A Half Truth is Still a Whole Lie (Yiddish Proverb)

I don’t do this often. But today of all days I watched two videos, a total of about two hours… both on super consciousness.

The most important takeaway I had is the Yiddish proverb, that a half truth is still a whole lie.

So, what does that really mean? If someone’s vibration, or the truth level of their teaching is, let’s be generous, 250… should you follow that person? Should you make that person your spiritual guide?

Self-Awareness and are elephants paint themselves as their self-portrait?


There is a video that is making the circles on youtube and facebook about elephants painting.

There is a lot of ooh and aaah, fascination, love of animals, and the paintings can sell for a lot of money…

So I first researched, then muscle tested if in fact the elephants are

1. self aware
2. if they paint the pictures on their own accord… because it just didn’t feel right.

It might have also been the UNClove taking its effect, but after the Path coaching session two weeks ago I thought to myself: ‘okay – you can’t run from work forever; just do it, don’t make a big deal about it, it’s a natural part of life, and it’s ugly to talk yourself out of it’.

And it felt good, solid.

I figured that while I’m already at the university it would be a good thing to commit to being good at it, which means doing the homework, learning for the exam sessions… and I started to be more diligent about it. I spent most of my time (and a whole weekend) doing exactly that and for the first time (maybe in my whole life) I managed to more or less stick to the learning schedules I made for myself, and started to actually have fun doing it, some of the time.

I also found myself enjoying the classes more, being more into them and overall okay for more then a week.
