On Procrastination: part 2: the hold-back forces.

Now that we have seen that what is underneath procrastination is the fact that we are still more, much more interested in avoiding unpleasantness, humiliation, etc. than moving towards some purpose.

And avoiding unpleasantness, will, at best, keep you the same… no movement.

From the pdf of the last procrastination article, we saw, that unless you can invent a yummy enough goal, something important enough to go for, you will not be able to move from dead center. Bottom line: procrastination is not a behavioral issue, it is a perfect illustration of physics: if the energies on a body are in balance, the body will not move, unless it was already in movement before the balance.

Dark Side is a reality. I am gaining insights little by little, it is not like I can learn much about its motives: Dark Side doesn’t reveal its purpose, doesn’t reveal its strategies, moves, means of enslavement and assimilation, you can put the picture together, like a jigsaw puzzle, afterwards.

Shall I measure your vibration when you are your best, or when you are your worst?

This week I have been working to make my vibrational reviews more accessible, easier to find. I didn’t realize: it’s a lot of work.

Then someone requested a vibrational review on a person I have never heard about. I started to investigate, and could not see how she can be so famous and such low vibration. Personal vibration 100, fame: through the roof.

Asking myself this question made my Reticular Activator start working in earnest.

The Easiest Starting Point To Raise Your Vibration

I have been researching and investigating the many claims of raising your vibrational frequency.

There is an important distinction to be made here:

Although there is the map of consciousness, and there is the method of Abraham/Hicks, they are a feel good method and do not raise your vibration any longer than as long as you are willing to do those methods. Minutes.

Not bad, but it is a lot like having a job for a living. The moment you stop working you are poor…
Now compare that with being independently wealthy…
the money comes in like clockwork without you having to constantly work for it. Your money works for you, and it brings you dividends.

Obviously somebody had to work for that money originally, money doesn’t come from nothing, but once that money was earned, and invested, it is the money that starts generating more money.

It is the same way about vibrational frequency. First you need to raise it to a level where it start generating itself and is permanent, and then you can live your life, with just occasional attention to nudging it higher, or if there is a drop (there will be drops) nudge it back where it belongs.

It gives you how you feel in the moment, and you can count on a certain level of high well-being, clarity, peace and freedom.
Let’s go back to the methodologies others teach: they are temporary ‘solutions’ to the problem you experience from your low vibration.
Therapy, dance, music, yoga, entertainment, breathing, rubbing your hands together, finding your tone, sports, going to ashrams, following a guru, getting energy submissions from Tr….

None of these raise your vibration beyond a temporary rise. It is like a drug that the moment you stop taking it you are confronted with the reality: your low vibration with its miserable feelings is back, so you need another fix.

I watched another episode of Star Trek last night where two planets live in a symbiotic relationship. A long time before there was a plague. One of the planets developed a herbal cure to the plague. The plague was cured, but they forgot to tell the other planet, and those poor blokes kept on taking the drug thinking they were still sick. But the cure was a drug and caused dependence. So now they manufacture the drug, that is all on planet does, and the other planet buys the drug that they are addicted to, thinking they are sick.

The same is with this vibrational frequency thing: the spiritual teachers and religions, the same is with the medical establishment: they want you sick, they want you low vibration, so you buy their ideas, weekends, individual sessions, to feel better… while you could be cured with one earnest effort lasting not longer than a few months, maybe a year.
Repeat business is the name of the game, having power over you is the name of the game.
Keep you the same so you continue needing them.
What is the alternative to enslavement? Raise your vibrational frequency permanently

In 1993, at age 46, my general practitioner declared me incurable.

I remember it was a cold day. An employee in my publishing company, drove me home from the doctor. It was a Wednesday. It felt weird. The feeling of no control over my life, the feeling that there is nothing I can do.

I wasn’t sad. I wasn’t thinking of dying. I only thought of loss of control.

At the time I already had difficulty staying up, doing my work, so my employees reported to me in the makeshift bedroom I set up in the office. I needed help to go to the bathroom… my strength was not there.

I advertised and hired a personal trainer a week earlier, to train me so I can walk, stand, and do my work…

It so happened, that by the time I got back to the office, the trainer was waiting already.

If you didn’t ask… “Know Enough For what?!” then you can consider that you are trapped, at the moment, by the question in the title.

That was the purpose of the title, by the way. To trap you.

While you read your article, to get the most out of it, allow yourself to find yourself in my experience, instead of agree or not agree… OK?

Every person with a mind (that is every person alive!) moves back and forth on a continuum (scale) of knowing enough or not knowing enough… Some days you feel you know everything, on others you feel you know nothing.

What’s the difference between a successful person and an unsuccessful one?
This article is really important. If you read nothing else on this site, read this. I’ll do my darned best to make it simple, and to reach your dense brain. How do I know it’s dense? Because successful people don’t read articles like this, or not often. Skinny people don’t read how to lose weight articles either… got it?
If you take two people, maybe even twins, and watch them, their results in life, most likely, be different. Their actions will be different. Their likes and dislikes…

You can follow them 24 hours a day and watch what they do, and you can make it into a book, but you won’t help anyone, because what makes one successful is not in the doing. Not even in the thinking. Definitely not in your speaking… It is much much deeper than either.

You say you care… but you have an agenda instead, raining on people’s parade


When I work with people on coaching calls, I always find out that they have no details about people and happenings around them, even if they were part of the happening.

Why? Because they weren’t present.

When you talk to someone, you want to be present to the conversation, to your hunches, to your feelings, to the tone of voice, the breathing, the mannerisms of the other person. Like a camera.

Then, when you are on your own, you can ponder about what that means.

Being present, being able to command your attention at will is very important.
