Gratitude and Appreciation
Most people are not able to be grateful for no reason. Or have appreciation for no reason.
Just test yourself: is there a because after you say a thank you, or I appreciate you/this?
There is nothing wrong, under a vibrational frequency of 299 it’s impossible, at or above it is still hard.
Just like loving for no reason is impossible under 540 (love or above) and hard above 540… just ask me!

A stereotype is nothing more than a pattern we’ve observed.

We do this in the misbegotten belief that we have correctly interpreted our past experiences and that our preferences and prejudices are, in fact, correct and reliable interpretations of objective reality. Astute is a word that 99% of people don’t know. Or if they know, they think it’s a bad thing. Like shrewd… it is a missing thing… It is not part of the vocabulary of the uneducated, unsophisticated, simple folks who live a pedestrian existence.
Words are great divider of people. If it is beyond you… if it is beyond your comprehension, you probably get found out by now knowing the word.
Now, with that said: astute is a person who can tell things apart, even similar things, with certainty, and ease.
People have certain areas where they are astute.
I had a heart to heart today with Source.
The conversation started with me asking how many itch mites I have on me. The numbers just didn’t add up… so I asked: “You don’t know, do you?” And Source admitted that it didn’t know.
The conversation continued about what Source knows and how.
Source does not have eyes to see. Source does not feel. Source only senses. And that is why itch mites can elude its observation: itch mites look and feel dead, inert, not alive, when you observe them. They have legs, they must have legs, because they move when you don’t watch them. So, unless an itch mite moves, Source doesn’t know it’s there. And obviously all I can do is guess… A conversation with Source plays out almost completely inside what I can think of… i.e. in the 2-3-4-5% of what is knowable.
The best present I can give you is this
“Now that you don’t have to be perfect, you can be good,” says a character in John Steinbeck’s novel *East of Eden.* I suggest that you make this your rallying cry. In fact, why not begin right now, wherever you are? Say “Now that I don’t have to be perfect, I can be good.” Free yourself of the pressure to be the polished, ultimate embodiment of everything you’d ever hoped you would be. That will allow you to relax into being more content with the intriguing creation you have already become. You may be surprised by how much mojo this affords you.
Most procrastination is caused by the strong urge to ONLY do things that you can do perfectly, like watching TV, eating ice cream, sleeping…

Disappointment is when you get something you didn’t expect.
I expected the readers to be here to get something, and not to give. And they didn’t disappoint.
I expected people to not see beyond their noses and they didn’t… but still, kudos to the ten brave souls that forced themselves to think something.
It was hard, wasn’t it? Now I am talking to those ten.
What would happen if you did this every day? You’ll start to build some serious muscle in problem solving, and by the time you actually need those muscles, you would have them.
I promised, you delivered, so I must tell you what happened next in that story.
You know that I blasted the little girl… and I did. I was like you: stopped on the surface.
But then: I didn’t sleep well. I woke up with a question:
