General Guidance
After our talk today, I felt completely different.. it is great, just amazing. The heavyness in my legs is gone..I noticed it right away when i first walked after .

My Secret Weapon, the Big Bundle
Hello, Sophie:

I wanted to let you know that I have had an improvement in my foot health when playing your ‘big bundle’ audio.

I have a hammertoe, and standing and walking were agony because the muscle under the toe was weak. I had to wear a combination of little rubber arches to help support the toe.

In several months of listening to the Big Bundle before bedtime, my feet have changed and improved. Two days ago I noticed I have not worn the arches, and I kept them off all day today without pain.

I was so worried my feet were in decline, and it means so much to walk more comfortably for the first time in years.

Water Energizer, Effortless Abundance, and Big Bundle
Oh wow it’s true, the texture of the water changes a lot! It’s much easier to drink and it feels more nourishing, I can’t wait to see the results after a couple more days.

I just realized I’m playing a volleyball tournament this Saturday. Tournaments are exhausting cause we play all day long and no matter how much water I drink, my body always shows signs of dehydration during the last few matches making much much harder to play (my team mates feel the same way) and despite what they say, products like Gatorade do not help! I’m both excited and curious to find out how much this water is going to help not only in this tournament but with sports performance in general since I play 3 to 4 times a week.

Is Christie Marie Sheldon A Fraud? This question keeps repeating in the searches on my site. The simple answer: I don’t know.

Hey, what is a fraud? Who is a fraud? If you promise something and you don’t keep your promise, that’s fraud. If you get in someone with false promises… that’s fraud.

If she says she is god, then she is a fraud. She is not god. Does she say that? I don’t think so.

If she says she can raise your vibration, then she is a fraud. In that regard.

She and her programs won’t raise your vibration permanently. But you will feel better while you listen to her… I probably would too… What else is she promising?

In my other article I have already said that the vibrational frequency of love is 540.

Since the time that I wrote that article, her vibration has dropped. I mean DROPPED.

It was 299 in August. Today, Christmas Eve of 2011 it is 200. (rechecking it in July 2012: it is still only 200)

Activism, reforms, revolution… a timely inquiry

Did you know that every revolution has been, historically, just a re-shuffling of who is going to have power over who?

When I first read Osho’s book, Rebellion, Revolution and Religiousness, I actively worked on understanding.

In Hungary we learned a lot more history than American students do, and I personally have seen revolution, and reform and all that never changed anything on the long run.

It’s like making a dish, turning it on a plate… and thinking that now it’s different. No. it is the same dish… just what was on the bottom is now on the top.

Never really say no?

Saying no feels rude. Any type of no. Setting your boundaries, hanging up the phone, saying you are busy…

Even when no one knows you have a hard time saying no.

How do I know? I just observed myself.
The price of being polite, agreeable, and accommodating
I was on a webinar where they showed how to use a graphics software and it was really good and really enjoyable. Then they started to pitch a bonus… I wasn’t interested in the offer.

Yet, I caught myself staying on the call… and instead of just disconnecting, I tried to multitask: saying yes and no at the same time. I felt my shoulders tighten, and my stomach hurt.

Oh, I want to say no, and I am not saying it, instead I am acting it out… I thought, and then, finally, I hung up.

This article is my personal experience. I don’t know and don’t really want to know what the videos, books, articles, say about negativity, I’ll tell you what I see.

Three years ago I met a woman. She was delightful, bubbly, enthusiastic, and I liked being around her.

About two months ago she started counting the days to her retirement. And with that her whole outlook on life altered: she started to pay attention to what she didn’t like, what she didn’t want.

Originally this article was published in August of 2011. I did a planetary activator then, and this article is about the aftermath… quite disappointing.

What makes this article timely is that the behavior it’s about hasn’t change. You learn new things and you don’t use them. You continue behaving the way you always behaved… as if nothing happened.

What you forget is this: your capacities don’t tell you what to do, you tell yourself what to do, and then you are able to do them with new capacities, successfully.

My Avatar State Audios, my articles, my coaching tells you, shows you what to do, but it is you who needs to decide to do that new thing, and actually do it.

You can take the horse to the water, but you can’t force it to drink… It is entirely up to you.
