I need your help to name the remedy… Please

I need your help

It has become clear to me that calling the energy remedy Effortless Abundance Activator wasn’t as good an idea as I hoped it was going to be: only few people resonate with that, and no one seems to search for Effortless Abundance… literally.

So what does the remedy do, that would be a better clue to people that it’s a perfect match to what they desire?

Here are my own observations:

It somehow causes me to wake up ready… this used to be a dream of mine, to not waste the first few hours of every day trying to get ready… tea, more tea, moping around, reading my emails…. and maybe, if I was lucky, by noon I would start doing something useful.

Why Are You Attracted to Bad News? Unhook yourself from worry, fear, opinions

Summary: worry, fear, opinions makes us stuck in the future or in the past, and we completely miss the present, where life happens. At best worry, fear, opinions just make us miserable. At worst what we don’t handle in the present kills us… Either way, we miss life, we miss our power… What a waste

“Once, there were three kittens named Murry, Furry and Wurry…”

I’ll admit to fabricating Murry and Furry, but you and I both know that Wurry is often pampered and protected like a cherished pet. We talk about our Wurry and cuddle it. We share our Wurry with others, hoping they will choose to love our Wurry as we do.

Suck it up?

I used to have clients and friends that their biggest complaint of others was that they wanted them to suck it up.

What does it mean ‘suck it up’? It simply means: “stop complaining, and say “f… it!” and move on.

This seems the hardest thing for humans to do… maybe even harder than summoning the courage to be alone, to read, to stop overeating, or do some “real” work.

I wouldn’t be writing about this, if I hadn’t had a recent run-in with the need to suck it up.

As you may know, I am a new Amazon seller. I am doing that so I don’t have to depend on you, my dear reader, on my livelihood, and that I can tell you the way it is, without sugarcoating it, without trying to make you like me… spend money with me… etc.

Cone Of Vision, Attitude, Responsibility, Nature, Nurture And Choice

What is transformation? There are many ways to say what it is, for the purposes of this article we’ll say: transformation is catching YOURSELF stuck in a state that is unproductive and self-righteous.

For a transformational teacher every moment looks like an opportunity to cause your transformation: you are always in layers upon layers of stuck states, even when you feel successful, and especially when you feel comfortable.

So, what gives a stuck state away as a stuck state? Stuck state, instead of wrong, right, etc…

Blockages

Summary: We have all heard about blockages… we can even visualize them. We know of people who claim that they clear them… but what are blockages, really? And how do you remove them?

Yesterday we had a session on the Carrot and Stick webinar workshop, and it went differently than the way I planned. We could say that I encountered a blockage in or with people… because they didn’t want to do what I wanted them to do… Instead of forcing my plan on them, I started to listen and started to hear that I was forcing to build a skyscraper on insufficient foundation… We spent the whole 210 minute long session building foundation, and tearing up foundation that was fear-based. We are not done, but we started the work that needs to be done… foundation building. Foundation that will allow a healthy human being to be built upon, instead of trying to fix the plumbing on the 3rd floor… which is like hocus pocus.

You can do a lot of hocus pocus, but you can only work with what’s there, and you can only have flow if you find out exactly what keeps some old stuff stuck there.

Q-A: Can the Energizer be added to the Effortless Abundance Activator audio?

Summary: This question came up three times in the past 12 hours, so it must be on a lot of people’s mind: why didn’t I add the Energizer energy to the Effortless Abundance Activator audio?
Hello Sophie,

I would like to ask if I can come to Wed. Abundance Activator Meditation Class? I bought a whole package but don’t know if I can just come up like that or if I should of been there from the beginning.
Also I would like to ask if Abundance Activator can charge water the same way the water energizer does? Or do I need to charge it with both water energizer and then Abundance. I bought water energizer with harmonizer together and I know I can’t use both at the same time so I’ve been using one for one day and the other one the other.

Are You Stupid? Are you being stupid? Did you miss the point?

Summary: You may be stupid and don’t know it. The biggest breakthrough for a stupid person to declare that they are stupid. Why? Because it would force them to look before they act, talk, argue, say yes, or say no… Stupid is an attitude, not an ability…

So, what is the attitude of a stupid person? They think that they understand everything. They think that what they see is what’s there…

Koan: For you Everything is the same as everything else … except not always

This belief, that you know everything, is an entirely mind-based concept. It is based on something tricky: that your understanding of words, connections, contexts, is accurate.

You can be certain that those understandings are NOT correct. It is a childish and arrogant thing to think that your understanding is correct and that looking at other people’s teachings through your current understanding is going to give you an accurate view of what they are saying.

I’ll give you two examples, but before I do that, consider the saying:

When you have a hammer, everything looks like a nail… we’ll get back to this later.

Who or what is The Creator that loves you unconditionally? A breakthrough in context

Summary: In this article I am going to illustrate to you how something evolves, as opposed to being born…

I will illustrate to you the thought process it takes to move something from good to better to better and even better… There is no such thing as best in this thought process. This is the foundation of an Expanding Human Being: there is no limit to expanding, neither in the mind nor in the reality of the Original Design. And I’ll share the breakthrough we had in raising your vibration.

When I came to this country at age 38, I was much like you in a lot of ways. One of the thngs that I remember vividly is my relationship to improvement. If a product label said “improved”, my thought was “that means it wasn’t good before, and probably isn’t good now… so I won’t get it.”I still lived in the mind, and the mind does not like improvement, it doesn’t like change. If something is good, then it is good, no need for improvement… Bah humbug.
When I was an architecture students, I learned two things that became totally useful regardless of the field I applied them. One of these is what I learned from my famed History of Architecture professor: He shared that when he graduated as an architect, he went to work in a theater, instead of the field of design or construction.

Is there a lazy way to heaven? Will my activators take you there?

Is there a lazy way to heaven? Will my activators take you there?

First we must agree on what we’ll call lazy…

At the Budapest University of Technology I had a Math professor who started his first class asking who was the laziest person in the class. I raised my hand, in spite of the fact that you could have argued that I was the most diligent, the most industrious person you have ever known. But I considered myself lazy, and so I raised my hand.

He looked up through his inch-thick spectacles and said: ‘You’ll be the best in this class…’ and he was right. I was the best, but why? I surely could not be the smartest?

He explained that a lazy person looks before he leaps. A lazy person looks at the whole process they consider doing on paper and evaluate it ahead of time. Much like a chess master seeing how the game unfolds.

The Barrier

But there is a pesky barrier that you want to go around, and unless you learn how to go around that barrier, your perception is not from reality, but form the past, from memory. From Tree of Knowledge.

We also call these filters, but it has been useless… the word “filters” has also been contaminated. So we’ll call these barriers instead… you’ll see that I have, again, selected the shrewd and astute way to cut through the crap, and not lead you astray.

The author of the barrier is the mind… or we should say that the mind is OK, the mind is doing what the mind is supposed to do. The barrier really comes from you honoring the mind as a valued advisor, as a loving guide, as a parent, a master, a guru, a god.

In the previous article I have taught you the three basic steps of getting out of the mind. If you haven’t read it, read it now. It is the shrewd thing to do.

In transformational programs, especially in introductions where the whole purpose is to part you from your money, they show how it’s done, going around the barrier.

One of the most famous one is this, the famous tennis ball exercise of Werner Erhard

The leader asks the audience if there are any clumsy people there. A few hands go up. The leader selects one, preferably a woman who looks intelligent, educated, and competent.

He asks the woman on stage. Audience claps.

The leader says that they are going to play a game of catch. The ball is a tennis ball… nothing special. The leader throws the ball, the woman tries to catch it, but she shows signs of clumsy. If she doesn’t, the leader asks for a new test subject who is really clumsy.

This goes for a while, throw… no catch.

Then the leader changes the game: no need to catch, just watch which direction the ball is spinning. To make it easier on the eye, the leader uses a thick marker to mark the seams of the ball.

The leader throws the ball, the participant lets it drop but shows the leader which way the ball was spinning. She goes to the corner of the room to fetch the ball, throws it back to the leader. This goes on for a few minutes, then, all of a sudden, the woman reaches out

Getting to Abundance one Step At A Time – Practicing The Feeling Of Freedom And Power Through Contributing To It

Churches, communities, etc. ask you to contribute. And you comply: you volunteer, you give away your old winter coat, you give food, or money.

But as in everything, context is decisive.

What’s the context in their request? That you support the less fortunate. There is morality: you can afford and therefore you should, and there is shaming… you don’t eat your food and little kids starve in Africa, or “be generous and earn the Kingdom of Heaven” b.s.

All of these make you a wretch. And not just you, anyone. Why? Because context is decisive.

Nature, trees, animals, do not willingly give what they have, unless they have a selfish reason for it. Not a feeling, but a direct benefit. And nature is fine, thank you, and no one suffers. No morality, no shoulds, just good old selfishness. Surprised? Good.
