What are the requirements for healing? Self or otherwise…

I think it was Hippocrates who said: ‘Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food’

He didn’t know that what we call food in the 21st Century isn’t. That there are more chemicals in what we call food than in actual medicine.

Humans are designed to be continuous learning machines. If you aren’t a learning machine, you have stopped being a human.

Humans are designed to be continuous learning machines.

If you aren’t a learning machine, you have stopped being a human.

New people to interact with, new ways to do things, new way to accomplish, new things to experience and interpret rightly.

The biggest issue I see is that most people wanted certainty, wanted to know, and once they thought they did, they settled and said: I am done learning, I know everything.

But when you look, honestly, the reason you are reading this is because you don’t know how to the best you, and how to be happy and fulfilled.

Now, it sounds like you could build on what you already know, but there is not one single human who can do that.
Why? because what you know just isn’t so.
Your vibration, your accurate vocabulary, your overall intelligence number combined tell the picture: your knowledge by which you live is inaccurate.

Routines, coherence, vacations, and your success… what is the connection?

One of my students is displaced because of brush and forest fires.

He is asking about routines and resting. And if adaptability and awareness is enough to compensate for the loss of routines.

I can hear as the coin drops for me…

I have been pondering for years what is the cause of loss of vibration, loss of coherence with holidays, vacations, long weekends.

Maybe we just hit on paydirt.

I have found that orderly living results in an increased level of coherence.

For those of you that don’t know: coherence means: nerve endings fire in unison… not at randomly.

Six horses working in unison can move mountains. Six horses all insisting on going at their own innate rhythm won’t even move a cart on wheels.

You, your life, your energies, your family, your teams can be coherent or can be incoherent.

We could also see coherent as smooth.

The unspoken price of happiness

This article is not politically correct, and you’ll probably hate it… I am OK with that. I am even OK if you hate me…

I’ve been up since midnight.

Some nights even the most effective energy audio won’t help…

Knowledge… how accurate is it? How safe are you, given the level of knowledge today?

I was looking for pictures for “accurate knowledge” on google… hardly any results. Then I looked for “garbage in garbage out, and I hit the jackpot”… I will put some of the best pictures at the end of this article… they are really funny… But now, let me get to the knowledge article…. OK, here you go:
I am reading Aristotle.

Why? It’s an excellent wake-up call. It knocks you conscious… It has knocked me conscious!

2400 years ago, when Aristotle lived, people, scientists, knew very little about much of anything. They weren’t less inquisitive, they didn’t have less theories, they didn’t argue less. They probably argued more…

They just had theories that are quite ridiculous by today’s standards, knowing what we know today.

Here are a few examples… Be prepared to laugh…

Is science wrong? Are you smarter than scientists? Who should you trust?

This article has a time limited offer at the end… don’t skip it!

It is not enough to call yourself a mad scientist, I learn. You may be mad, but unless you know the scientific methods, you are just mad, playing around.

Science has a bad reputation nowadays, mainly because of two reasons:

1. the public doesn’t know that science is rarely able to get to the cause of anything, so the expectations are too high, the disappointments are too low. it is more comfortable to listen to fake science, fake doctors, fake gurus. At least they don’t make you think.
2. the fact that scientists are not independent of biases, self-interest, and such, renders their results highly dubious, questionable, etc. And in some crucial issues, this threatens the general public, like in the issue of A1 milk, the issue of GMO, the issues of pesticides and other harmful stuff we are forced to eat.

The mind is an answer finding, meaning making machine

So I am sitting here… and this wave of hopelessness washes over me. I observe my mind that goes and tries on different memes to make sense of the feeling.

“No matter what I do….” the whining voice says.
“It’s hopeless… give it up!” says the authoritative voice.
“You are worthless… who do you think you are to think that you are any better?”

None of these are mine. The feeling comes from my next door neighbor who became a “Christian” to feel better, but it’s not working for her.

Your life-success score is low… how do you raise it?

Your starting point measurements tell me the whole story that you are.
And the picture of putting all those starting point measurements also tells me how humanity as a whole is doing.

Pitiful. But why?

Most people think that what they do when they are at their best, when they go to church in their best church-going outfit, is who they are.

Or the all smiles pictures they post on social media.

What you do, who you are, what you listen to 90% of the time gives you the

Forget superbugs… worry about supermemes!

We live in a culture where we are supposed to live at others’ convenience. Where we are all supposed to dance to the same tune, march to the same drummer. Get excited about the weekend, even more excited about holidays. Want to be with our families, eat a big meal, and complain about indigestion afterwards.

Thanksgiving is a great example. The holiday preparation has taken over everything already a week ago. Everything. You drop life, you drop your projects and like a good soldier, you do the thing that is expected of you, talk about the holiday, think about the holiday, shopping, cleaning the house, inviting people or being invited… Nobody home. Just a machine.

The skill to develop if you want to live a life you love

We live as if things never changed. Even though we hear, read, that the only thing that is constant in life is change.

And yet, our minds, the machine-like part of us that cannot learn, won’t learn, and fancies itself YOU… our minds tell us, moment to moment, that life will remain the way it is in that moment.

Is that crazy or what?

When something bad happens, the reaction is not to the bad thing, but to the idea that the results of the bad thing are life-long.
When something good happens, the reaction is not to the good thing. It is to the idea, to the notion, to the certainty, that the good thing will last a lifetime.
When you are well… you are sure you’ll be always well. When you feel sick, you are sure that unless you fix it, you’ll never feel good again. Gloom and doom, or yippee… all is wonderful. The roller coaster, I call it.

So in light of this behavior of the mind: what is the most important skill?
