Category Archives: Getting you well

Your dance card is full… and your life is empty and meaningless. What will you do?

I woke up drenched in sweat from a dream this morning.

I was in a diner. I shared the table with someone… I took out a credit card to pay. I went to the cash register, and I didn’t have my card… in fact, all my cards and my cash were gone.

Scary, isn’t it? Lots of phone calls… all my accounts were emptied… But eventually I got above the dark cloud, regained my coherence and started thinking: am I doomed forever?

And I saw that I have assets… and I can get back to my computer and write an email, and I have money.

I built my assets for decades… and now they are there.

What about you? What assets have you built? What lasting things have you done?

What can you count to still have value after decades of your life?
One of the most ignored and most useful advice I have ever read comes from Warren Buffet, his 20 slot Rule.

It talks to stock investors, but it can be easily interpreted as an overall advice for a life well lived.

How do you know if you live your life well… is your life is a well lived life?

What makes Sophie cry? Why is she crying?

What makes Sophie cry?

Some people like rants, others hate them. For many listening to rants is entertainment. For others ranting, yours or someone else’s is a release, like a good dump.
I hate rants, I hate ranting, and yet, occasionally getting what bugs you out to the open can be therapeutic. This article… I guess, is a rant.

Overwhelm, survival mode, resignation, dead man walking

I had an important and eye-opening insight today. A looking back…

Let me tell you the story so you get the fact that the likelihood of me ever discovering this was between none and zero.

It began some 30 years ago.

Here are a few health related findings that I have been holding really close to my vest.

Here are a few health related findings that I have been holding really close to my vest.

Why? Because I am a little scared to make them public.

Some have to do with my “suddenly” flat belly at age 70. Flawless, not wrinkled, flat. WTF, eh? Especially given that I dropped 44 lbs in the past two years.

And I don’t go to the gym. And all that…

That was actually my goal…

I have seen people who dropped a lot of weight, and their skin remained the same size… Not pretty, so I didn’t want that.

So, what did I do?

How to get smarter with the same brain you had yesterday… Or dumber… this is the direction most people go

I wrote this article on Thursday… two days ago. I just didn’t want to jam up your pipes…

Lots of people are looking for some remedy, some solution for low IQ. Interestingly most of them are from developing countries. Mainly from Asia.

But occasionally Westerners notice, also, that they are not very smart, that they cannot think well. Same IQ, different experience.

But let’s consider that you are just foggy… that you are less smart than your usual self… what is going on?

Your brain turns slower, it misses stuff… and your results are less than pristine. You don’t see, you don’t hear, you are in a fog, or maybe molasses.

This happens to me too, but unless I am challenged, it is hard to notice. You notice that your brain is off only when you really need it.

Two new posts on my healing blog

I’ll be 67 next week, so being well, getting better is a frequent thought. Working on myself is an activity I don’t find pleasure in… but luckily, as an empath, my hands on healing modality is healing by proxy, so when I work on a client I work on myself as well.

One of the things I seem to need regularly is liver flushing. Why? I don’t know, I don’t care, I only car that it gets done. But, and it is strange to me too, all the energies get stronger when there are recipients, so cleansing my own liver takes a lot more effort, than cleansing someone else’s and get my own done in the process.

So I strive to have at least one steady client at any one time, even if it is not a paid client.

DNA tests for diets… are they useful, or are they a fraud?

Your DNA and your food list… The Ancestral Diet, DNA diet… a vibrational review
I started to research this area out of my desire to get more clients for health consultation.

Essentially when I do a health consultation with a client, what I do is muscle test

their nutritional deficiencies against a 90 nutrition list I swiped from Joel Wallach,
I test their food allergies, sensitivities and intolerances,
their optimal way to eat following the Human Design institute’s model.
their current health number (1-100) and their current cell hydration number (1-100)
and when I am done with that, I muscle test them against an about 500 food long list.

Now, what does this have to do with your DNA or ancestral diet, or DNA diet?

Compassion, Morgellons, and the invisible world that can be felt

Often the only way you’ll notice your attitude when it goes away.

This is exactly what happened to me today. It started yesterday with a dull distaste in my belly, and today, as I was doing some research, it flipped… and I was left with seeing clearly that my arrogance and maybe condescension was an attitude.

It is hard to see oneself… but I got a glimpse of myself in this.

I am an experimenter, in spite of the support I get from Source.

I get answers, but sometimes I have wrong questions: questions that take me on a loop.

Health is the main area of loops… A loop is when you spend time battling windmills as if they were giants, like Don Quixote.

And then I find something and I get arrogant, and self-congratulatory, forgetting that if it took me years to find it with the tools I have, I should have some compassion, cut some slacks for people who can only get stuff from the visible. From the 1% of reality, from the Tree of Knowledge.

The real reason Source says: don’t eat certain foods, like grains

Interesting. As soon as I ask a question, the answer lines up to be found by me… sometimes on the same day.

In my last article I said that I don’t know why it is not necessary to have gluten sensitivity or gluten intolerance to get way way better by removing grains.

Next thing I know I am reading this book on the bees and what causes them to die off and leave the planet in danger of extinction… and there is the answer…

I am quoting from the book: Bless the Bees, the Pending Extinction of Pollinators: Read the bolded… otherwise you’ll be bogged down by the funky names of chemicals… and quit reading! lol

What should you expect when you stop eating grains… any form, hidden or overt

The truth value of this article is 20%… Higher than most articles…

I Stopped Eating Grains for a Month—Here’s What Happened

Obviously 20% is high, but it also means that it is 80% not true. I muscle test, and it is partially exaggeration, partially using untrue justification for what happened… But it’s worth reading. It is a good partial truth…
So long, oatmeal; hello, clear skin
– by Allison Young

Here’s how the whole grain-free thing came about: A year or so ago I got sick, pukey sick, and couldn’t eat anything for 24 hours without retching. I felt terrible…but my complexion was the picture of heath. Even the dry, irritated patch on my chin that had become somewhat of a persistent problem, gone! Obviously something in my diet was irritating my skin, but what? I tried passing on coffee, processed foods, alcohol, refined sugar, but nada.
