Is how you feel an accurate indicator of your vibration?

Please check the special offer on the mini speaker that sounds like a Bose (the best audio I know). Also a great gift! Harmonize your vibration included!
Dr David Hawkins says that your mood indicated your vibration aka consciousness level. Is that accurate?

How did you get to be the way you are? Do you know?

When you ask that question, How did you get to be the way you are? people say: my family, my religion, my past, what happened to me.

But maybe not. Maybe what makes you, every moment, the way you are is not the past, but the future you are living into.

What future? The future you decided on back when you were little…

Let me explain:

When you find yourself in a hole, stop digging

We used to think that if we invented ourselves as something great, we could be great.

In essence, that is what we thought Landmark Education was teaching, and maybe on some level they did.

The formula was ‘Invent a possibility for yourself and your life… so you would say: I am the possibility of being smart (whatever)…’

But what our ego heard is this is how to fix our puny, worthless self, and we either said ‘nah, can’t do it!’ or we got again entangled in the fixing cycle…

Without hate you can’t have love. Or is it the other way?

Without great love you can’t have hate.

And without great love you can’t have courage.

Most of my clients, and I suppose most people are cold fish. The don’t feel deeply, there is no great love and there is no great hate in them.

Are the people who are ‘pro-life’ lovers of life, and haters of death? No, they have no love in their hearts, therefore the hate they espouse is fake. They just want to be right.

The enemy of love is indifference. And the enemy of hate is indifference.

And what allowed for every single evil to happen in the world is indifference.

What do I intend to leave behind as my legacy?

You live a sheltered life. Either restricted to a small area of the world physically, or to a small area of the world experientially.

So you, just like your cone of vision would predict, have a very narrow slice of reality (the pizza pie) ever seen, heard of, played in, experienced.

One of my 67 step coaching clients says in her reports, on average 10 times each report ‘Wow! I have never thought of that’. ‘I have never considered that’. ‘Hm, I’ve never heard that before’.

Each time she says that her slice of pizza becomes just a little bit bigger.

Everybody wants to be special… But it’s a bad idea!

Santa Klaus’s name is Mikulás in Hungary, and of course Mikulas is Saint Nicholas, and his day is December 6. So today it is gift giving day in Hungary, mostly candy and nuts and red apples… as the song goes… in Hungarian.

When people come to me to have their food list muscletested, they rarely think that the food list will ask them to go back a couple of generations to a time when eating was different: you had to buy ice to have an icebox… You gave away half of your venison, or it would rot on you. You stored up goodwill for other times by sharing when it was plenty.

I am old enough to remember those times.

Your self-image is always the context of your life

I watched this Belgian three and a half hours of utter ‘nothing is happening on the screen’ fascinating film.

It was a perfect illustration to many of the things I see, many of thing things I say, many of the things you experience and you don’t understand why.

In the very first Forum I participated in in June of 1985, the Forum Leader was screaming as he came down the side steps of the auditorium. He was screaming: You have your shit together! But that is all you have together!

It was weird.

I didn’t have my shit together… so I didn’t know why he was saying that.

Why would reality change when you use different words?

First off, reality always changes… but from our perspective, this is the correct question to ask:

Why does reality SEEM to change when you use different words?

There is reality, that is, at best, a collective hunch. Even what we do seem to see from reality is just isolated fragments, and we don’t see their connection to the whole. So reality is an unknown, unknowable entity as of now.

So what we call reality isn’t really reality. In fact, depending on the person, it can be as ‘unreality’ as 100%.

Some of the ‘gods’ smiled at me this past week.

I was on a health consult call… and I enjoyed it. I felt a lot of permission to be myself.  And as a result I gave the dude more than I normally give, not much worrying how much he gets. I was just in the zone.

And I learn something that can revolutionize what I teach… among other things. I’ll listen to the call and cut out part that I think are revolutionary or new, and either sell them, or just post them, have to hear them again to decide.

It was when the dude (really the client, but I’ll just talk about him as ‘dude’, no disrespect is meant… just lightness.)

So when the dude mentioned that he regularly muscletested I asked him to turn on the eye switch. And when he did, his tangerine spot lit up.

From inflated self to humbling self. Counterintuitive. Works

‘They’ don’t just talk much about your desire, to whip it up, about your why, and about goals, they also talk an awful lot about your self-image. They want you to create a self-image that is like god… perfect… flawless… blah blah blah.

Oh, and they call it self-esteem.

Esteem or estimating is guessing the value of something. Underestimating, overestimating… But value is not real. It always in the eye of the beholder. It’s not intrinsic to the subject.

They suggest that overestimating your value will be good for you. Bah humbug.
