The speed of life… Are you authoring your life, or is life happening to you?

Even though I have completed my 20-day learning challenge, I am still listening to Dr Popper’s videos.

In one of these videos he says something very important, that i really managed to connect to some of my own experiences only on the third hearing.

Here is what he says:
The speed of life robs us of our ability to fully experience, fully feel.

Reality… the pragmatic approach that removes the misery, the suffering, even frustration

Back in the early 70’s I had a live-in boy friend, who was a philosophy student. His father was a famous philosopher, was a Hegel expert.

Hegel, I hear, is one of the most impenetrable philosopher to me. The family, father and three sons, had regular philosophy lessons.

I am not interested in philosophy, not a debating/argumentative person, but lately I am encountering philosophical questions that are at the root of my teaching: teaching you to be in harmony with life, teaching you to live a happy life.

One of the most important questions here is what is reality, what is real, because all that unhappiness we experience comes from what is not real.

If you talk a lot… even if it is only in your head…

I am finding that the level of coherence I have enjoyed for almost four years is suddenly dropped. Dropped only 30%, but that is enough for me to experience difficulty in thinking, being able to write, to move through life with grace and ease.

If you remember, coherence is the degree to which your inner energies, especially your intellectual energies, thoughts, are music as opposed to cacophony.

Each one has a different level of coherence. Grace and easy and power are only possible when one is reasonably coherent for longer periods of time.

Every upset, every interruption, everything you resist cause incoherence.

My downstairs neighbor, the woman, is at home. Muscle test says: she is sick with the virus. Instead of resting she is banging away in the apartment, and when her beau comes home she whines, shouts, complains, for an hour or two. Continue reading If you talk a lot… even if it is only in your head…

What can you see in the sideways view?

Even if you have the driftwood capacity activated, you have to learn what it is like to be looking.

Yesterday’s article about assumptions should clue you in: you mostly are stuck with your assumption: you have never really looked and seen.

It seems that to observe, to look, to look until you see something is not a low-vibration person activity, and most people ARE low vibration… so most people never look.

The ones that do are famous at least in what they do for a living.

Quentin Tarantino… Albert Einstein, Ayn Rand.

It really seems that this capacity to look and see is very rare. Continue reading What can you see in the sideways view?

The roller coaster of your inner life… the highs and the lows… Nerve wrecking

People are starting to recognize themselves in my articles.

I often struggle to say things in a way that matches the inside language of people… How they say it to themselves.

For example this whole idea of the swinging back and forth between the delusional and the devalued opinion of yourself… Continue reading The roller coaster of your inner life… the highs and the lows… Nerve wrecking

How to change your future by changing your story

Your stories are boring, repetitive, and rigidly fixed. You tell them the same every time, and that gives you a life of gloom and doom, an ever narrowing, ever more impoverished version of the Life you could have.

This article is about blowing some life into your story, so you can have more life.

“Know something, sugar? Stories only happen to people who can tell them.” – Allan Gurganus

Gurganus is right. The truth happens to everyone, but stories only happen to people who can tell them. And tell them well…

What you don’t want to look at…

My first suspicion came when I noticed that leaders, people who ‘selflessly’ gave of their time to the organization, died, left and right, of cancer.

Kabbalah says that certain diseases are opportunistic, like the Dark Side, they enter your body on cracks between who you claim you are, and who you really are… the space between you and you.

Even little kids have that…

You are fed by your mother. You choke on the food. Your mother doesn’t know how to help you. You don’t die. Your parents rejoice and hug you and kiss you.

Normally they don’t express feelings, but this trick did it… so you ‘invent’ for yourself a new way to be: don’t do anything. don’t say anything. Don’t cry… and then it will go away and the praise, the kisses will come.

Eventually you are a grown person, having had tens of incidents and experiences when it didn’t work, when it only bought you grief and humiliation, incidents of sexual attacks, inappropriate touch, and some maybe even more painful… but in your little mind that hasn’t moved from the choking incident, you tell yourself: the kisses and the reward are surely coming… Continue reading What you don’t want to look at…

What if two fairy tales could turn your life around, so you could love your life?

The two fairy tales that give you your life

I am running three developmental courses right now. Developmental courses and personal conversations are:
1. How I inform Source on what needs to get done and what’s in the way of humans being willing and able to be all they can be;
2. How I test ideas, theories, activators, methods and such;
3. How I find out what people can do, what they can’t do. What they can learn; and what they cannot learn because it is not a skill, it’s a talent, a gift.
4. How I get great ideas for articles, like the idea of the two fairy tales.

How to have a different future than your past has been?

What gives you being/acting in the present is the future you live into.

I learned that sentence in Landmark Education. And until today it was pretty much just a sentence, that I could not explain to any of my students. I will write about this until I GET IT! lol… how is that for authenticity?

This morning I was watching a TED video with Benjamin Hardy –>. He says somewhere: “Since 2015, my articles have been read between 50 and 100 million times. Nearly 400000 people subscribe to my weekly newsletter.” His vibration is 170, he has 2 spiritual capacities open, his stuff’s truth value is 3%: it is all tree of knowledge. But his stuff resonates with people. Continue reading How to have a different future than your past has been?

What makes you who you are today?

The obvious answers are that it is your past that makes you who you are. What happened to you. What was your education, your upbringing, your genes, your environment.

And all that seems to make you who you are today, and if you are anything like the people I deal with, day in and day out, you are not happy with who you are, how you are.

Why? How you are doesn’t get you the life you have always wanted, the accomplishments, the joy, the intimacy, the love, the care you wanted.

Is how you are really who you are? No, not at all. Nobody is. Or nobody is fully authentic.

You are is put together, while who you are is diligently covered up. Continue reading What makes you who you are today?
