It’s my birthday today, and I guess, I should be doing something other than work… but I love working, so I am going to do as much of it today as i can.

What is great about having all this Social Media is that people are reminded that I have a birthday, so people come out of the woodwork.

But people do it in their inimitable way.

Self-expression… or maybe self-expression?

Some act as if they were the one stirring the soup of the Universe, and therefore had the right to tell me how to be, who to be… I have removed them from my mailing list. Unless I hired you to be my coach, your coaching is not welcome.

Yet others, who are stingy… your stinginess is expressed in everything you do and say. Especially in the “you are welcome” part… That “you are welcome” shows that they think more than 90% of the time about themselves… and nothing else.

The fraud of promising to change your beliefs

Do you think that the words spoken in your head are your beliefs?

What words? you say.

That “what words?” was two of them. The words are spoken in your head.

There is a whole lot of talking that seems to be going on in your head, and if you think it is you, then they accomplished what they intended: you become a puppet on word-strings.

There is no such thing as a belief, and those words are NOT belief.

Don’t believe me? Just add words consciously, and see how much difference they make… None, that’s how much.

One of my students gave me a kindle book for my birthday.

It’s a book about practicing, for teachers.

The gift book came right on the heels of an insight I haven’t shared with you.
I finished my third reading Ayn Rand’s 1500 page philosophical novel. I still don’t have my own words to say what she says.
I have one sentence, that is now mine, that I own, and the sentence is “A is A. If you wish it to be something else, then you are delusional.” This is the cornerstone of Ayn Rand’s philosophy, objectivism.

I am able to own one distinction. From the 1500 pages of dense philosophy.
I am OK with that. It’s a process.

Some 15 or so years ago I was using the Healing Codes to make money. I ran small ads on Google. The money I made (commission) more than paid for my living at the time.

The slogan I used in the ads was something like ‘you have the power to heal in your hands…’ or ‘the power to heal is in your hands’. Subtle variations of the same.

Today, I just realized that ‘the power to create a new you, a happier life, even healing is in your mouth…’
