What gives you juice in life? what could give you juice in life? What is your unique way you can enter the flow, the zone at a moment’s notice?

Juiced vs. Driven (Juiced here means: turned on, excited, alive)
The most difficult attitude to take on or even comprehend is “desire to receive for the sake of sharing”. The opposite of that is “desire to receive for the self alone”.

Why is it so hard? Because… I actually don’t know…

I’ll kick it around in this article, and let’s say if I can say anything that resonates. With you.

Why wouldn’t? Well, it hasn’t. Not with you, and not with others.

If you are new to my articles: my self-assigned job is to ferret out, test out, experiment out what would take humans back to the evolutionary path they abandoned about 30 thousand years ago. They went deep into the current level of “homo sapiens” you could also call: the man who lives in the cave of their mind.

The alternative was to become human being, but that hasn’t happened, and cannot happen through the mind.

What Is The Technology to Change Your Future?

When you track your current path on the map you will notice that it has a trend. The exact way you can tell from a short section of rails the direction they are heading. If you tell the truth, where that path is heading is not where you want to go… So what is there to do to change your future?

Let’s use the map of the United States for the sake of the visuals among you.

If you want to build a railroad from where you are to let’s say Seattle, what are the important things you need to know?

Where exactly are you?
What is the terrain like between where you are and Seattle?
What are the means that you can use to build your rail?

Some mornings I wake up fully and wholly hopeless.

This morning was one of those mornings.

I stepped on the scale, like I do every morning, and it showed a number .8 pound less than yesterday, that is like 400 grams, and my thought, my commentary, my meaning was: I’ll be a svelte thin corpse. Yaay for me!

My work is hopeless, I think.

Creative Visualization: Will it work for you?

Creative visualization
is the technique of using mental images to realize certain objectives. It can help you achieve success and to accomplish your goals. It is a process that requires creativity, visual images, and a sharp and inventive way of seeing what the finished product, behavior, or result looks. It is a mental strategy, meaning it uses the resources of the mind with creativity to make ambitions come true. Creative visualization can be described as a self-help method which uses your thoughts to manifest what you long for in your own life.

Creative visualization is the strategy of utilizing a person’s capacity for thinking to picture specific behaviors or occasions taking place in a person’s life. It is the art of using mental imagery and a positive emotional relationship to that imagery to produce positive change in your reality. It is a way of utilizing little energy in the moment of constant practicing, to create yourself in harmony with the universe and the object of your desire. It can bring about abundance, happiness, joy, greater performance. The constant visualization re-calibrates your vibration to the level of vibration of what you want, be it material or emotional result. Creative visualization is the approach to attract your real-life goals and dreams and make those a reality.

Weight, relationship, money you desire… are you stuck in these areas?

What does it take to attract your desire?

In January, people make resolutions, that address some of their deepest desires.

Weight, relationship and money are the three most frequent wishes, and most of them never go anywhere, no change, and yet another year makes hope lost a little bit more, confidence lost a little bit more, self-esteem lost a little bit more.

Why would this be?

There are many reasons, but I’d like to address one: it takes several inner and outer changes to bring about the capacity to change any of the three main areas.

And because we weren’t told how to change our inner world, little by little, one tiny change at a time, we never actually do it, and unless your inner world, your being changes, your outer world, your weight, your relationships, your money situation can’t change.

Examples to this what happens when there are sudden and unprepared-for changes that came from the outside.

How To Beat Depression Without Medication

How To Beat Depression Without Medication

Eppic Smith
You Can Beat Depression… if you recognize it as depression
I found this article when I searched for the phrase “beat depression.”

Many of us are depressed. Depression can be low-grade or raging… I am most interested in the low-grade depression, it is easier to beat depression that is low-grade without medication.

The writer of this article uses valid arguments for self-management, but misses a lot of factors, like what did he do, exactly, that allowed him to beat depression to begin with.

He says he took responsibility for his feeling down and out, ad he kicked the medications… so far so good.

But what he isn’t saying is that depression is a sign of something.

What is it a sign of? In my experience, as a once depressed person (for 40 years!) I have noticed a few common characteristics with my coaching clients.

I lacked desire.
I was not happy with myself
I could not see myself clearly doing what I thought I wanted to do… the picture was there like fuzzy patches, but not like a movie.

So, how do you get out of these three interconnected and synergistic (negatively) states of mind?

I think that the easiest is to start with number 2.

Why? Because it is easier go get happy(er) with yourself, especially because you need energy for the other two, and having a good feeling about yourself will give you energy.

You can also start really small, like doing something that you consider hard to do, but still doable, like

You live in a world of your own design… Don’t like it?

You live in a world of your own design… But how does one build a world of their own design? Really design it? Consciously? With the end in mind?

You hate your job? It is boring? It’s not exciting?

You hate your job? It is boring? It doesn’t make a difference? You are not good at it? It just pays the bills but no fulfillment?

George Bernard Shaw wrote more than a hundred years ago:
“This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being a force of nature instead of a feverish, selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy.”
And what he wrote about you, being a feverish, selfish little clod of ailments and grievances… is more true today than it was in his time.

No one has offered a solution to that issue until now.

It is difficult to see beyond your selfish little self-interests…

It probably won’t surprise you that the most successful people, the producers, are able to separate their emotions from reality, and they more often act on reality than on self-concern. And when they act on emotion, they are just as stupid, inane, and ineffective as you are.

In MY job there is a way to be where I am the teacher and I know what I want to teach, and then I teach that.
And there is a second way when I ask: What wants to be taught?
What causes you to be that feverish, selfish little clod of ailments and grievances?

It’s emotions. Or more precisely: emotional reaction to thoughts, words, rules, should be’s and shouldn’t be’s… to what is right and what is wrong, to what is good and what is evil.

In a previous course of mine, can’t remember which, I use a metaphor, or simile… reality is empty, or mostly empty. It is the sky. And the emotions are the clouds trying to hide reality, cover up reality, replace reality… competing for your attention.

Your life, your effectiveness in life, your happiness depends on your behavior towards the clouds.

If you only see the clouds, you don’t see reality, and you are wretched, emotionally jerked by the clouds.
In effect it all comes from the Original Sin: accepting the Tree of Knowledge as the ultimate guide to life… and grossly ignoring the Tree of Life… aka Reality.
If you want a different life from the life you are heading towards… your job is to unlearn what is largely invisible to you: Identify the water you swim in…

You don’t see things as they are, you see things as YOU are…
Life’s but a walking shadow, a poor player,
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage,
And then is heard no more. It is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing.
That was Shakespeare, talking about you, about your life, about how you live your life.

What he means to talk about is a life lived by emotions… without using the brain, the organ of rational thinking, the organ of perceiving reality, or more importantly telling apart the drama, the emotions and reality… and base life on reality.

Until now no one blamed your proclivity, your tendency to choose to look into what you feel on your miserable life.
When you use
