Are you willing to become a prosperous “neighborhood”?

I republished an article, that is as important as anything you’ll ever learn, if you wanted to live a life of an expanding human being…

Response when I first published it: no echo. Response this time: no echo. Nobody heard it. Nobody saw it. Nobody was interested.

The article is pinpointing the reason why you have what you have, and not what you want to have.

Why do you run, why do you avoid responsibility?

One of my students wrote: ‘I don’t know yet why I run from it, why is it uncomfortable for me to take responsibility’

This is an excellent question.

Why? Because every person that has ever been confronted, yes, confronted with the possibility to having their responsibility gene activated, has, so far, chosen not to use it, not to benefit from it.

What is responsibility in terms of the world? Blame. Duty. No fun.

How you read is how you live… or are you doing the work that you love?

I love books that start slow, that allow me to be in the midst of things, give me insight into the character, the past of the character… simply said: that gives me a rounded picture without actually reducing the observations to assessment. The book allows me to make my own judgments, so it’s active reading: the story is co-created between the author and myself.

I even watch television that way… Netflix television, where I can stop the screen and reflect, sometimes for 10-15 minutes before I turn the movie or episode back on.

Now, contrast that with how you read.

The Third Kind of Depression and how to beat it without drugs: simple but not easy

The Third Kind of Depression

Depression Is A Sign That You Are Unwilling To Hit Bottom. When You Hit Bottom, There Is The Beginning Of Coming Up

I took a short break this afternoon. I lied down. This depression thing has been on my mind since I wrote that article: I felt something wasn’t complete about it.

Back in 1979 I spent some time in a psychiatric place, back in Hungary. It was almost like a sanatorium, on a beautiful mountain, for rich people and their brood.

My room mate was the jilted wife of a famous actor… everyone was famous for something. Of course, I was a famous person’s daughter.

I made friends with a fellow patient, my age. She had a difficult time sleeping at all. She was depressed.

Occasionally I saw his family visit her: a lovely boy, her husband, even her in-laws. By the way, she was an amazing literary translator of novels, talented as the sun.

So as I was lying on my bed I tried to feel her body to “diagnose” what was underneath the depression.

Self-awareness: The levels of self awareness… and your financial and relationship troubles

What is self-awareness? Is it feeling what you feel, thinking what you think, doing what you do, and knowing you are doing, feeling, thinking that?

I think self-awareness is beyond that, self-awareness is a positional shift for the self that is aware. Positional meant in a physical sense, in a physical movement of the vantage point.

It is one thing to feel from inside the body, and it’s another thing from observing it, as the body feels what it feels.

If there are words to the feeling, then it is the Mind that is attempting to label the experience… but your Self is NOT your mind, it is not even near your mind. You also, the moment your mind labels the experience, stop feeling, and now consider the word as the experience, instead… Much like eating the menu in a restaurant, not the meal. I have watched people doing that…

Breathing Difficulty, Holding your Breath, The Parental Disapproval Syndrome

Sometimes when you poke around you find stuff you didn’t want to find, didn’t want to know, you’d rather not know. But if you know it, if you are willing to face it: you have a new lease on life… So read it.

This article will lose a good percentage of my readers, it’s so sacra-religious, it’s so profoundly upsetting.

I am guided to watch movies, especially hit TV series. It is hard to tell what I am going to see, while I am watching them, hours after hours, on Netflix, but I know how it works, and I know that unless I start to see stuff that my life isn’t giving an insight into, I will not be able to distinguish for you all the ways that the enslavement, that caused you to be miserable, does its job.

This article is about the family. It’s about how family is used to enslave you.

Why things are the way they are, and diets

Some insights on health, and why things are the way they are, and why are people different in their needs…

Yesterday I spent three hours to listen to Dr. Joel Wallach.

I think I have spent, to date, about a hundred hours listening to him. Why so much? He talks too fast, and he isn’t saying the things to be understood, but to impress… In that he is a typical doctor: big ego… holding his cards close to his chest.

But… But knowing where to look, knowing what sort of things to expect, to always expect wrong eating, nutritional deficiency, misguided knowledge, has been my tool, in addition to being able to muscle test, while I am connected to Source.

Counting the days till…

This article is my personal experience. I don’t know and don’t really want to know what the videos, books, articles, say about negativity, I’ll tell you what I see.

Three years ago I met a woman. She was delightful, bubbly, enthusiastic, and I liked being around her.

About two months ago she started counting the days to her retirement. And with that her whole outlook on life altered: she started to pay attention to what she didn’t like, what she didn’t want.
