What is the most important thing to practice?

If I were you, participating in my programs, I would ask me what is the most important thing for you to practice and maybe even bring it to mastery.
When I look at the people I have the opportunity to observe (not many), what I see is that they are mastering in:

resistance and
tish-tush. (avoiding responsibility)

The second word is Hebrew. It means that whatever you do you do to make it unclear to the observer that you don’t know, that you don’t care, that you don’t want to be called to account.

I don’t think it is very important to be called to account about past actions, past behavior, past anything. It is done and gone. The law says different, but Life is a lot more forgiving… if you did something horrid, or embarrassing, or stupid in your past… Life doesn’t care. The Statutes of Limitations of limitations is a legal term, not a life term.
Life is more interested in what you are doing now, and what you are committed, what you intend to do in the future.
Really.

So free yourself up, and say: The past is real. But the only thing that makes it predictive is if my behavior stays the same.

Society wants you to feel remorse for the bad stuff you’ve done… And that glues your eyes to the past, to the backdrop, and not surprisingly your behavior follows.

So, remember, the first thing is ‘see’ and everything follows after that. See in your mind’s eye, see on the backdrop, see it in reality… seeing is seeing.

I have a favorite saying by famed management guru, the ‘father of management’, Peter Drucker. He said somewhere: Never look back unless you are planning to go that way.

I just looked it up… and it was Henry David Thoreau who said that. No matter who said it… that is the best quote to serve you.
Never look back unless you are planning to go that way.
Why? Because your past is all on the backdrop and it’s been your backdrop that kept you who you are, what you are. Resulting in you being miserable, resistant, and doing a version of tish-tush.

Instead look who do you intend to be? What do you intend to do? Really.

And for that you really really really need to master turning on your intention at will. Not hoping to turn it on. Not turning it on when I am watching. NO. For your own sake, for your own future… learn, practice, practice more, all the way to mastery.
Isn’t it more important to do what would make you money, earn you respect, more customers, more something?
No it isn’t. You see without something changing nothing will change… and without something on the seed level changing, nothing can change on the above-ground level. Cannot.

I know you are dumb and I know you don’t agree. I know you are sure that you can change the future by doing different things…

But what you have never accepted is that unless the seed level changes, the how and ‘to what end’, nothing will change, even if the actions are different.

You’ll continue doing everything to look good and to survive.

The Easiest Starting Point To Raise Your Vibration

I have been researching and investigating the many claims of raising your vibrational frequency.

There is an important distinction to be made here:

Although there is the map of consciousness, and there is the method of Abraham/Hicks, they are a feel good method and do not raise your vibration any longer than as long as you are willing to do those methods. Minutes.

Not bad, but it is a lot like having a job for a living. The moment you stop working you are poor…
Now compare that with being independently wealthy…
the money comes in like clockwork without you having to constantly work for it. Your money works for you, and it brings you dividends.

Obviously somebody had to work for that money originally, money doesn’t come from nothing, but once that money was earned, and invested, it is the money that starts generating more money.

It is the same way about vibrational frequency. First you need to raise it to a level where it start generating itself and is permanent, and then you can live your life, with just occasional attention to nudging it higher, or if there is a drop (there will be drops) nudge it back where it belongs.

It gives you how you feel in the moment, and you can count on a certain level of high well-being, clarity, peace and freedom.
Let’s go back to the methodologies others teach: they are temporary ‘solutions’ to the problem you experience from your low vibration.
Therapy, dance, music, yoga, entertainment, breathing, rubbing your hands together, finding your tone, sports, going to ashrams, following a guru, getting energy submissions from Tr….

None of these raise your vibration beyond a temporary rise. It is like a drug that the moment you stop taking it you are confronted with the reality: your low vibration with its miserable feelings is back, so you need another fix.

I watched another episode of Star Trek last night where two planets live in a symbiotic relationship. A long time before there was a plague. One of the planets developed a herbal cure to the plague. The plague was cured, but they forgot to tell the other planet, and those poor blokes kept on taking the drug thinking they were still sick. But the cure was a drug and caused dependence. So now they manufacture the drug, that is all on planet does, and the other planet buys the drug that they are addicted to, thinking they are sick.

The same is with this vibrational frequency thing: the spiritual teachers and religions, the same is with the medical establishment: they want you sick, they want you low vibration, so you buy their ideas, weekends, individual sessions, to feel better… while you could be cured with one earnest effort lasting not longer than a few months, maybe a year.
Repeat business is the name of the game, having power over you is the name of the game.
Keep you the same so you continue needing them.

If you are an empath…

If you are an empath, you are almost always miserable. Your challenge is that your feelings do not inform you about your own state, about your own challenges. There is no guidance, or at least you can’t tell what feeling is guidance and feeling isn’t.

As an empath myself, this is my experience:

As long as I had issues with my worthiness, every feeling I felt meant to me something about my unworthiness… by mistake.

Alone

Alone is one of the itches we identify on my Itch.

An itch is something that you want, desperately, to come to you, from the outside. But even when it does, it doesn’t do it for you, it doesn’t scratch the itch. Only you giving what you want scratches the itch.

The perfect example is the fireplace: you want heat from the fireplace. After all the fireplace is supposed to give you heat and coziness, and romance, and a sense of home.

But in real life, you need to feed the fireplace, before it will give you heat… let alone cozy and romance and a sense of home.

When you have Alone as your itch, you are always disappointed, because no matter what you do, the alone follows you, like your shadow.

What is the truth about the 10 dark years, 10,000 hours and 10,000 experiments

If investing 10 years in service of learning a profession, learning an art would make you a winner… then there would be a lot of winners. A lot more than there are…
There must be something more that most people don’t know or don’t do…
…and neither do or know their mentors, their trainers, their managers, their teachers.
Capacities, DNA capacities are invisible. They are the seed level of any ability, of any success.

For you everything is the same as everything else, except that not always…

The second part of the title, “except that not always” is doesn’t apply for at least 10% of you: you won’t even see the difference when I point it out.

The most frustrating thing is, that you are sure you are saying or understanding the right words… but you don’t. And you blame it on the speaker saying that what they said doesn’t work.

How do I know?

For most people, who become a student in my programs, this is the first hurdle to pass.

You come into my program with a 300 accurate vocabulary, and you only hear the words you think you know what they mean, but that is not what I said.

I only find out what you heard when you tell me my words back to me… wrong. inaccurate. different words. Different meaning. Or Tai’s words, if you are in the 67 steps coaching…

A Horror Story… Is There An End(ing)? Engrams, Invading Entities, Exorcism

I have been working with myself and two clients on cracking our engrams.
Engrams
Engrams are much like a memory capsule, much like an airplane’s black box. They are recorded with a human yet mechanical recording device, the reptilian brain, that never sleeps.

The content of the engrams is every detail around a traumatic incident where you were in an altered state, sleeping, fainted, in anesthesia, or in a shock. None or little of it is available to the conscious mind, directly, instead the engrams act like a hidden program, like an ad-ware, that pops up whenever there is any similarity between the present moment and the moment of the engram recording.

In 1996, which was 15 years ago, I had a friend do a therapy session with me, that was weird, but very effective. It also left him with a burn mark on his thumb.

Why and how I watch Netflix? How my Netflix diet is not binging?

Like with any diet, both the what and the how are crucially important.

I’ll show you later in this article, that even if you eat the right things, if you eat wrongly, the how, you won’t feel good… you won’t get well. You won’t be present to life.

And so it is with your Netflix diet as well.
Here is how I watch Netflix…
I watch only stuff that will teach me the skills by pointing me to the capacities I could distinguish and then practice. I even take notes!

Whenever I see something noteworthy, I stop and contemplate it for minutes… long minutes. I consider Netflix my mentor…
