…

I am saying “nearly invisible” because unless you pay attention to what you see, to where you are looking from, to what you consider relevant and to what is your attitude… these factors are unconscious and therefore not seen. Invisible.
