Raise your vibration. What should be your first steps?

You want to raise your vibration? Don’t know how to do it?
I talk to at least ten of you, readers, every day, through email. The question is always: but what do I do to raise my vibration?

The answer, when I give it to most of you, goes right over your head. We are like two trains passing each other in the night… I am not getting through to most you and therefore I can’t make a difference for you. But why is that?

This is what this article is about… so read it, and read it a few times, until it’s crystal clear.

Healing, Curing, Self-Healing… a case study and a half

I just hung up with my friend. He sounded week…

Turns out he spent the past week in bed, has fever, and seems to have a systemic infection.

I, of course, volunteered to look around, see what I see, and do some healing work if I can.

He has a bacterial infection, a food carried bacteria, food poisoning, specifically he ate salad in a restaurant on his trip to Georgia the week before.

The doctor gave him a wide spectrum antibiotic.

The cause of weakness, and discomfort is now from the excretion of the bacteria.

Bacteria makes you ill by its byproduct… this bacteria seems to have a nerve toxin as a byproduct: my friend’s whole right side is shutting down, his right arm is already starting to be numb.

Am I a healer because I seem to be healing certain things?

I refuse to be categorized as a healer. I have energies, I have knowledge, I have empathic “sight”, I can “diagnose”, not legally but factually, I can recommend… but I am not a healer… and yet.

Almost 30 years ago I was in a program called “Emotions Anonymous”, a 12-step program. I wanted to deal with my anger. My anger came out in really threatening ways, sending both myself and others towards the hills…

It was, on one hand, a learned behavior… both my parents had a difficult time handling their anger towards me…

One of the participants in the group was Hungarian, and very miserable. I visited him one afternoon. His place was up to knee deep in newspapers, every room, the garage, the kitchen, every inch except for a two foot wide path to crucial places.

New healing articles on my healing blog… please check them out. Liver cleanse and more

Some of my students are very excited about what I teach in the Self-Healing course. They are really excited about being able to do their own healing, and prevention.
Don’t be mistaken, you can do a lot more with energies than with medication, or even dietary and lifestyle changes.
For example, at this moment in time, I don’t know of any other effective method of ridding your body of heavy metals and other chemicals, or to cleanse your liver and your pancreas.

If you are a healer, you want to read this…

I have students that are in the healing profession.

When they first start with me, they are confused, stunned, and ask me if they should quit doing what they are doing. Their whole attitude, in that moment, reveals to me what is not working about their healing.

Healing, much like the work I do, is restoring balance in a human being.

Because being out of balance can happen in so many different ways, and through so many years, even decades, and because you can be out of balance emotionally, intellectually, psychologically, chemically…. etc. etc. there is no healing modality that can restore anyone, there is no activator that can restore anyone, no coaching method…

Restoring balance is like picking a lock.

The most important quality a healer can bring to healing is being 100% present to what’s so, over time.

Imagine a tumble lock with 30-40 pins… the combination looks endless and it is near endless. Each pin’s position can be anywhere between on and off… Until you get it all right, the lock won’t turn, but yet, there are indicators that you are going in the right direction. You can feel it… But that doesn’t mean continuing doing the same thing, it only means, that the starting point now changed to the new starting point…

Dynamics of self-sabotage: “If it weren’t for…” – UPDATED

The all or nothing attitude (Gentian)

Sometimes I wish I were some other teacher… and could write my articles, learn my lessons, without having to get into it, and wade myself through the much and the mire of an attitude, or situation.

But, maybe because I am an empath, this path is not available to me: I have to get dirty myself.

They say: fake it till you make it… but what people understand from it is not what the saying means. People make it mean: lie through your teeth, deceive people, create a pretense, a public persona, and the truth will follow.

I refuse to lie. So this article will tell you the raw truth, however painful it is, otherwise it won’t teach you anything.

I have recently took a course on using a facebook page to attract new customers. Sounds good, though my opinion of facebook and people that hang out on facebook is really bad… but I hoped that it would not interfere.

Energetic Brain Cleansing… Foggy Brain, Alzheimers, Parkinsons Beware UPDATED

Energetic Brain Cleansing… Foggy Brain, Alzheimers, Parkinsons Beware

We’ve been doing brain cleansing with Source Light, for about a year now. Honestly, I don’t know how it is doing it, I don’t know what it exactly does, but I can tell you the results I have experienced on myself and on participants of those sessions:

My eye sight improves by far. After those sessions I can see as well without my glasses, as with them before the session. Maybe even better, the foggy hazy edges of my visual field are gone. Long? No. For about 4 days.

I sleep better. I am sharper, remember without effort, have more energy, and am in a better mood.

Students: they are able to get off their depression meds, their anxiety meds, their ADD meds. We haven’t had anyone with Alzheimer or Parkinsons, but if brain cleansing has any effect on those, I am sure they would experience a reversal of symptoms, or something like that.

One of my students suggested that I write a book on what we do, like the brain cleansing, and honestly I didn’t think it would be worth my time, I prefer doing it than writing about it. Why? Because when you write about something that you do, you need to make it meaning-full for the reader, so you add stuff that is not your direct experience, and you become one of those people that are all Tree of Knowledge. It’s not my path, so I am reluctant.

But I am willing to write an article about brain cleansing, one of my favorite things to do, so here you go.

Worlds Apart: the two basic world views every world view belongs to… Part 2: Comparison

Like you, I want certainty. Like you, I want to be sure. Like you, I want to understand how the world works.

Why? Because we are coming from a personal world view that Life is dangerous. Or something to that effect.

Osho has a theory that when you are born and have to suddenly and without preparation leave the safety and luxury of the womb, your first emotional response is fear. Especially if you are born in a delivery room with glaring lights, lots of noise, and someone holding you upside down and slapping your bottom to make you breathe.

L. Ron Hubbard (of Dianetics fame) adds that people talk in the delivery room, and you absorb all of it as if it were the truth about you. One of my students had a hard time getting through the birth canal, and was stuck for a while. “She is stuck…” the doctor said, and she’s been stuck ever since.

Another student of mine (probably) heard in the delivery room “I can’t feel anything” and lo and behold, he can’t feel anything. Hunger, anger, love… none of it.

Now, whether that is the reason, or it is cultural, it is immaterial. You live in a world where the mood is: The world is dangerous, mistakes are bad, you need to know, and therefore you are incessantly looking for a safer way to live.

In that environment, you “buy” anything that sounds like an explanation to all the strange things you hear or feel. You follow anyone “who has the answer.” You follow religions, gurus, teachers, you become vegetarian, fruitarian, anything to avoid the uncertainty of life, i.e. life itself.

You are like the ostrich that hides his head in the sand to avoid confronting life.

The Secret To Attaining A Good Self-Image and Self-Esteem

The Secret To Attaining A Good Self-Image and Self-Esteem

Remember, that the more you like yourself the better you like your life? But did you know that you don’t like yourself, because you disappointed yourself?

When you are down in the dumps, and you try to pick yourself up, the experts say that you should do some juicy affirmations. But the truth is, that you know you are lying, so the affirmations don’t do you any good, in fact they erode the little self-esteem you have.

Your soul, your “real self” doesn’t approve of lying, doesn’t approve of cheating, doesn’t approve of stealing, and the like.

Our outward directed attention gives us the mistaken impression that if the world likes us, if we are outwardly successful, then we’ll like ourselves.

Unfortunately for most of us, the outward success doesn’t do anything for your self-esteem, and for your liking your life. It is the inward work that matters.

There Is No Such Thing As “Instant Healing”

There is no such thing as “instant healing”. “Instant healing” is the tool of the looters and the drug of the moochers.

If we compared you to a house with its architecture, rooms, utilities, equipment, furniture, wall-paint, etc. we would be able to see a lot of the hokiness and untruths that are being disseminated today by the looters, and believed greedily by the moochers. You. No offense, just stating the facts. Moocher and looter are distinctions, objective and well-defined, and unless you get offended by the truth, you won’t get offended.

If you are here because you have an honest desire to have a life worth living and to have a body working for you, not against you, you may want to relent your rigid standards as to what is true, and what is nice, and how it all works. What got you where you are is all those hoky truths, your standards and ideals, so let’s put a question mark to all that, and let’s question it all, OK?

I am working with the analogy of a house, because we all can relate to that.

The question I am going to deal with, mainly, in this article, is “instant healing,” but all I say will also apply to everything in life, your emotional well being, your career, your relationships, your whole life.
