Reframing: our tool for creating

You’ve heard of the expression: like a deer caught in the headlights syndrome: frozen, seeing the world one way with no escape route.

Most people live their whole lives in that state: see the world in a fixed way.

To one degree or another we are all are like that.
The more of your life is lived in that state, the more powerless you feel, the less options, the less choices you see.
You can examine any two people with different results in life and you’ll see that they are stuck in one view of the world, but their view is different.

Obviously, having new choices, having new options, having different actions available to you is a good thing if you want to have a life worth living.
People who feel out of control, people who feel that they don’t have a say in what happens to them, are people with depression.

There are many many ways to play the game of Life

There are many many ways to play the game of Life

I experiment with some myself… so in addition to observing others, I also get additional data. Like how Life responds to the different ways.
I have recently had a breakthrough. A breakthrough I have intended for about 30 years.
Landmark Education and its graduates are famous for their big words. BOLD. AUDACIOUS this and that. Blazing a path, blah blah blah.

Nothing a mere mortal can put in action consistently… Or even once.

This is why most Landmark graduates’ vibration drops: they now have to pretend more than before. Now they have to do more courses and more courses… Ugh.

So for years I experimented with bold and audacious… to no avail.

My base nature, I think, is fearful, and maybe even cowardly. So bold and audacious was about as far for me as climbing the Kilimanjaro barefoot.

But I kept at it, and kept at it. Hey, nothing ventured, nothing gained.

So I succeeded, after 30 years…

Now, truth be told, I only have it working in one, maybe two area of my life… but if I have time, if I live long enough, I promise I’ll bring it to all of my life.
Bold and audacious is just one way to play the game.
So, before I brag more, lol, let’s look at some of the ways I see one can live life.

The fearful and maybe even cowardly way’s hallmark is the narrow cone of vision. Afraid of making mistakes, because they mean something. Like death? Like you are as good as dead if you don’t succeed?
The tentative way: every step of the way the ‘actor’ has to ask someone if that is OK?
I am waiting to get excited! way: When the excitement comes there is feverish activity, and then when the work really begins, whatever the work is, the excitement fizzles out.
The floppy and uncertain way… Seemingly drag their asses… because they are uncertain that it is worth doing what they are doing.
Then defiant: I’ll do it goddamit! way: no joy, no joy, no joy. Joyless servitude.
The ‘I know better’ way: bringing creativity to brushing your teeth way, not where it would be useful.
If nobody sees me, if it doesn’t buy me instant celebrity status, I am not going to do it
I hope they notice how good a guy I am. No? Baaah! I’ll cry

If you look and can see, you’ll see that the organizing principles are: narrow cone of vision, fixation inside that narrow cone, and all action is on the outside… there is no Self… or if there is: it is not participating in the game, doesn’t inform the ‘actor’.

The above examples are from my students.

Now, another aspect, the results, are that no growth, no challenge, no spiritual growth, personal growth, not even growing what you are working on is possible playing the game with those ways, those attitudes.
My breakthrough, 30 years in the making, wasn’t forthcoming.
So a few days ago Source was blocking everything I was doing… it was visceral and not very pleasant. Felt like a cow being driven by cowboys, out

Success secret: experimentation

If you find that your life, your oceanliner that is stuck in a tight bay isn’t turning around, this article will teach you something that the knowing of can make a difference.
Remember, when life isn’t working as you expected, there is something that you didn’t know… and it is always in the invisible realm of reality… And so is with this one.
As I said before, ess, evolutionary stable strategy, is where humanity finds itself, where you personally find yourself, and when you muscle test anything, it is ess, aka the selfish gene is what answers your question… unless you muscletest while connected to a higher-than-the-genes consciousness.

OK, that was quite a mouthful. Sorry about that…

Wherever you are in life, in any area of your life, you are in ess. In ess your actions, your ideas, your advisement will come from a “source” that wants to maintain that ess… If you are fat… then maintain being fat. If you are inactive, then maintain inactivity. If you are always engaging in bombastic dreams, then maintain that… engaging in bombastic dreams.

If you act in life like you already know what you need to know, then ess wants to maintain that. If you read, then maintain reading, if you don’t, then maintain not reading.

Second Phase: How Bilocation Saved My Life

Bilocation
One of the new capacities this first phase activation will give you is the capacity to bilocate.

Does bilocation mean that your body and full consciousness will be at two places? No.

Here is what it means:

In your visualizations (necessary for any kind of manifestation, in psycho-cybernetics’ theater of your mind exercises, in every communication with Source) you will be able to push your energy to a different place than where you are, animate it, and be able to view it through your regular eyes and consciousness.

What is the opposite of reaction; is it response?

This is a republished article from June 26, 2013… So please don’t get alarmed… this didn’t just happen. It happened long time ago. But the message is as timely as ever…

What is the opposite of reaction; is it response? Is it pro-active? Prepare to be surprised…
Gurus and even psychologists give lip service to not being reactive.
They say it’s the ego’s way to take over your life. They suggest that you respond. They don’t know what they are talking about, and you, the client, suffer as a result.

Are my articles hard to understand?

I have been having a difficult time writing enough about any one topic to finish one article… Meaning I have six articles started, and can’t or won’t finish them.

What’s going on?

I am afraid.

That’s new FEARLESS Sophie, tell me more?

Some of the things that are being shown to me recently are polarizing. Dividing people. Will make some, maybe many people angry.
The truth hurts. And when something hurts, it is natural to go to victim mode, effect mode, and point a blaming finger at someone. At me.
So I have been cowardly, and have been sitting on the fence.

But today I think I’ll overcome the inertia, and say what there is to say.

OK, it’s about vibration, capacities, and what you can get or not get, what you can use, what is going to work for you or not, depending on your numbers.
Most of us live on a level and in a position in life where we are fairly competent.
Then, according to the Peter Principle, some of us are moved to a level where you are incompetent, especially in organizations, and you suffer.

You either become competent on your new level, or you keep on suffering.

To avoid being challenged we tend to remain at a place, in a position, where we are competent.
And yet, we want more from life, than the place, the position, our competency can give us.
We dream. We imagine. We watch people who have more, do more, and we want that.

To go from one level to the next level is arduous. It is much like going from elementary school level to college level without going through high school… four years in most countries.

But we don’t think that. We think we can put ourselves in a college classroom, and catch up.

I see that everywhere, with many of the people who I am in contact with, people I can observe.
Doing the work to raise your vibration is college level, maybe even graduate studies level work.
You are sitting in a college classroom with an elementary school education. Most of the things I say you miss. 90% minimum. Most of you miss it all.

You blame it on me… maybe. But I ask you a question: can you imagine a college professor teaching college level material effectively in high school? I can’t.
The program I use in my 67-steps coaching program, is the high school level education that you missed.
The more you think you have it, the less it can fill the gaps for you.

Just as in architecture there is no building the top floor before the foundation, there is no jumping in knowledge.

Unless the new piece has a chance to attach and be supported by already there knowledge. Here is what Charlie Munger has to say about it: “You may have noticed students who just try to remember and pound back what is remembered. Well, they fail in school and in life. You’ve got to hang experience on a latticework of models in your head.” — Charlie Munger (self-made billionaire entrepreneur and investor)
I missed a semester in architecture school due to being hospitalized, and I could never catch up. I was t

What is the technology of personal evolution…

I have said, in another article, that what is “normal” for a vehicle for the selfish gene (a human), is to move to and then stay in an ess.

Evolutionary stable strategy. Where life works relatively smoothly.
If you listen to the genes, you’ll live that way, you live in an ess.
Your job, your family, your health, your thinking are all in an ess… You don’t grow, you survive. You get up in the morning because you didn’t die the night before. It is probably boring, and you are probably sick, dumb, and poor. Or maybe not. It pretty much depends on what you start with.

That is how most people live, and it has a pull that is very strong.

You don’t rock the boat. You make do. You may do stupid things, and they likely take you downwards, towards gravity.

Now, it is obvious that this is not the path of creating epigenetic shifts toward living a life worth living. Not for me, not for the spirit, not for the soul. It is the ideal life for the selfish gene.

But Life wants more life, and the ess way of living results in less life.

You probably don’t know yourself as well as you think you do

You think you know. You think you know who you are, what is important to you, what you want, and what and who is running your life.

This is your approach towards life. Through what you know…
