Power Tools for living a life you love & live it powerfully

yeah, power tools… or power skills?
But beware… these tools are not for everybody. If you are not up to anything, if you have no ambition, nothing to need power tools for, then power tools are not for you. Complacency and power tools don’t go together… OK, I said it.
What is the difference between an article that has ‘ten things to do to have a happy life’ and another article that has ‘power tools for a powerful life’?

Tricky question…

In the hand of a MacGyver a paper clip is a power tool to get out of a jam, or to open a handcuff. But it is not a power tool for a powerful life.

Soul Correction Actions: Part 2: Fear – the flip side: living dangerously

Fear is natural. And we “respond” to fear according to our habitual ways, which is largely imprinted in our soul correction.

Not exposed… no. Participating in.

I learned that this morning… through experience.

One of the things i do most Monday mornings is: I read the Monday Morning Memo, and then I, occasionally, listen to the Monday Morning Radio with Dean Rothbart.

The tyranny of the pursuit of happiness

Weird, eh?

I have read my share of the books on happiness, of all kinds of psychologies, philosophies, and just inane silliness in articles, TED talks, youtube videos…

In my humble opinion no one is willing to shout out that the emperor is naked. that our desire for happiness is what causes this sea of unhappiness we are all swimming in.

Or what weight you carry so that you can’t climb the Tree of Life, until you put it down?

Consider that you are dragging a persona with you. That persona is what makes the going so difficult, so encumbered… Continue reading Steal back your future
