Empathy on the level of the empath or True Empath is a tool with which and empath and thus humanity penetrates the invisible domain of knowledge.

You are like a blind person navigating with feelings… and discover things that cannot be seen yet they exist, and they are invisible for the limited perspective of the human mind.

An empath can experience another person’s emotion. Or even better said: they have little control over experiencing or not experiencing.

I am an empath. I have been medicated, shocked, hospitalized, for symptoms that weren’t mine. Obviously the medication didn’t help.

The only thing that ever helped me staying sane and well is being able to tell myself apart from others.

It’s not easy, I tell you. Until I learned the tool of muscle testing, I was at the mercy of who was around and how others felt.

Sometimes I felt so suicidal I had to hold onto the door post so I don’t do anything stupid.

Today I muscle test if the feeling is mine. 99.99% of the time it isn’t. Then I identify the person it belongs to. Once I really define the real location of the feeling, I am well. I still feel it, but feel it like the rain that is outside the window, and is no concern of mine.

Energy download: a specific energy (or energy bundle) that is coming straight from Source. Depending on the agreement with Source, it is downloaded by me, Sophie, or downloaded by the recipient by using a code word. Recipient must be connected to Source on the second level to receive the energy.

The only energy/energy bundle that was ever downloaded not requiring connection was the First Phase Activator (July 24-Aug 15, 2010) and one instance of a test for a brief 2-week period on a well-known energy guru to test if the energy heals his cough. It didn’t completely heal it, but the symptoms were audible and obviously improved in those 2 weeks.

Connecting to Source on the second level is consistent with the rules of engagement between Source and Human: Free Will to accept or not the gifts from Source.
