Stuck? Playing a small game? Waiting for a miracle? Get unstuck using my methods

Some people are motivated (put into motion) by negative emotions, like fear, hate, refusing something with so much energy that it finally puts them in motion: until then they cannot get unstuck.

Other people are motivated by accomplishment, joy, love, freedom, or some other positive event or emotion.

The problem is how to crank up the energy of the emotion, negative or positive, so there is enough energy in it to put you in motion, to get unstuck.

The enemy of any forward movement is complacency, cynicism, resignation. These are real strong energies. If we wanted to express their effect, they are like a ton of weight on the see-saw. If you want to make the see-saw move, you need to pile up the weight on the other side.

Most people leave this to chance, hope that something will move them from dead center to get unstuck.

Other people cause breakdowns to get unstuck.

What would Sophie say? What would Sophie Do?

If this goes way over you head… don’t worry. You can’t see what you can’t see. Your vibration is probably lower than the threshold of seeing this phenomenon.

Why? because life is playing out outside of the mind, and you cannot possibly be astute, appropriate, and responsive in the mind… where only the memory, the echo of what is real lives.

I have had many coaching clients over the years: remember I’ve been doing this forever… lol…

Ultimately all of them reported that they had me with them… but the question THEY asked, the question I find very useful: “What would Sophie Do? What would Sophie say?” meaning in a situation.

A coach’s job is to make you do things you don’t want to do

A discussion with hidden argumentative undertones is going on in the comments of some posts.

It’s about coaching.

Most people want gentle guidance. They want the results, but they want it all to be easy, nice, a walk in the park. They can’t find this anywhere, so they sign up to my coaching calls, but they don’t like what they are getting. They wanted gentle guidance, but they get coaching.

A coach’s job is to make you do what you don’t want to do so you can have what you won’t have if you do what you want to do.
