Category Archives: Get unstuck

Many people grieve continuously. What do you grieve for? Is it grief or is it depression?

Believe it or not, grieving is ALWAYS for what could have been. For the loss of a future.

Whether it is in a relationship, or adventure, or riches, or living a fulfilled life. Opportunities missed, a life missed.

If feels like an occasional hiccup like desire to weep, hiccup from a deep sorrow base.

Cannot get from A to B? It’s not your fault! It’s the memes

When people speak about beliefs that they want to get rid of, let’s say, belief about money, abundance, they always think that there are some personal beliefs there, that they are discreet, and that they can get rid of them.

Back in my times when I was doing Fourth Plane energies, “designer energies”, one of the moves I had is to make my hand sticky, and pull beliefs, also called thought forms, from myself and from clients.

It was a long process. Hard on the muscles…

Why You Keep Signing Your Future Self Up for Stuff You Don’t Actually Want to Do

Part One: Knowing yourself is key to being able to change
We all think that we know ourselves… and then when it turns out to be wrong, we are surprised, but unphased in our certainty that we know ourselves.

Why is it nearly impossible to you to know yourself?

Because self-reflection is an intangible, spiritual capacity that can only open up if and when you look at your effect, your reflection, your feedback from the world around you.

Flip the context of your most traumatic incident

One of the transformational moves I use with my students is “flipping the context.”

Context is decisive, and the context inside which you live your life is what makes your life great or horrible… not what happens to you.

Here is an example of flipping the context from my favorite horoscope writer, Rob Brezsny:

Indigestion. Weight gain. Joint pain. Arthritis. Same cause?

Indigestion… Hunger… Weight gain… pain in joints… arthritis…

About four weeks ago I decided that I’d do what I can to make my life more enjoyable.

During the pandemic I packed on about twenty pounds. I stopped walking, and started moaning.

I started to restrict my food intake… signed up to noom. It looked absolutely hopeless.

With as little food intake as 1000 calories a day I was still not shedding an ounce of weight.

‘OK, I’ll be a fat corps’… I said to myself, ‘but while I am still alive, I want to be able to move about without much moaning.’

A year or two ago I bough myself an exercise equipment I had coveted for twenty years. A professional Precor stretchtrainer. I fell in love with it in the gym, but never was willing to swing the thousand bucks it cost.

But it being the pandemic and all… it was an emergency.

And then I used it for a coat rack… lol. For two years.

So when all my calorie restricting efforts failed, I decided to start exercising, gently, again… and hung up the clothes that were on the machine… and… nothing.

So I turned to what worked for me 20 years ago. I decided that I can’t have my morning tea until I do my stretching for the day.

That was about a month ago.
Here are my results: I have dropped five pounds. I am now eating normally, or maybe even better.
Source has decided to switch up my diet… and now I can’t eat meat or any kind. Vegetarian. Plant based foods, except some fish, some milk products, and an occasional egg.

So this morning I had a heart to heart conversation with Source: why I am dropping weight effortlessly, while I am eating more. And I am eating carbs like nobody’s business too.

Here is what I found out:
All disease is caused by some blockage. When you manage to remove the blockage, the disease can go away.
OK, but what causes blockages?
That is a really good question.

Life causes blockages. All the emotions cause blockages. Everything you do cause blockages. Somewhere in the body.

So when the energy cannot flow normally, without encountering the resistance or the blockage, you get sick…

In this regard overweight is a sign of disease. Disturb or blocked flow.

Because I am so aware, because I am an empath, I can feel when the lymph starts to move. And I can also tell you: before I started to do the stretching daily, the lymph wasn’t moving.

What is the lymph?

It is a circulation in the body, much like blood. But its job is to take away toxins and other byproducts of life from internal organs. When the lymph is slow or doesn’t move, your organs cannot work normally: the byproducts are piling up and prevent the organ to do what it is supposed to do.
So causing the lymph to flow again…
…is like draining the lake in which you are drowning… so you can walk to the shore and be ok.

And as in my case, drop the extra weight, sleep well, have much better mood. If you have brain fog… start stretching. If your

What is a seeming? And why is it helpful to know?

One type of meme that you honor as the truth is called a seeming.
If you say: It is that way… you describe ‘reality’.

But if you change the saying: ‘It seems to me that…’ then it turns into a seeming. And makes the world malleable… not as rigid as it was thus far.

Why turn something into a seeming?

Drama… your story… did it happen?

What do I call drama?
Every negative, uncomfortable, unpleasant feeling that you feel, experience, indicates drama. A story played out inside you. While you are involved in that drama you are not involved in life, you are taking an entertainment break: your relationships, your health, your work will suffer as a result.

Some of us are even addicted to that drama: for all I know it creates a sense of aliveness for the morbid, especially for people whose life is otherwise empty, void of purpose.

You are not learning. What does the culture teach you, tell you, so that you end up not learning?

This is a great question, if you have curiosity the capacity turned on. This is an even greater question for you if you have been trying to learn, by signing up to my programs, or buying a capacity from me, and you are failing.

Here is the statement I paid more than 20 thousand dollars for, taken an airplane some 20 times, slept in a hotel 20 times, and got nothing else from the courses and programs I paid for…

But this sentence is worth the 20 grands it cost me to get it.

Here is the magic sentence: “When something isn’t working… there is something you don’t know.”

The sentence is brilliant… and yet it won’t work for 99% of the people…

What you see… is it reality?

The view is different from the foot of the mountain than from the top
One of the weird thing about humans that they are stuck in their limited view of reality.
They don’t even suspect that there is a different view from different points.

This is why almost every otherwise worthless therapist or coach can cause temporary results… because all they need to learn is to ask you to look a different way, through a different perspective, and voilà… magic happens.

The problem is that when you are left to your own devices, you rarely if ever think to activate the magic. The magic that is magical, but isn’t magic.

Things look different from different perspectives, because that is what perspective means. Duh.

And because your life is given by what you see, if you are stuck, which seems to me is always, all you need to do is change the perspective.

I hardly know anyone who volunteers to do that.
