That energy, the Day of Power energy is what powers the spirit inside. The spirit that expresses itself, makes itself felt in you. If you refuse to move with it, the pressure is tremendous. In creativity it is the energy that pushes you to go beyond the limitation of the horizontal plane.

What’s the difference between Ray and most people?


What is my biggest challenge based on my experiences with my non-producing clients?

First off: Not everyone is a non-producer… this guy, Ray is not one.

Here is his story of how he got hired for his dream job..

A decade or so ago Ray was a programmer, and he hated his job, hated his life. It needed none of his personality, which is often the reason you hate your job. I hated architecture mainly for the same reason…

One day he heard about the option to be a ‘sales engineer’, a sales person to sell software, technical stuff… Talking… yeah, that was more up his alley.

The interview was to do a sales presentation in front of two women…

He had his powerpoint ready…

His first slide said: Warning! This presentation includes subliminal messages. That got the two women puzzled…

The secret of happy producers… NOT what time they get up in the morning, or how many books they read…


My students, like popcorn, are starting to pop at the same time. It is hard to say what made each pop… especially if your vocabulary (distinction) is not keeping up with the richness of the invisible reality.

What do I mean?

I have been intrigued with the idea of helping people to be intrinsically motivated, ever since I read and re-read Deci’s book: Why we do what we do.

Without words one can be the best at something, but will never be able to teach it…
