Returning to the fork in the road where we took a wrong turn

If you find yourself on the wrong road… trace your way back to where you went astray… and choose a different road.
Why? Because trying to go across to where you really wanted to go, without going back,  is fraught with death traps.

Humanity, some seven thousand years ago, took a wrong turn. In just a few words: they started to replace reality with word pictures in the mind. Concepts.

Routines, coherence, vacations, and your success… what is the connection?

One of my students is displaced because of brush and forest fires.

He is asking about routines and resting. And if adaptability and awareness is enough to compensate for the loss of routines.

I can hear as the coin drops for me…

I have been pondering for years what is the cause of loss of vibration, loss of coherence with holidays, vacations, long weekends.

Maybe we just hit on paydirt.

I have found that orderly living results in an increased level of coherence.

For those of you that don’t know: coherence means: nerve endings fire in unison… not at randomly.

Six horses working in unison can move mountains. Six horses all insisting on going at their own innate rhythm won’t even move a cart on wheels.

You, your life, your energies, your family, your teams can be coherent or can be incoherent.

We could also see coherent as smooth.

Is life a symphony or is life chaos for you? What you manifest will be dramatically different

All my articles are inspired, are an answer to something that happens right now… something that asks for a new way of seeing things.

Today is not an exception. It’s early and I have read only two of my emails, but the need to write an article is already there…. lol. The “bomb” is towards the end of the email, so try to hang in there: what you will learn there will first upset you, but has a chance to set you free… But the first part prepares it… Really.

M in Germany is looking at coherence and balance… and brings the following two visuals

1. Coherence is crafting a symphony… music
2. Coherence while having a whiny 3-year old tug at your skirt in the kitchen.

Disclaimer… Who am I to guide you in your quest to health? The Truth Method

Disclaimer:

My reviews on health, supplements, and nutrition, practitioners, systems, modalities are based on a little knowledge and a lot of muscle testing. Same with my nutritional consultation.

I am not a doctor, I am not a nutritionist, I am not a pharmacist… I am a True Empath, an avid reader, and a very diligent muscle tester. I also test some stuff on myself. To the tune of thousands of dollars worth of stuff a year.

I also test on clients: it is never intentional, but it is often a test nevertheless. Watching, observing evaluating, learning new things.
The hardest thing to test is: why something won’t work. Why? Because if you ask stupid questions, you’ll get stupid answers.
The art of asking questions is to get to the cause… to the root.

Please help me in this test… Thank you

I trust you that you’ll do what is in your best interest. That is what I want you to do… because then the information I’ll glean from this test will be valid. thank you.

Who is my ideal client? It matters not what you say, it matters more if it is heard by the right people…
I have been asking this question for a few years now.

Marketing teachers tell me to find people who are kept awake at night by something that nag at them, that doesn’t let them sleep… a problem, an itch that cannot be scratched. I am not attracted to the suffering.

I want to expand my business to start selling “stuff”.

But what stuff shall I sell and to whom?

20 Blunt Truths About Life No One Wants to Admit

I have found this article on the Inc.com website

Some of it is true, some of it was new-agey b.s. So I am culling it… And in some of them I am going to add my two cents worth… for example the pursuit of happiness… I have learned something about that from Ayn Rand that surprised me.

Just one more thing: my students in my coaching program struggle with the concept of principle.

A principle is a fundamental truth or proposition that serves as the foundation for a system of belief or behavior or for a chain of reasoning.

A principle is not something that you just pull out of your, ahem, mind. We all want to be “independent thinkers” but the path to independent thinking is through learning the principles others discovered… precisely, verbatim. So, for our purposes: a principle is quoted from someone a lot smarter than us.

A quote. not rephrased, not your take on it, but a quote. Not every quote is a principle, but every principle is a quote.

These so called truths are not principles. They are the author’s opinions. Don’t honor them as principles… And if you find that your life is based on personal opinions… try to find principles to replace them with. Really. Every single one of them. You’ll thank me for it, guaranteed.

You’ll notice that I am a lot more interested in giving you the principle of principle guidedness… than those brutal truths the guy made up… Sorry guy!

Reframing: How old are you being?

Raising your vibration, raising your coherence is your job. With my help. The helping is my job.

I am experiencing a blissful period in my work.

I personally experience seeing things from a higher place and in a richer way.
I also experience that suddenly more of my students are getting coherent than normal… than before.

Someone said: when you succeed you celebrate, when you fail you ponder.
But a really successful person ponders, no matter what.

Vibrational Review: Muse – the brain sensing headband… a meditation device, Ariel Garten and Jordan Peterson

The idea for the Muse came from Ariel Garten, personal vibration 120, a Canadian entrepreneur… curiously deserving a Wikipedia entry, while Dr. Joel Wallach hasn’t. Ugh.

Why and how I watch Netflix? How my Netflix diet is not binging?

Like with any diet, both the what and the how are crucially important.

I’ll show you later in this article, that even if you eat the right things, if you eat wrongly, the how, you won’t feel good… you won’t get well. You won’t be present to life.

And so it is with your Netflix diet as well.
Here is how I watch Netflix…
I watch only stuff that will teach me the skills by pointing me to the capacities I could distinguish and then practice. I even take notes!

Whenever I see something noteworthy, I stop and contemplate it for minutes… long minutes. I consider Netflix my mentor…
