Positivity, positive thinking is a mental illness.

Positivity, positive thinking is a mental illness.
Setting rules is also a mental illness.
Doing only what seems to have the highest chance to succeed: ditto.

You treat yourself as if you were a nincompoop, but when I call you that you are offended.

You treat yourself a feeble minded toad, a never do well… and expect others treat you as a prince, or a genius.

What is beyond the ground bound existence of humanity?

I have been puzzled by the fact that people are literally unable to think up a context that would instantly transform their reality.

As I have said before: context is decisive.

That simply means that the context, the background alters how the foreground is perceived. The foreground doesn’t change, or not necessarily, but the mood, the attitude, the feeling, the motivation changes.

The how changes, sometimes dramatically.

My favorite context is mastery.

Mastery is just a word… So let’s elaborate on that.

Intention, responsibility: how do you get off the hook?

One of the hallmarks of a person who is not willing to learn is bringing unrelated questions or remarks to the conversation.
I just listened to an hour long presentation about a person who is very prolific.

Prolific means that they have a high useful output.

A prolific author writes more books than a garden variety author.

I am considered prolific because of the number of articles, the number of courses I create as a matter of course.

To be prolific your number one requirement is to have

Intention
direction you set for yourself
effectiveness and efficiency… meaning you do what is important, and you do it well and fast
awareness
meaning

Each elements is important… but what pulls it together is a who issue… and that is intention.
Most people don’t have intention. They want. They would like to. Maybe even set out to do something or be something.

But intention is a higher function beingness. No amount of lower function activity actually turns on intention…
You need to intend to intend.
It sounds weird… because the likelihood that you know how to intend is very low. You and billions of other people live in a culture where intending is not modeled by many, so you can’t recognize it when you see it.

You can’t recognize the energy of intention.

Intention is an energy…
Effort vs Intention
We know a character in Greek mythology who would be the perfect example for effort but no intention.

The character is Sisyphus who was condemned by the gods to do a hard and meaningless thing, day in and day out, and to never have any result.

His activity, pushing a boulder up the slope had no MEANING…

He COULD NOT intend, because intention needs a you and a meaning.

Things don’t have meaning, activities don’t have meaning, what happens doesn’t have meaning in and of itself.

Life is empty and meaningless.

All meaning comes from words. All meaning comes from someone speaking it, thinking it.
Meaning is the great divider.
In our intention training workshops, I have successfully taught people to turn on intention.

It is not difficult… unless you do what the attendees in the class in the beginning did. Instead of getting what is being taught, they bring what they already know about other things to the conversation. They bring what doesn’t belong to the conversation. What will conveniently prevent them for having to be responsible for not using, not getting, not benefiting from what is taught.

The level nearly all of humanity lives, the lower functioning part, is engaging in one thing earnestly… nearly as if they had a sacred intention: avoiding responsibility.
Responsibility means being the cause, being at cause of everything.
What I have found out, after 37 years of being both a student and a teacher of responsibility is that unless you have intention, you can’t and won’t.

Most people can’t teach what they have without effort. It takes superhuman abilities to get that you have

Your puddle-like inner world vs a high achieving rapid

The more of the puddle you try to force into the eventual rapid the more pain of loss you’ll experience.
Unavoidable. So instead of taking away useless, unproductive, wasteful activities, you add more… More puddle.

Don’t forget that a puddle has no restriction… so seemingly everything can fit in.

Your life will not change to the better if…

A symbol of restriction is a chimney. And Forrest Gump

The best symbol of restriction is the chimney. And Forrest Gump

They are, I say, the symbol for growth… Only one way… up.

There are nations like a lake, a stream, a river, a puddle, and nations like a chimney. Most nations devolve into a puddle-like environment for the individual. No growth inspired, no growth encouraged, no growth praised.

So if life, what is ‘normal’, the expectations don’t restrict your activities, behaviors, then how can you reach excellence?

What makes Keanu Reeves someone you’d want to learn from?

One of the biggest difficulties in raising your vibration, raising your consciousness, is your vocabulary. Connecting it to your life.

Unless you know what being, how, who words really really really mean, your vibration cannot rise. Your vocabulary makes you not just live in the world, but be OF THE WORLD… i.e. have the consciousness, awareness, attitude and vibration of the world… which is, at this point, has hit an all time low.

So I continue writing about your one thing…
…the one thing that can 10x your results and make everything else easier or not necessary.

Indigestion. Weight gain. Joint pain. Arthritis. Same cause?

Indigestion… Hunger… Weight gain… pain in joints… arthritis…

About four weeks ago I decided that I’d do what I can to make my life more enjoyable.

During the pandemic I packed on about twenty pounds. I stopped walking, and started moaning.

I started to restrict my food intake… signed up to noom. It looked absolutely hopeless.

With as little food intake as 1000 calories a day I was still not shedding an ounce of weight.

‘OK, I’ll be a fat corps’… I said to myself, ‘but while I am still alive, I want to be able to move about without much moaning.’

A year or two ago I bough myself an exercise equipment I had coveted for twenty years. A professional Precor stretchtrainer. I fell in love with it in the gym, but never was willing to swing the thousand bucks it cost.

But it being the pandemic and all… it was an emergency.

And then I used it for a coat rack… lol. For two years.

So when all my calorie restricting efforts failed, I decided to start exercising, gently, again… and hung up the clothes that were on the machine… and… nothing.

So I turned to what worked for me 20 years ago. I decided that I can’t have my morning tea until I do my stretching for the day.

That was about a month ago.
Here are my results: I have dropped five pounds. I am now eating normally, or maybe even better.
Source has decided to switch up my diet… and now I can’t eat meat or any kind. Vegetarian. Plant based foods, except some fish, some milk products, and an occasional egg.

So this morning I had a heart to heart conversation with Source: why I am dropping weight effortlessly, while I am eating more. And I am eating carbs like nobody’s business too.

Here is what I found out:
All disease is caused by some blockage. When you manage to remove the blockage, the disease can go away.
OK, but what causes blockages?
That is a really good question.

Life causes blockages. All the emotions cause blockages. Everything you do cause blockages. Somewhere in the body.

So when the energy cannot flow normally, without encountering the resistance or the blockage, you get sick…

In this regard overweight is a sign of disease. Disturb or blocked flow.

Because I am so aware, because I am an empath, I can feel when the lymph starts to move. And I can also tell you: before I started to do the stretching daily, the lymph wasn’t moving.

What is the lymph?

It is a circulation in the body, much like blood. But its job is to take away toxins and other byproducts of life from internal organs. When the lymph is slow or doesn’t move, your organs cannot work normally: the byproducts are piling up and prevent the organ to do what it is supposed to do.
So causing the lymph to flow again…
…is like draining the lake in which you are drowning… so you can walk to the shore and be ok.

And as in my case, drop the extra weight, sleep well, have much better mood. If you have brain fog… start stretching. If your

The One thing: The who, the how, and the role of rest?

While context is decisive, the One thing, the way I teach it is as decisive regarding your life as context.

This is how it works:
Let’s say you invent for yourself and for your life to be consistent. That is your One Thing.
And then you use that one thing to do the same things you’ve been doing, but now you do them differently.

You become consistent in lying, pretending, self-concern… or doing only the easy things that make absolutely no difference for Life, for others, for you.

So you see, context is still missing. Because if you force your one thing to work in your default context, it won’t make your life 10x better.

I know, I know, the book doesn’t say that. I haven’t said that… but here I am, observing five people who did just what I am describing here…

And I can see that unless they design their context also for that 10x growth, it won’t happen.

So using ‘consistency’, the how… again.
What kind of context would pair with that to cause a 10x growth.
We could use almost all ‘how’ and get the same insights… Powerfully, purposefully, committedly, deliberately, with discipline. These are all from this past week from actual students.

I can now see, that like any machine, or process, you cannot just change a part and make the whole work brilliantly.

You need to adjust all the elements that depend on each others.

Let me help you look at another scenario where this is obvious.
You invent the context of becoming rich. It’s an OK context… not the best, but OK.
Then your bring your DEFAULT how to every action you take…

If your default how is, for example, stingy, or resistant, needy, entitled, or arrogant, you can see that suddenly your invented context won’t be able to make you happy, take you to the future ‘becoming rich’. Instead your default how will keep you at the same place.
So what I am saying is this: you need both an empowering context AND a how, your one thing, that can and will take you, reliably, to where you want to go.
It’s a dance…

So if our example person who invented ‘consistency’ as their One Thing invented a context, a direction or a who, for example, ‘I am in harmony with Life’, or one of my favorites: ‘What I want for myself I want for everyone’, the combination of the two elements make every action happen in the right attitude in the right direction in the right way.

This is what Wallace D. Wattles means by ‘The Certain Way’. He doesn’t elaborate. I guess a hundred years ago all these distinctions, context, one thing, who and how, weren’t used or maybe didn’t exist.

By the way, some students are from countries where the language still doesn’t have these words.

Moreover, when I came to the United States 37 years ago, I didn’t have these words either.

This is one of the 1000’s, Ludwig Wittgenstein said about language:

words are tools that we use to play different games, not intended, of course, in a literal sense, but more as patterns of intention
