Why is it that you can’t tell if somebody is smart or not? You can’t tell you are smart… or not either. It is because in the dark all cats are gray

One of the most surprising thing in the world of humans is that humans can’t tell if they are smart or not. This error leads to lives that are not fulfilled. Lives that are filled with fear, trepidation, or on the other extreme: boasting and disappointment.

This is a horrible thing. Do you know what is the worst thing about me for me?

I bet you would not be able to guess, so I’ll share it with you.

Conscious Awareness… how much do you do with awareness?

Conscious awareness, this is the expression I have learned, so far, from reading the Anastasia books, The Ringing Cedars of Russia series.

It sounds like a puny takeaway, but it is major in its implications.

It has raised MY conscious awareness of what and how I am teaching.

You know, from time to time you can’t see the forest for the trees. I can’t… lol

On my webinar calls, I teach you to step back, I teach you to find your Tangerine Spot, I teach you to lift it with your attention…

Let me stop here, because there is enough to say about those three distinctions that have left students at my mercy.

Paradigms explain why you don’t see, don’t hear what is right in front of you.

Paradigms are, like the ancient Kabbalists presented it, like the Tree Of Life.

From every branch you can look down and see everything… and you can look up and see nothing… or better said: you see yourself reflected.

Werner Erhard used a different geometric model… concentric spheres. Your sphere includes the smaller spheres, seamlessly. The upper border of your sphere seems to be endlessly reflect all the lower paradigms.

You have a little bit of success. So quickly you tell everyone about it. You write home about it. You celebrate. Then you watch as it dissipates, fizzles out, goes away. Flash in the pan.

There is consciousness and then there is Consciousness.

The two aren’t the same… and it can be confusing.

The one with the lower case ‘c’ is a technical term. Technical from inside the brain. It says: the gray matter of the brain is processing… and generating heat. I write about it in another article, and the concept comes from computing, and I learned about it in this book

The one with the upper case ‘c’, Consciousness would be better called ‘The Witness’, or ‘The Observer’.

Egomind? Well, it is just a name… even though it seems that we do have an ego, and we do have a mind.

So let’s see: neither you can find if you cut a person open.

But if you had a sensitive enough instrument, like a true empath, and if you knew what you are looking for, you would find that there is a very strong energy over the chest in the shape of a triangle sitting on one of its sides.

When an area of life isn’t working or isn’t working as well as you’d like it to, there is something that you don’t know.

Obviously, if this is true, then it’s true about every area of life… money, your health, your spirituality, your relationships, becoming a person you can like.

But how do you find out what it is that you don’t know… that if you knew that it would make a difference?

That is the question.

Many of those answers are on my blog but you have been only scanning… which means you are only interested in what you already know. Your life stays the same, and I am wasting my life, wasting my breath.

My hunch that it came from the Peeping Tom myth… also called Christianity. Are you hating me yet?

In that myth the guy in the sky doesn’t only judge your behavior, he also judges your thoughts.

If you have watched what I do for longer than a minute, you know that my whole work is to find a process that can enable an ordinary homo sapiens to evolve into a human being, the next evolutionary state for the species.

This work has, so far, taken me 35 years, and I am not done. It is possible, but something is missing, but what?

Every week I find something that unless it’s taught, people can’t follow the instructions, and cannot get to where they are instructed to go.

How does the brain work? And what does the mind do?

A number of years ago I bought a home study program, and then I did the live course. It was a super fast reading method, PhotoReading. In that you look behind the pages, flip them one page per second, and voila, you’ve read the book. Truth be told there are other steps, but this was the step I had a problem with.

I didn’t trust it. I didn’t believe that the brain, or whatever it was doing it, would actually see something I don’t consciously see.

Hell, it was a long time ago… I just looked it up and I did the course in 2007.
