The Soul, The Ego, The body… all want something different

Until you get, in your bones, in your everywhere that we are in this all together, you won’t be able to look at the world differently

Last night I had a really tough time falling asleep. I was alert, my brain working overtime.

As often, I started to download the Heaven on Earth bundle… consciously, paying attention to how it lands, all 48 energies with which one resists how it is.

I noticed grief. I am not grieving… so what is? Not another person… then what? I located the grief below my left shoulder… at the seat of the soul.

The soul was grieving.

So I communed with the soul, like a good mother that I am.
The soul is like a baby or a really young child.
It wants the best… and then it is blamed for life not working for the human.

This is what I said to the soul
You are not responsible for how your human behaves: they are. Your job is to want what you want… without filter, without trying to be different. And the human’s job is to CHOOSE…
The soul was grieving because she wanted to be all good, and heard me say that it’s all bad.

And that was a real problem for the soul.

So here I am, some 9-10 hours later, doing what I promised the soul last night. I promised that I would write the article to somehow bring some peace into this area, and absolve the soul.
I said: I’ll do the best I can, I promise. Can I do better than my best?
And the soul answers: Yes.
Do better than I can? I asked to clarify
Yes, said the soul
So you see, the soul is an all or nothing ‘entity’, you are never good enough for it. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t strive to be better every day. It only means that your soul will always tell you that you are not good enough yet.
And if you hear that you are good enough… it is not the soul. It is the ego.
If that is what you hear, then the ego fighting for dominance is now making you smug and self-satisfied.

But being upside down, as the soul is, is not pleasant…

You see, energetically the soul is a triangle standing on its wobbly point, while the ego is a same size triangle, standing on its side… like a Golem. Heavy.

The most successful, most productive people on earth have managed to harness both, and make them work together… ROLL WITH IT.

The ego has the energy and the inertia, the soul has the demand… great team.

As inside so is outside… As above as below…
If your ego and soul don’t work together, you probably don’t have any ‘we’ in the outside world either.
And you waffle… go from soul (tortured) to ego (why should I do anything!) never amounting to much.
Now, let’s talk about desire… what the soul desires, and what the ego desires.
You think YOU are desiring, but it’s really not so… we know three kinds of desires: the desires of the body, the desires of the soul, and the desires of the ego.

The body, the vehicle, wants what every other living thing wants: to live, to feed, to rest, to procreate, and other normal things.
The soul wants

Want to get the most? focus on one thing at a time

If you want to get the most: focus on one thing in a program

In my Friday Podcast with Bonnie this past Friday it became clear that the methodology of using courses, coaching calls, programs is not taught anywhere, so each person feels that they need to make up their own method. Each coach, each participant.

By methodology I mean: how to get the most out of a course, a coaching call, a program.

In this article I’ll teach the most effective way to get the most out of anything. Literally anything you do.

How to open up the tiny box or your mind you live in

Today’s article will be illustrated differently. I’ll use unrelated funny pictures… like the New Yorker magazine does.

Why? One of the ways I have opened up my tiny box is reading humorists’ take on the world. See the funny in everything. In every single thing.
Another way to open up your small box is to read, watch good movies or TV series from different cultures.

People who raise their vibration and people who don’t?

Humanity can be divided to two groups. The dividing line is the vibration of 200… the level of responsibility and integrity.

Responsibility is a view of life where it is up to you. What? Everything. And when it is up to you, then you are never a victim, although things may happen to you, thing may be done to you, and yet you are not a victim. Because you have something to say in the matter… and you don’t say that you are a victim.

Responsibility is a dividing line, and I fully expect that 99 out of 100 of my readers, including my regular readers, my clients, my students, think responsibility is either a duty (you have to, need to, or should) or blame (you had to, you needed to, you should have… and you didn’t!)

1 thing, 1 principle, 1 distinction can turn your life around

One of the crucial steps in the 67 steps, is Step 26. the belts and suspenders step is a step that has been paying me dividends for years now.

It began when I first listened it.

The 67 steps is full of principles that can impregnate you, give you seeds that can germinate into something substantial. With you being fertile ground, with you nurturing it till it can grow on its own. Become ‘mother’ of principles.

In my humble opinion the best way to use the 67 steps is to have one thing… one purpose to listening to it.

If you are an integrated person (if not, ‘integrated’ could be your one thing!) then the principle of ‘the rising tide lifts all boats’ applies: your one thing makes all areas of life rise together.

In my case, the one thing was to reclaim my independence, reclaim my power over circumstances, even though circumstances were nasty… won’t go into any detail.

Circumstances haven’t changed. I have. I became a lot healthier, I became a lot happier, while I grew myself to meet life head-on. And while my goal isn’t reached yet, the quality of my life has risen beyond my wildest expectations.

As you may be able to see, doing the 67 steps without having someone to talk it over is very treacherous… and I almost guarantee won’t produce the kinds of results you are capable of producing. this is why my 67 steps coaching is so useful… It helps you identify the one thing, and it helps you make every principle in the 67 steps raise all of your life, regardless what your one thing is.

I know many people who have listened to all 67 audios, and… nothing changed.

Because it is what you do, what you decide and do tiny step after tiny step in your life, that turns it around, not the listening. And what you’ll do will depend on your listening. HOW you listen. What is the context inside which you listen. Your one thing.

The principle of belts and suspenders is a revolutionary concept: with services, resources essential to survival, don’t rely on one source only. Most nightmares are a result of violating this principle.

You may be locked in to a relationship where you can be used, abused, taken advantage of… because without it your pants fall… it is a belt, and you don’t also have a suspender.

For me it was my transportation to grocery shopping and the chiropractor.

Both essential, you’ve got to eat, and you’ve got to be well, right?

Not all complaints are created equal plus a funny story to wake you up

This article may be the most important article you’ll ever read… This is not an exaggeration. Any day is a good day to wake up, but around these weeks of greed and herdlike stomping to get more stuff, it is especially a good time. So, as you understand, this is a wake up article…

We all say we hate complainers. And we all complain.

But is there any form of complaint that is not a downer, that is not a racket, that is a good thing?

I like to watch entire series of television shows on Netflix. If I don’t like it, I just start another one. No commercials, no TV needed, easy.

I watched Foyle’s War, a British series, and I was encouraged: well written, well played. So I started to watch a Swedish series, Wallander. Five stars… must be good.

Mindfulness? No. Meditation? No. Meditative living? Yes

It was my shopping day yesterday…

Through bad design, I have my webinars on the same day as my shopping day.

And yesterday I felt creamed by the experience.

I dragged myself through, slept like a baby, but I am still exhausted today.

The difference for me between tired and exhausted, is my breathing. If my chest is not willing to expand, I call that exhaustion…

Anyway, I went to lie down about an hour ago, and opened a new book, 10-minute mindfulness, or something like that… on my kindle.

Five minutes into it I suddenly I realized what happened, what I didn’t do…

OK, first I am going to tell you what others teach you to do to be more present in life and less swept up in the drama of the day.

Then I will tell you what works… what I normally do, and what I didn’t do yesterday. OK?
