One great way I have discovered to see the hidden aspects of people that I would not be able to see through my ability as an empath is to get on a video call, but not have my video turned on.
But ask the other to keep their video open.
It is amazing how people don’t experience being seen unless they see you.
I don’t do this often enough. But I should… because of what becomes observable.

Birds, reptiles, bugs molt… mammals shed.
Molting is a tool. You outgrow who you were, and shed the old size.
Humans are mammals and they don’t molt. Culling is the design to cause evolution for mammals. More about that in another article…

When I say ‘feeling’, I often include the other perception organs…
The most obviously not ‘mind’ feeling is the physical sensation of pressure, heat, blockage, itches, tickles, nausea, headaches, pain, burning sensation, orgasm, warmth, butterflies in your stomach. When I say ‘feeling’, I don’t mean emotion, even though emotions have feeling-components. For example all 48 Bach Feelings feel in a certain way in a certain part of the body.
But what I mean: the uninterpreted raw sensation, that either comes from the outside or from the body itself.

Rainmaking is a business/industry distinction.
There is a business that does so-so. A new CEO or leader comes in and restructures the company and their results go through the roof.
But the same thing can be done on any level, including the level of the person, or your own self. Your own life.

This is a question I always expect to get, but I have never actually gotten.
Why do the 67 steps inside a coaching program, instead of just ‘doing it’, or reading articles, watching youtube videos, or reading books, whatever seems to be interesting at the time?
