Wallace D. Wattles is an obscure writer, who came from obscurity, was visible for 3 years and then died.

We know very little about his life, other than a short letter by his daughter after his death, and his writings.

We don’t know what happened that he went from poverty to riches, from low vibration to high vibration.

Unfortunately, though his writings are some of the closest descriptions of how it really works (I mean Life and the Universe), Wallace D. Wattles is also one of those teachers that never really mention that how they got there: by connecting to Source in a two-way fashion.

I can see it, I can read it, but even I could not see it until I got clear, through my own conversations with Source, that connecting to Source is the missing ingredient in all teachings.

What needs to change for vibration to rise? Can an energy raise your vibration? Can changing your beliefs change your vibration?

Like with everything, things are best measured when you are at your worst, including your vibration. When the s-h-i-t hits the fan. When someone pushes your buttons. When all your dreams come tumbling down.

Why? Because the rest of the time you are just la-di-da… no challenge. You fancy yourself safe, successful, high vibration, but it all proves to be a pretense when the going gets tough.

Of course, your dramatic mind can make every action feel like the crucial action that your mind depends on… running late, clicking the wrong button, the computer malfunctioning, forgetting something…

Shall I measure your vibration when you are your best, or when you are your worst?

This week I have been working to make my vibrational reviews more accessible, easier to find. I didn’t realize: it’s a lot of work.

Then someone requested a vibrational review on a person I have never heard about. I started to investigate, and could not see how she can be so famous and such low vibration. Personal vibration 100, fame: through the roof.

Asking myself this question made my Reticular Activator start working in earnest.

Latticework can be likened to a Christmas Tree.

I once had a boy friend who bought tree ornaments as gifts every Christmas. Even to people who didn’t have a tree… ;-/

One of the barriers to real knowledge, I have found in my students, is compartmentalizing.

The opposite of compartmentalizing is the integrative approach…

I first saw this phenomenon in 1988, when i first read the famous book, What Color Is Your Parachute.

The core of that book is completely wasted on 99% of the readers. The core that talks about portable, transferable skills.

The reason people don’t get it, because they cannot see the integrative aspect…

All in all… if we look through spiritual capacities, the issue is that people look through a narrow cone of vision.

The Easiest Starting Point To Raise Your Vibration

I have been researching and investigating the many claims of raising your vibrational frequency.

There is an important distinction to be made here:

Although there is the map of consciousness, and there is the method of Abraham/Hicks, they are a feel good method and do not raise your vibration any longer than as long as you are willing to do those methods. Minutes.

Not bad, but it is a lot like having a job for a living. The moment you stop working you are poor…
Now compare that with being independently wealthy…
the money comes in like clockwork without you having to constantly work for it. Your money works for you, and it brings you dividends.

Obviously somebody had to work for that money originally, money doesn’t come from nothing, but once that money was earned, and invested, it is the money that starts generating more money.

It is the same way about vibrational frequency. First you need to raise it to a level where it start generating itself and is permanent, and then you can live your life, with just occasional attention to nudging it higher, or if there is a drop (there will be drops) nudge it back where it belongs.

It gives you how you feel in the moment, and you can count on a certain level of high well-being, clarity, peace and freedom.
Let’s go back to the methodologies others teach: they are temporary ‘solutions’ to the problem you experience from your low vibration.
Therapy, dance, music, yoga, entertainment, breathing, rubbing your hands together, finding your tone, sports, going to ashrams, following a guru, getting energy submissions from Tr….

None of these raise your vibration beyond a temporary rise. It is like a drug that the moment you stop taking it you are confronted with the reality: your low vibration with its miserable feelings is back, so you need another fix.

I watched another episode of Star Trek last night where two planets live in a symbiotic relationship. A long time before there was a plague. One of the planets developed a herbal cure to the plague. The plague was cured, but they forgot to tell the other planet, and those poor blokes kept on taking the drug thinking they were still sick. But the cure was a drug and caused dependence. So now they manufacture the drug, that is all on planet does, and the other planet buys the drug that they are addicted to, thinking they are sick.

The same is with this vibrational frequency thing: the spiritual teachers and religions, the same is with the medical establishment: they want you sick, they want you low vibration, so you buy their ideas, weekends, individual sessions, to feel better… while you could be cured with one earnest effort lasting not longer than a few months, maybe a year.
Repeat business is the name of the game, having power over you is the name of the game.
Keep you the same so you continue needing them.

Why do you choose the shotgun method that doesn’t work, while you know that the process method works?

I am reading this guy’s book. I say “this guy” because I don’t want you to read it. I want you to read my blog…

In a lot of ways he and I teach the same things, even though we use different words. He uses words from psychology and woowoo science… I use words like Amish Horse Training Method, Memes, Marker Feelings.

He is a money/marketing man. His vibration is 200, his accurate vocabulary is 600.

He is proof that you don’t have to have a very high vibration to be able to look from high enough so you see enough to make millions and even teach others to make millions.

Are You “Doing” Compassion Wrong? 5 Ways to Practice Advanced Compassion

This is an old article. On compassion.

I dare to disagree: compassion is not a feeling, compassion is not an emotion. It is a capacity.

It is a human capacity to recognize the other person as a person like you, recognize their state as a state you have seen or experienced, and, surprise, compassion is a willingness to help the person through the situation, inner or outer, to the other side, where they can be well.

The way most people relate to compassion, is more like pity. A superiority. A leaning down to another.

No recognition of the sameness, only the difference: I am better off, I am better, I am lucky.

Compassion is rather a partnership, albeit temporary. But that is, probably, too much to ask of today’s humans… you?

When you feel compassion for someone, how does it feel to you? Does it feel sad, scary, loving, or a mixture? Think about it before you read on. When was the last time you felt compassion? Who were you with? Who was it for? What was happening to them? What did you feel toward them?

Compassion has a different definition in Asia than it does in the U.S., and frankly, I like Asia’s take on it much better. The primary difference is that in the U.S., we can have compassion for others, but not normally toward ourselves. In Asia, the term compassion includes self-love and love for others. I think this is a critical distinction.

I like to define compassion differently than everyone else. Compassion is one of the highest emotions we can experience. It is 100% pure unselfish love. In my definition of compassion, there is no fear. There is no pity. There is no sadness. There is only positive love in the highest vibration. It helps others far more to project our highest positive emotion rather than to spread our negative emotions of fear, sadness, and pity.

And this takes practice to perfect.

In the U.S., we’re not even too used to “practicing” our emotions. They kind of just ooze out of us. Once we start practicing compassion, we can get really awesome at it. We might be lifting the 20 pounder at the beginning, but once we start exercising regularly, we can lift more and more. The benefit of practicing is that we feel more and more love each time. The feeling of love gets more intense, and that feels good.

Here are five steps to experience compassion more intensely than you ever have before.

Focus on yourself. Center and ground yourself. If you feel afraid, deal with that first before projecting your emotions on others. Compassion is not a negative emotion. Sending compassion because you are having a self-pity party about “what if it happened to me” is not a good reason for sending compassion.
Fill yourself with compassion first. Most of us need to work on this far more than we realize!

If you need help being more intentional about your emotions, draw from the past: bring to mind a time when you felt tremendous strength, and re-live that emotion through savoring.

Equality, racist, collusion, big words you throw around

The other day I used the free community van to get to stores I cannot get to easily on my own.
Note: in the illustrations I am not taking sides. I am illustrating that there is confusion and disagreement in what race. what is racist. what is racism, and what it does is it makes people rigid, lie about what they think, and vote for Trump… ugh.
The driver of the van has a PhD in sociology He asked me if it bothered me if he continued to listen to NPR radio, National Public Radio. There was a public debate on Trump and on the question whether he was a racist or not.
