Seek the teacher who is a mentor to apprentices. She will give you expert advice and examples, then evaluate your ability to do as she has taught. Her name is Wisdom and you should always listen to her voice.

But Wisdom’s teacher allowed young Wisdom to follow any path she chose!
Wisdom learned her lessons from Consequences, the greatest teacher of all.

Wisdom can give you interesting examples because of all the fascinating things she learned from Consequences. You will know you are in the presence of Wisdom when you see her scars.

Wisdom and Consequences are happy teachers who guide students through the adventures of life.

Are humans powerless against their base nature?

The most common human experience is powerlessness… Powerless in the face of outside and inside forces…

Humans are a weird animal. They consider themselves smart… but smart people don’t act like victims. They are proud of their big brains… but don’t use it.

The dividing line between being a lower species and a higher species is the ability to take responsibility for one’s actions, for one’s life.

But responsibility is an inner dialog…using that big brain to actually get some clarity about what that lower species self is doing, has done, is planning, so one can take over and drive that life of yours.

Imagine the scenario. The guy gets on one knee, pulls out a little box from his pocket, opens it to show a beautiful ring… and asks: Will you marry me? And the woman answers: I am willing to marry you…

Oops… all the magic is gone.

Or maybe the woman answers: I will commit… When? asks the distraught guy… putting away the ring… weeping inward.

Not romantic, not straightforward… very um, I don’t even have a word for it.

Okay. This is part two for whatever day it is. Thursday. So what I said in the previous segment is that until you can tell the difference between what you say and what the machine says, there’s no chance that you can change your context. Now, it’s a little bit deeper than that. Because … and that’s why without integrity nothing works. It’s an integrity issue. Now, we consider integrity in a very pedestrian way. You don’t cheat, you don’t lie, you keep the Ten Commandments and all that morality issue. But, that is not what integrity really is.

Integrity is that, but it is just the bottom of integrity. The real integrity has something to do with word.

Equality: All men are created equal… true or false?

All men are created equal. That is the design. Whether you are a Bible reader, where The Book of Genesis says that when God created the world, God created humanity ‘in the Divine Image.’ or you look at the DNA and see that all humans have essentially the same DNA… we are equal, but some people are more equal than others… fffffff! Right?

This is going to be a post/article I am thinking through as I am writing it. I don’t already know what will come out of it.

It is not meant to be racist, elitist, or anything like that. It is meant to be looking what is the truth about that statement in the Declaration of Independence, and what it means to you.

I consider every person a person… so to me all men are a person… and yet, I measure stuff about them, and I hold the idea that the underlying design, the DNA is the same in all.

Hah… and therein lies the mischief.

Okay. alright, it’s Saturday. I just finished listening to today’s installment of the 5-Minute Mentor Series. This is one of the things I signed up to carry my consciousness around 360 degrees, and alter, with the help of consciousness, what it is that I do about my finances.

Why do I trust it? Because it’s done by the same person as the 67 Steps. The 67 Steps, whether it’s good or bad, it has revolutionized my life. I did all 67 for eight times. I have been doing it since February, two and a half years ago. Because of some slight lifestyle changes, I now prefer to do the five minute a day version.

So in today’s installment, Tai talks about how to pick, or unpick people we associate with. His filter is, are these people going to abuse us, use us, take advantage of us, cheat us, or not? It’s a great way to look at people.
