How do you think of yourself less? What does that mean? Thinking of others? Becoming a do-gooder?

OK, I am going to clarify something that myself don’t quite know how it works, and why it works that way.

So it may come out incomprehensible, botched up, and useless. But, in my view, it is worth to try…

Note: if you only read one example, make it #5!

OK, the issue: one of the measurements is to what degree your life is about you and your life… the words I use I borrowed from someone else… and the words are “to what degree you think of yourself”… as a measure of humility i.e. how much room you have to learn and grow, how much room you have for the world, for work, for life… for others.

No amount of right will fix something that is wrong.

Prepare to be spinning with this for a while… Because this article can scramble your reality, like spinning can… Which way is up?
But for the few of you that this is what was missing, it will be like a cool hand on your hot forehead… Soothing. Panacea.
Because, truth be told, your reality is scrambled, and this article has the potential to unscramble it. Again and again.
Because the nature of personal reality is that it is scrambled, and tends to stay scrambled.
No amount of right will fix something that is wrong. At least this is how it looks on the surface. But what is the right and what is the wrong? and is it true that what is wrong IS wrong?

No, I am not kidding you, no I am not pulling your leg… things really don’t work how you think they should.

I want to be like the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld…

Why am I such a Nazi when it comes to who I am willing to work with?

Remember the soup Nazi? Who ran his soup takeout shop like a prison camp? And people lined up and waited patiently to be given soup… that was so good, and so hard to come by, they were willing to earn it… I want to be like the soup Nazi.

Like everyone, my energy is finite. I can’t whip out extra energy at the drop of a hat… I am human.

Can you tell when you are stupid? dull? incoherent? Or do you wait until someone points it out to you?

One of the remarkable things in the book, Flowers for Algernon, is the new awareness Charlie (Charly) has about his mental state.

When he was just a retarded person, he could see the shadow of the mental feebleness, but once he got smarter, when his mental abilities decline, he can see it directly… not only the shadow.

Once you raised your cell hydration, which translates for most people to a brain surgery similar to Charlie’s, you have a higher factual IQ. You should move to the same position as Charlie: when your cell hydration drops, you should notice it.

Of course, if you never realized that cell coherence increases your IQ… (mostly because you don’t habitually acknowledge the source of any result, you take things for granted, no capacity for appreciation, etc.) you won’t check your water…

The mind is the stupid part of you…

Your mind, your stupid part, has no direct knowledge about reality. It has no concern, no regard to reality… It has in it what the memes have programmed it to have… 1% reality, 99% b.s. And your mind is, therefore, your worst friend. It is killing YOU and it is killing your life… sometimes slowly, sometimes really fast.

Every Tuesday I read my email to find my weekly horoscope, and here it goes… again. Setting a context for my life, a context I could have never dreamed up myself… Rob Brezsny and his weekly horoscopes I would not want to miss.

Secret of Success – change your false belief

Your core belief is what keeps you sick, fat, miserable, and poor…
…but it is not easy to see your exact belief… A belief is a sentence… words… And without the exact sentence, you can’t release it

I have showed you a way or two to find your false belief in previous posts…

Another great way to suspect that there is a core belief is the following method?

Let’s suppose that you love movies. You watch a movie. You are spellbound. You are somehow kept in awe, but when someone asks what about that movie that does that magical thing to you, you have no answer.

I have a few foreign movies that did that to me (American movies are largely unsuited for this purpose: they treat the viewer as imbecile)

Find The Core Belief that keeps you poor, sick, and miserable

How do you start revealing the core belief that is the linchpin of your whole belief system about yourself, about the nature of the world, or about other people?

I am going to use my own example, because that I know it intimately… because I am aware of all my thoughts and because I have been consciously looking.

Rule number 1: never believe that you have found THE answer. The answer may be deeper than where you are. Example: I thought that my core belief was that I didn’t have the right to live. It felt dramatic, and I shifted it. I could have gone my merry way, but that would have been a mistake.

Rule number 2: Your core belief is what irks you about other people. What do I mean?
