Let’s look at the word inspired first
People are writing to me claiming that they get touched, weepy from certain values. But when you look at their lives, that is an experience that does NOT inform their lives, only their eyes… Or maybe their ego, their mind?

Inner motivation vs. Outer motivation… choose! Being motivated inwardly or outwardly. By returning to inner motivation you return to the childlike joy you remember so fondly…
Real motivation is like inspiration: being pulled into doing something, instead of being pushed into efforting and trying and all the horizontal plane feelings: having to, needing to, wanting to, and should. These are not present when you are motivated: you are just doing what you are doing because it’s fun, because it is interesting, because it is there to do… for its own sake.

My students, like popcorn, are starting to pop at the same time. It is hard to say what made each pop… especially if your vocabulary (distinction) is not keeping up with the richness of the invisible reality.
What do I mean?
I have been intrigued with the idea of helping people to be intrinsically motivated, ever since I read and re-read Deci’s book: Why we do what we do.
Without words one can be the best at something, but will never be able to teach it…

Inspiration… inspired… inspirable…
What do these words mean?
I measure how much the spirit is active within you… and how much, on the current vibrational level, the current integrity level, the current about-me level, the spirit can be aroused.
You cannot be more inspiring that you can be inspired.
The number one communication tool you have available, creating a vision in another person, about themselves, about a project, about the future.
When you can create a vision and communicate it to yourself or to another, all upsets disappear, and you have the amazing result: the person (you?) wants to do what is consistent with that vision… which is what you would want them to do.
