It seems that you and me alike, are afraid of letting go of control. We are afraid of life out of control, of sh-i-t hitting the fan, of what we will do when that happens. So we keep on controlling, suppressing, resisting, and living a shadow existence.
Whether you believe this or not will make a huge difference for you. At the bottom, at the root of this miserable life is a word, a statement, about you, that you are using your life to alternately prove and disprove. A word that sounds like a fact but it isn’t… it is an opinion, not a fact.
A typical “oscillating structure” is the result, and no one is immune from it.

An oscillating structure is like a rocking chair: it gives the experience of movement, but it doesn’t move. It just goes back and forth, proving or disproving a “fact” that is a non-fact, untruth, un-reality, non-fact, therefore it cannot be proven.
Imagine spending your whole life trying to prove something that is unprovable, like the existence of god or the existence of life after death.
Question:
I’m hoping you may have time to address this question: I have been using the “Cancel That” exercise.
Realizing that I have not had hardly any integrity in my life has been mind blowing, by the way.
Ok, my question is: in the course of doing business, is integrity an issue if I pay someone a lower wage (consensually) for a service that others are being paid higher wages to do the same service? Thank you for any input you may have.
Answer:
Integrity is an inside job. No social or moral obligations are relevant when we look if there is integrity in a behavior. No one can tell you anything about your integrity.
Integrity is an issue between you and you.
When you look deep into yourself, you will find that at heart you are still an infant crying for the bottle. Friedrich Nietzsche called it “infantile will to power”, magical thinking that gives you the role of wanting, wishing, crying for, and gives the role to everyone around you to respond and give you what you want.
The Universe is based on the principle that no one has the right to sacrifice their need, their life, for the need or the life of another. Sacrifice is the kind of “deal” where one gets everything and the other gets nothing. No Universe, no planet, no country, no community, no family can be healthy if even just one person is willing to sacrifice themselves for another.
This is the main reason the Planet is out of balance, because the governing thought, the though of religion, new age, etc. promoted self-sacrifice pretending that good is that.
For the self-sacrificial cycle to come to be, there needs to be a value that is higher than human being, and that is NEED. Need cried, promoted as right to take from another, to suck away from another, is the fundamental motive power of a society of moochers and looters.
