Whatever you want to do, you can do it better with intention

Whatever you want to do, you can do better with intention

Sounds like an advertising, and maybe it is.

An emasculated, disempowered human, of course, can’t even fathom that they are ‘created’ powerful.

When I ask people in my circles if they feel powerful… they don’t.
Powerful means: able to make things happen.

The core influence exercise of Frank Kern

This post is a summary of the presentation of Frank Kern about Core Influence.

This is really powerful EXERCISE for everyone. It will definitely change the way of you relate to yourself and your life.
What is your Core Influence?
When you interface with “your crowd” core to core… heart to heart, and this is what you want them to do… interface with you heart to heart… If you do that they will do almost anything.

How to make lots of people do almost anything

There are 2 “easy” steps:

Know what you REALLY want and who you REALLY are.
Know what your crowd REALLY wants and who they REALLY are.

Most of the people have two versions of themselves. The identity they walk around in every day (it’s called the Shell Identity) and the identity they really WANT (that would be the core identity and is considered the TRUE identity).

So what is core influence?

Most influence is done on the surface. That means I speak to you, you hear my words… and your brain uses logic to comply or not. Your response is based on logic and emotion. That would be a surface level or head-to-head connection.

But there is also the CORE level to communicate. In this case, your real self speaks to another’s real self. So the number one job is to find your real self.

With proper guidance, the proper inquiry, your “subconscious” will create a new CORE identity for you and this identity is what will speak to your crowd on a CORE level. And when you identify the CORE identity of your crowd and can communicate with it, you will have much more power and influence than you ever thought is possible!

Discover your CORE identity
Our deepest real desires give us clues about our core identity. For example why are you here reading this blog post?

Maybe you want to make more money…. but why do you want to make more money?

This exercise can immediately give you focus, direction, and it can literally lead to replacing your shell identity with the REAL you!

When you are able to communicate from this core place, you are centered, stable and focused.

This total clarity magnetically attracts “matches” and causes you to be exponentially more persuasive. Plus, you just might stumble into a new and better reality:

Before doing this exercise, Frank had thoughts about Porsches, Ferraris, Private Jets, time freedom….

But this attracted “wrong” customers, built the “wrong” business, sabotaged money making opportunities… made him buying things with his money and then worried about the things…

After the exercise, he got rid of the non-fun businesses, the non-fun customers and he got paid a fortune to make fun videos for his friends and help them get rich by helping others… sounds better, right?
Now before we begin you need to be aware of the following:
Goals and Things are irrelevant! Setting goals and wanting things creates an internal s

What is the deepest reason for your procrastination?

If you watched me long enough, you would probably swear that I am a procrastinator. I plan to do things, maybe I even write it down, maybe I even schedule it, and then I don’t do it for a long time, maybe ever.

I don’t consider myself a procrastinator:
you need to have a should to be a procrastinator.
By definition, procrastination is not doing what you should be doing. I have no shoulds, even if I said I would do something, it doesn’t live like a should for me.

The Hammer And The Nail, Or What Is A Pattern-Interrupt?

The Hammer And The Nail, Or What Is A Pattern-Interrupt?

Imagine yourself having a hammer, walking about in the world… you would have that hammer handy all the time, like a carpenter.

How would the world occur to you?

If you hadn’t gone into your head for an answer, you would have said: hey, I would be looking for nails, after all why carry a hammer around for nothing… right?

But, if you are like the 99% of humanity, you couldn’t resist going into your head, into what you already know, for an answer.

You would have gone for the Tree of Knowledge answer, the RIGHT ANSWER, am I correct?

Mastery: From aimless, directionless to fulfilling life

Summary: In our hurry to be hip, to know more, to get some semblance of control over our lives we have lost what gives life meaning and texture, the context that is timeless and true: the pursuit of mastery. We have now whole generations of flunkies…

In the olden days people had the following choices in life:

become a master of some trade
become a master of some knowledge
become a flunky

Why it is so hard to care, why is it so hard to be good to yourself?

Caring

One of my students bought the subscriber special deal last night… but after paying, she didn’t go and get it, so I had to do it manually for her.

She said when I brought this up: “My daughter was talking my ear off. Lol.”

I bet if you asked the daughter if she cares for her mother, she would be offended by the question. Of course she thinks she cares. But allowing her mother the peace and quiet to complete her purchase isn’t included in her concept of caring…

Curiosity, Inquiry, Discernment, Tree Of Life…

…Tree Of Knowledge, Mind, Brain, Thinking About, Thinking… Do You Know The Difference? You are wired to want to know
You are wired to avoid uncertainty, wired to want to know how it all works so you can be safe. Understandable. Makes sense… you must use the MIND to accomplish that: feel safe, believe you are safe, dream of safety, crave safety, shrink, become nearly nonexistent.

Safety is a myth. Life is not safe. Safety is not attainable.

What are the requirements for healing? Self or otherwise…

I think it was Hippocrates who said: ‘Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food’

He didn’t know that what we call food in the 21st Century isn’t. That there are more chemicals in what we call food than in actual medicine.

Feeling yourself is the key to personhood

Alienation… not feeling yourself… rigidity

One of my students sent me her collage.

A collage is an artwork where the hidden surfaces. We think one things but what is the truth, what is underneath it come out in a well-done collage.

We all feel disconnected, isolated, not quite belonging, lacking intimacy, and we think that it is from circumstances, like COVID or the other person, or maybe even you.

Reinventing yourself…. Can you do it? How to do it…

You are always, every moment, are on the verge of limbo or in limbo… so learning how to reinvent yourself to move out of limbo is a good skill to learn

But change, I teach, is not good. It is mostly fixing, and every change carries in itself the seed level of what you didn’t want, what you wanted to change.

So now what? Another way to have something more, better, or different is through reinventing yourself, reinventing your business, your job, your life… But can you do it? How do you do it?

On a ‘What’s the truth about you’ workshop, a participant introduced to me an expression that you’ll find very expressive: stuck in limbo. Limbo, from the dictionary, means: a region of the afterlife on the border of hell, neglect, oblivion, on hold… The waiting state most people are in… they are waiting for something better. Or sometimes waiting for the other shoe to drop. Either way you look at it: limbo is not a good place.

Most everyone is familiar with the feeling. You have yourself… set. You have your business… set. Your job… your life… all set, and all limited in one way or another.

So what is the limiting factor? Economy? Your education? Your skill level?
The only thing that is in common in all four, the common denominator is YOU. Who you are, your attitude…
Your attitude to yourself, to your life, to your job, to your business.

When I ask you who you are, what you’ll say will not be accurate, or will not be complete.

Are you lying? Maybe… But more likely you don’t know.

The reason they have tests to categorize you, or measure certain aspects of you, because, for the most part, you have no idea who you are, what you will do, what you are capable of.
If you ask a person how smart they think they are, research finds that the higher the overall intelligence of the person, the dumber they feel.

And the dumber they are… you can guess the rest of the sentence.

Everyone is stuck in some limbo, and they cannot see their way out.
Limbo is a certain level of achievement, a certain level of relating, a certain circle of opportunity.
And looking at it, from the outside, without knowing what is on the inside, is dumbfounding.

You expect smart people to experience less limitations, less barriers, less limbo… but they don’t. So what is going on?

Why do people have no confidence outside of the area where they have already established? Beyond doing the things they have already proven that they can do?
Can they see that they can do more stuff?
No… they can’t. They can paint a picture of themselves having, enjoying the benefits of the new doing, but the doingness part, doing what it takes: they have an issue imagining.

There is an invisible barrier, but it is as good as solid brick…

And that barrier sometimes stays solid, even after a person gets new skills, gets new capacities…

I remember an instance that stands out in my history.

It happened 40 years ago. I worked as a structural
