Overwhelm, survival mode, resignation, dead man walking

I had an important and eye-opening insight today. A looking back…

Let me tell you the story so you get the fact that the likelihood of me ever discovering this was between none and zero.

It began some 30 years ago.

My own unstuck myself technique I use as many times as I am stuck, or see a client stuck

…Whether for myself, or for a client, whether in health, wealth, relationships, or spirituality…

The method has been asking a different question.

A different question unstucks your fixed view of the world, the fixed view that gives you what you are struggling with.

If you consider that everything you have now, is the result of what you know/what you see, then if you want to make any change, big or small, you have to turn your eyes away from what you know, and look around.

This is, by the way, why walking is so useful for high achievers: when you go outside your eyes naturally look at more than just what your mind is focusing on… and you have a chance to unstuck your view.

Secret of Success – change your false belief

Your core belief is what keeps you sick, fat, miserable, and poor…
…but it is not easy to see your exact belief… A belief is a sentence… words… And without the exact sentence, you can’t release it

I have showed you a way or two to find your false belief in previous posts…

Another great way to suspect that there is a core belief is the following method?

Let’s suppose that you love movies. You watch a movie. You are spellbound. You are somehow kept in awe, but when someone asks what about that movie that does that magical thing to you, you have no answer.

I have a few foreign movies that did that to me (American movies are largely unsuited for this purpose: they treat the viewer as imbecile)

Find The Core Belief that keeps you poor, sick, and miserable

How do you start revealing the core belief that is the linchpin of your whole belief system about yourself, about the nature of the world, or about other people?

I am going to use my own example, because that I know it intimately… because I am aware of all my thoughts and because I have been consciously looking.

Rule number 1: never believe that you have found THE answer. The answer may be deeper than where you are. Example: I thought that my core belief was that I didn’t have the right to live. It felt dramatic, and I shifted it. I could have gone my merry way, but that would have been a mistake.

Rule number 2: Your core belief is what irks you about other people. What do I mean?

Stoic vs. Epicurean… Will you get unstuck from the desire trap.

Imagining, the desire trap is an Epicurean way of living. You imagine what you want, enjoy the pleasures from it, and never invest in a future where you could actually have, in reality, what you wanted.
I just finished Step 10 of the 67 steps… this is my tenth, maybe eleventh round through the 67 audios. It’s given me, so far 26 months of being light on my feet… instead of flat footed.

I have changed a lot in these 26 months. I changed, but more importantly, what I see, what I CAN see has changed.

Pretty but useless. Talented but not amounting to much

There is a science to create worthlessness, embedded in your life script
Yesterday during our Context Workshop I shared each participant’s picture with others… if we were on zoom everyone would have known how everybody else looks, but I do my workshops on gotowebinar… because it works for me.

Get Your Brain Unstuck

I love the analogy of the winding mountain pass where an unsuspecting motorist happens on a car wreck in the middle of the two-lane road.

His options are to drive into the solid rock on the left, into the abyss on the right, into the wreck in the middle… or to slow down and drive around the wreck. Slowly.

My numbers show that 99.5% of them will not even consider slowing down and driving around the wreck. It doesn’t even occur to them as a possibility.

Because, obviously, testing people on winding mountain roads is not in my budget, I do the next best thing. People’s response to bad news.

This article is about the two main ways we deal with life. Where we put our efforts, where we put our attention… they both express our attitude quite precisely… and how can brain plasticity rescue you… from yourself.

When I click “send” the Starting Point Measurements, I admit, I don’t know what to expect.

I know what I have been getting, but the past is not a reliable predictor of the future.

What Is The Technology to Change Your Future?

When you track your current path on the map you will notice that it has a trend. The exact way you can tell from a short section of rails the direction they are heading. If you tell the truth, where that path is heading is not where you want to go… So what is there to do to change your future?

Let’s use the map of the United States for the sake of the visuals among you.

If you want to build a railroad from where you are to let’s say Seattle, what are the important things you need to know?

Where exactly are you?
What is the terrain like between where you are and Seattle?
What are the means that you can use to build your rail?

The Wall, The Ladder, and Your Life’s Purpose: How do you get Guidance from The Soul?

Many people walk around with an immense amount of knowledge. Yet, in their professional life, they jump from one thing to the other. They’re directionless because they zigzag. They go to this direction and then they go to that direction and they go in the third direction and then they return to the first one, and on and on it goes.

That’s how my life looked for years after I finished publishing the magazine and this is how my friend’s life looks.

He’s my chiropractor friend. He has a business, he’s a chiropractor. He has been a chiropractor for 23 years. He knows a lot about how to adjust people. He has added energy work and Ayurveda but his heart isn’t into it.

So he publishes a newsletter, he does self-improvement work, he volunteers, he follows a guru, he goes to India, he goes to ski, he does all kinds of things. He even recorded an audio-book for me, but after all this doing, you can see, that he has no direction, he has no path.

He has a lot of knowledge, a lot of possibilities, but no direction, no ‘Guidance from The Soul.’ Just restlessness, and a sense that it’s all fun, and it’s all good, but it isn’t going anywhere.

Here is this little story that may shed some light to what’s missing for him, and what may be missing for you.

What’s your purpose in life?

What’s your purpose in life?

I hear this question and derivations like “what’s my purpose in life?” “What was I meant to do with my life?” etc.

We, human beings, want to do the right thing. It feels that if we did that, then all ADD, all restlessness, all depression, all jumping-around and inconsistent behavior would disappear.

We would joyfully do what we are meant to do, finish what we start, jump our of bed with eagerness, right?

Only if we just could find the one thing we are supposed to do. Be certain, stop doubting ourselves, settle down…

Now, though this is almost the truth, it is not the whole truth, and there is also a lie hidden in its midst.

What? you ask, shocked. You are pulling the rug from under my feet! I thought that the moment I find out… life will be bliss.
