The other day I used the free community van to get to stores I cannot get to easily on my own.
Note: in the illustrations I am not taking sides. I am illustrating that there is confusion and disagreement in what race. what is racist. what is racism, and what it does is it makes people rigid, lie about what they think, and vote for Trump… ugh.
The driver of the van has a PhD in sociology He asked me if it bothered me if he continued to listen to NPR radio, National Public Radio. There was a public debate on Trump and on the question whether he was a racist or not.

When it comes to your life, Are you a race car driver or…
When it comes to your life, Are you a race car driver or a hop-into-the car grocery shopper
Said in another way: If Your Life Were A Car, Who Is Driving Your Life?
This article is about your relationship with your life. It is fundamental, it is at the root of you never amounting to all you can be, it is at the root of why most people can only evolve a little bit in a lifetime (many go backwards!)
Mastering this area of life is the difference between a winner and a loser, and it is so subtle, that without someone pointing it out to you, you would notice no difference.
Let’s start at the beginning: in life you accomplish some stuff (right?) and don’t accomplish some other stuff. You win some races, and you lose some others.
Let’s call all the stuff that you get done an accomplishment, and all the stuff that you don’t (but would like to have done) stuff that you don’t accomplish. OK?

What is the opposite of entitled?
Every generation is more entitled than the previous one. Why? Let me explain…
If appreciative is the opposite of entitled… does that mean that all those people who are not appreciative are entitled?
Entitled is a worldview. It is a ground-of-being phenomenon, invisible, like the floor. An unexamined truth. To you. But for the other, it is quite obvious…
So how do you know that you are not appreciative? that you are entitled?
This is how:
Even when you thank someone, they frown…
You may even be diligent in thanking someone, you may even feel a stab of thankfulness, but those thanks are the waves on the waters, not the bottom of the sea… The bottom of your sea is entitlement.
More about tithing… Become a value recognizer
More about tithing;
In the previous article on tithing we discussed the issue whether to tithe or not to tithe.
In this article we’ll look at the issue: if you want to tithe: what is the best way, what is the best place, from the point of view of your own self-interest.
The distinction I’d like to introduce here: Value recognizer, and I suggest that you become one. Why? You’ll see… invaluable!

Creative Visualization: Will it work for you?
Creative visualization
is the technique of using mental images to realize certain objectives. It can help you achieve success and to accomplish your goals. It is a process that requires creativity, visual images, and a sharp and inventive way of seeing what the finished product, behavior, or result looks. It is a mental strategy, meaning it uses the resources of the mind with creativity to make ambitions come true. Creative visualization can be described as a self-help method which uses your thoughts to manifest what you long for in your own life.
Creative visualization is the strategy of utilizing a person’s capacity for thinking to picture specific behaviors or occasions taking place in a person’s life. It is the art of using mental imagery and a positive emotional relationship to that imagery to produce positive change in your reality. It is a way of utilizing little energy in the moment of constant practicing, to create yourself in harmony with the universe and the object of your desire. It can bring about abundance, happiness, joy, greater performance. The constant visualization re-calibrates your vibration to the level of vibration of what you want, be it material or emotional result. Creative visualization is the approach to attract your real-life goals and dreams and make those a reality.

Weight, relationship, money you desire… are you stuck in these areas?
What does it take to attract your desire?
In January, people make resolutions, that address some of their deepest desires.
Weight, relationship and money are the three most frequent wishes, and most of them never go anywhere, no change, and yet another year makes hope lost a little bit more, confidence lost a little bit more, self-esteem lost a little bit more.
Why would this be?
There are many reasons, but I’d like to address one: it takes several inner and outer changes to bring about the capacity to change any of the three main areas.
And because we weren’t told how to change our inner world, little by little, one tiny change at a time, we never actually do it, and unless your inner world, your being changes, your outer world, your weight, your relationships, your money situation can’t change.
Examples to this what happens when there are sudden and unprepared-for changes that came from the outside.
How To Beat Depression Without Medication
How To Beat Depression Without Medication

You Can Beat Depression… if you recognize it as depression
I found this article when I searched for the phrase “beat depression.”
Many of us are depressed. Depression can be low-grade or raging… I am most interested in the low-grade depression, it is easier to beat depression that is low-grade without medication.
The writer of this article uses valid arguments for self-management, but misses a lot of factors, like what did he do, exactly, that allowed him to beat depression to begin with.
He says he took responsibility for his feeling down and out, ad he kicked the medications… so far so good.
But what he isn’t saying is that depression is a sign of something.
What is it a sign of? In my experience, as a once depressed person (for 40 years!) I have noticed a few common characteristics with my coaching clients.
I lacked desire.
I was not happy with myself
I could not see myself clearly doing what I thought I wanted to do… the picture was there like fuzzy patches, but not like a movie.
So, how do you get out of these three interconnected and synergistic (negatively) states of mind?
I think that the easiest is to start with number 2.
Why? Because it is easier go get happy(er) with yourself, especially because you need energy for the other two, and having a good feeling about yourself will give you energy.
You can also start really small, like doing something that you consider hard to do, but still doable, like
Do You Feel Stuck?
Do you feel stuck? Are you trying to do everything but you still are stuck at the miserable place instead of where you are your best?
If so, you are not alone.
One of my clients used to be in constant survival.
He could see that he wasn’t doing what he really wanted to do with his life.
He knew he loved to learn. He knew he loved to be in conversations about deep issues where he could distinguish, for himself and another what they were looking at, deeply, precisely and in a way that it altered life. He loved that.
And he loved teaching.
These were the activities he loved to do, and he hoped that people would, at some point, pay for it.

High desire… it must be a good thing, right?
Desire vs ambition. What is the difference? Which one should you have?
For most people words mean something… approximately. Their life reflects this unclarity. Clarity is one of the most important determinants of one’s life… this is why I measure it in the starting point measurements.
I watched a guy who until his clarity went up to 3500, he was miserable.
Most people I measure have a clarity of 200-400. Puny at best, sh*tty life. Guaranteed.
Ok, desire and ambition. Let’s agree what the words mean… energetically.
Desire is 100% desire to receive for the self alone. Wanting something for yourself but not being willing, not even considering doing work to get it. If someone else has what you want, you envy it, you are jealous of them… but to match the work they did… hell no.
Ambition, on the other hand is a willingness to work, to sweat, to do for one’s own fulfillment. The higher your ambition the more you can accomplish the faster.
Desire takes the energy away from ambition…

You have invested so much into spiritual teaching!
These should be frequently asked questions, and yet no one asks these questions, as a rule
I am continuing the practice of giving free strategy sessions to people who buy the Starting Point Measurements.
It’s work for me. It’s hard on my body having to be with their resistance, fear, or whatever they are feeling. It’s often talking to people whom, in normal circumstances, I would avoid. Why? Because they are argumentative, because they are often hostile, and because only one in 13 knows that I am an empath, what is an empath, and how I got to the measurements I got to. So they never did any work on knowing what they are paying for.
So, it’s hard. And yet. Sitting in my ivory tower is not useful any more.
Each person brings something to light I would not have otherwise seen.
For example a person yesterday. Soul correction “Finish What You Start”… I have other people with this soul correction, and they are argumentative. But I never realized that this is part of this soul correction. Arguing is a type of resistance: you block input and you put yourself in control… I don’t do well with people who argue. They, intentionally, put me on the defensive, and I have nothing to defend…
So for this learning I am grateful. I don’t work well with this type of soul correction… with this type of attitude.
The second thing I learned from this person is through a question he asked:
How come that I am still doing so poorly after I have invested so much into spiritual teaching?
