Process-conscious vs result-conscious… fulfillment every day vs one day someday


I have a brain that is a pattern seeking machine.

A pattern is when something is repeating, form, essence, pitch, sequence, day of the week, month of the year, etc… something that connects seemingly unconnected things together.

Seeing patterns can save lives, and animals living in the wild still have the capacity, but humans living in a comfortable world, have lost it… to their detriment.

Often the activity is called: connecting the dots… Even if Steve Jobs says: it is only possible to connect the dots backwards. He talks about different dots… he talks about the cause and effect type of dots, not the patterns.

Get out of your mind and take control of your life


Getting out of the mind is easy to do, hard to teach…
Mainly because the words are misleading: you don’t want to control your mind, you can’t. You want to control and direct your attention. Your mind is not controllable… But your attention is.

Once you get the hang of it… have an experience outside of your mind, life starts to open up.

The trick is not to try to change your thoughts… that would still trap you in the mind. Or change your fear… or change your desire… or change anything.

What works is to take your attention off the mind and put it on something, anything, in the present. My favorite is to download the Heaven on Earth and follow the path of the energy bundle through the 40 stops. It goes slowly, and it does work on all the 40 locations in the body: removing blockages, one after the other. I don’t remember where I teach the stops… so I may have to recreate it… I’ll add it to this post. Email me if you want it.

Another way to move your attention off the mind is to do the “find your feet” exercise… search the site to find it… I share it in some other article.

A third way is to start examining minutely your hand… you can even do that while you talk to someone, or listen to a lecture…
What is wrong with the mind-control type of teachings?

the mind-control teachings, the teachings that say: control your mind? After all they say that if you can control your mind, you can achieve anything…
And the Law of Attraction teachers/fans say: if you hold the image in your mind, and hold onto it long enough, it will happen…
And the Positive Thinking people say: if you can turn everything into its opposite, or just avoid saying anything negative, you’ll be happy, and blah blah blah…

Addicted to anxiety, anger, shame, grief, fear, anguish? Here is your remedy…


I am sitting here. My insides are in turbulence. My shoulders are stiff. I am playing Freecell, which is a computer card game, if you didn’t know.

I suddenly have a doubt flash through my being: do I feel tense or tenser because of playing this game? I muscle test it. The answer is a strong Yes.

And this is what this article is about: how you are used to go a level of tension, to a level of anxiety, a level of trepidation, and then you’ll find a way to adjust your environment to raise your anxiety level to the level you are addicted to.

In my case, this is definitely so, but there is another aspect, and I ask my empaths and sensitives, to please listen up: when you are feeling anxiety that you have no reason to feel: you’ll create a reason for it.

Weight… it’s a weighty issue that is surrounded with a lot of myth, lies, and untruths


I don’t claim to be an expert at weight loss. After all my own weight is somewhat unmanageable, yet, I’d like to contribute to the issue, and maybe make a difference in the process.

My weight history: I was skinny for two long periods in my life: till age 9 and between ages 24 and 41.

The first period was where I had a natural distaste for food that didn’t work for my body. That meant most foods, especially the kind my family ate. I got beaten for not eating what was on my plate, but it didn’t matter to me.

The period ended when my hormones went crazy. That brought on a long period of struggle, eating with my mind, and eating for emotional reasons. Hormones do cause emotional reasons, but as you already know, I was also an unconscious empath… which means everybody’s emotions were my reason to eat, eat, eat.

Then at 24 I started to work as an architect, and was at work most of my time, or working for my second, third, and fourth degree, so I wasn’t near food. The places where I worked had a cafeteria with a menu, and I ate my meals there.

This period lasted till I finally permanently quit gainful employment, and became a home-worker.

Dangerous.

When you work at home, you need to have more motivation, you have no one to talk to to reduce anxiety or tension, so I eat. I eat because it reduces tension.

I don’t even need a dining table, I chain eat. The only way I can manage my weight if I don’t have anything, in any quantity, in the house that I should not eat.

So, what are the reasons we get fat? Because if we can reduce or eliminate those reasons, naturally we’ll get to normal weight that can be maintained indefinitely.

I have noted a few reasons that I did not hear from other people: they are my own experience, that I have tested with others:

Emotional not breathing deeply enough. My Heaven on Earth is a life-saver here.
Not being in the present moment: i.e. being in a state of yearning, longing, wanting. The Get Back to the Present audio activator is a godsend
Being guided by “science” read about on the Internet, or other news sources: those scientific facts were financed by food companies and/or pharmaceutical companies, and are a pack of misinformation
Being toxic. My cleansing energies are really great for this, although I do not offer colon cleansing, or kidney cleansing: I don’t know how to do that energetically. The Cleansing Event will be a great introduction to energetic cleansing. In the upcoming article I’ll point you to the right source for cleansing the colon and the kidney as well.
Cravings for sweet stuff that can’t be satisfied because the sweet stuff doesn’t have what you are craving.

I am going to dedicate an article to each of these causes, but for now, just identifying these causes should suffice. I don’t want to write another long article here.

The First Step To Find Your Own Self Is Distinguishing What Is The False Self, What Is The “Not You”.

Here is a spiritual practice I’d like you to start:
A character in Herman Hesse’s novel ‘Demian’ says the following: “I live in my dreams. Other people live in dreams, but not in their own.”

Whose dreams do YOU live in?

What is the source of the fantasies that dominate your imagination? Are they the authentic outpourings of your own soul Self? Or did they originate with your parents and teachers and lovers? Did they sneak into you from the movies and songs and books you love? Are they the skewed result of the emotional wounds you endured or the limitations you’ve gotten used to?

Now is an excellent time to take inventory.

Find out how close you are to living in your own dreams
So, what is this spiritual practice?

As I say in all my articles about the Self, and I say in everything about say about the Avatar State audio activators, it is most important to shed the fake self by distinguishing it.

But, of course, unless you have some relevant questions to ask, you don’t know which aspect of the person you think you are is fake and which aspects may be real.

For the most part, for a starting point, it is safe to declare that everything that’s going to show up is your fake self.

Bad feelings… they are the best guidance


Feeling… different feelings, if they are consciously felt, guide you in different ways.

Of course like with most important things, the words we use are, maybe intentionally, used to confound us, to give us no clarity.

It is useful to separate and distinguish feelings and emotions in that feelings are what you actually feel in your body, emotions are the meaning you gave to those feelings.

Margoczi, a Hungarian author, says that emotions are wholly and fully created by words. This is useful to consider, even if this is not exactly accurate, for the purposes of having a sense of power, a feeling of power, this is very useful.

What may be true is that if the feeling moves, then it was not created by words. You can observe animals demonstrate the same affect… affect is the expression of the feeling or emotion. Animals experience joy, sadness, anger, fear, etc. They use those feelings and then the feeling goes away.

Humans tend to fixate the emotion… and this is only possible if the words get stuck…

So if what you are experiencing is a stuck emotion, like feeling powerless, feeling small, feeling less than, feeling superior, contempt, glee, hate, schadenfreude… these are stuck emotions created by words.

Upon observing myself, just a few seconds ago, I was reading something a friend of mine published, and I had a strong feeling in my chest and throat that didn’t want to move. It was a combination of feeling less than… sadness, devastation, and grief.

Then in an attempt to make it move, I said: I am curious what was there… and then I heard clearly echoing in my head: and it is always going to be that way.

So I assert and will collect evidence as I can, that when the ’emotion’ gets stuck then there is an always or a never in the words… that cement to misfortune in place.

I have a lot of clients and students who feel and act stuck… and I can almost promise that the underlying reason is that they say ‘always’ or ‘never’ about something.

This friend whose writing I reacted to a few minutes ago, wrote something rich on Quora: She identified the voice as a friend alerting and warning and guiding her to avoid something or to do something… and then the voice lost its disturbing quality.

So, as you see, potentially considering everything as guidance, you can distance yourself from the demanding aspect of feelings, the ‘the tail wags the dog’ aspect, and look at the guidance with sober eyes.

Of course if you are a mama’s boy, or if you are scaredy cat, or if you have no core strength, this won’t work for you. It is mandatory that you become a person to the degree you can. Not pretend to be a person, but actually BE a person.

This gives me the idea that I could measure to what degree you are a person…

What does it mean to be a person?

Autonomy seems to be a requirement: that you are doing things, saying things for reasons of your own, not to please someone, to impress someone, or to earn

The Question is: What are you using your life for? Will you, with time, turn out the wrong person? Already have?


I don’t know Roy Williams, other than I have bought and read all his books. I have never gone to Texas to any of his seminars. But Roy Williams speaks for me. Beautifully, poetically, and near-accurately.

Here in this quote from his Monday Morning Memo, he speaks about time, about purpose, about the person you turn out to be.

In most of my programs, including the Soul Correction Workshop , the Activate Divinity Workshop, the Abundance Workshop (that is coming soon), all my Avatar State audios, the Heaven on Earth, etc. do one thing and one thing only: attempt to nudge you to restore your original self, the self that had the capacity for joy, for love, for creation, for immortality.

You are immortal if the you, the real you, doesn’t die with every step you take, with every day at work, with every day you spend with the people you spend your time.

But, of course, that is as rare as one in a billion or so.

But with the work we do here, you can return to that person, and the difference will be only in percentages, not an all or nothing, like it’s now.

The Process Of Raising Your Vibration Is A Spiritual Process… Here Are The First Steps You Must Take

The process of raising your vibration is a spiritual process. It is a process where you regain your power, you restore your soul to its rightful place, where you restore your Self to its fullness, and you become an individual.

If you are like most people owned by the Dark Side, i.e. you are 99.3% of the population, your whole existence, your attention is directed outward. You expect everything to come from there, meaning, love, respect, value, knowledge, even spirit. You think that by connecting to Source (outside of you) you become spiritual.

Therefore the most important action is to turn your existence, your attention away from the outside.
The purpose of meditation, real meditation, is not to calm you, but to take you away from the outside.
But real meditation is a meditative way of living. Mrs. Roosevelt said best: What other think about me is none of my business.

The only person that wants to be with others, wants to know what other people think, etc. is the person who has no self. Nobody home. Vacant. Empty. Machine. Second-hander. Wants to be told, given, filled up. Loved.

This past week my sales dropped to near zero. I got intensely curious and started to investigate. I detected when it started, and how it transpired.

Then I started to pay attention to my feelings with regards to my business. I found greed, (a persistent pressure reaching for my throat) and a kind of fear that starts in my stomach and makes a big flashing V, reaching as far as my shoulders.

Then it all became clear. I dropped the cause of the feelings and we are almost back to normal.
